This was an incredibly awesome trip! It's totally worth it to go for a round trip including also monkey beach. The beach by itself is very nice but its shame to see some plastic bottles or thrash there. Monkeys are mostly absolutely chilled but we saw some tourists getting too close to them (or going for small ones) and they can easily jump on you and show who is the king of the island lol. Anyways, wonderful experience and would love to come back.

One of the Amazing beaches on Phi phi island. We took a kayak to reach there it was almost evening. The white sand make the beach look more beautiful. Unfortunately i did not see any monkeys maybe it was evening thats why. I swim for a while there but the rocks are dangerous i would recommend to be careful while swimming. Over all amazing experience. The sunset was incredible.

It's a good and not too difficult self-kayaking trip for physically capable people without any experience. The beach itself is beautiful and there are definitely some monkeys there (keep your things in your bags and in your hands =) However, I don't believe it's possible to swim right by the beach due to a very rocky bottom. You need to go on a boat further from the beach where it's deeper.

Beautiful beach but beware of the monkeys! They will try to get into your bag & try to attack you. When they realize you have no food, they will leave your bag alone. If they run at you, go into the water. The guys on the beach helped to keep them away after they ran at me They are cute but not scared of people. Anyway, great spot to kayak to

This beach will leave you heartbroken. I wish I read the reviews before, but I was here as part of a tour. Firstly, don't get close to the monkeys, don't even make eye contact. Not only they are wild animals, so it's normal for them to be unstable, but as a tourists we are invading their home, which is just a small beach with up to 20 boats parked at once. Secondly, this is a dirty beach because tourist left their trash here. You have less than 15 minutes to spend here, so no chance of swimming or sunbathing.

This beach has monkeys, which you definitely should not feed or approach. There are some great shots to be had. Our visit was brief but then there wasn't really enough to see or do.

Very beautiful beach. Warm clear waters. The colour of this water has to be seen to be believed. Shell and coral covered beach so footwear is advised. I avoided the hawkers with monkeys.

A small gathering of monkeys showed up shortly after we arrived by kayak. Having read the reviews, I made sure to secure my belongings inside the kayak. Well, everything except my unopened bottom of water. The alpha monkey decided he wanted the water, and I let him have it. Watching some of the other tourist, I can see why some people get bitten. We have them their space and had no problems with them showing aggression. It’s a nice shaded little beach with some limited snorkeling a short distance off the beach.

I would recommend this beach only to visit by boat. We got off the boat and suddenly all the monkeys came and started stealing our belongings and food. We were scared so we moved to the sea and went out. After that, we saw 4 tourists be attacked by monkeys. They are most aggressive we have seen in entire Thailand. Be careful because you can fait for your own life in hospital even the monkey only scratch you.

A very quaint, cute beach. As with monkeys anywhere else in Thailand, be cautious around them! They are bold enough to go through your items if they believe you have food so make sure they’re secured. Our tour guide mentioned that they dislike water so if any monkeys decide to run at you, make sure you run to the water. I came here as part of a tour and they mentioned that they will only stop here if the tide is low enough, so I assume that it’s not always possible via speedboat. However, it looks like there are many kayakers on the island so that may be another method of getting here. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous (as with all the surrounding islands)!

A tiny beach with monkeys that don't really mind the tourists. The beach is extremely short and the monkeys can be a little scary and unfriendly, although watching them is entertaining as the babies chase each other and they all scale the trees. They will try to take bottles of any drinks and chug it all β€” some tourists do this on purpose to get a video and it really upsets the islanders who look after the monkeys and work there. All visitors should show respect and avoid giving any food, packaging and anything to the monkeys.

Would like to revisit it again and again. I loved the place, the vibe and the people here. The water looked amazing, with beautiful lagoons, and greenery. They also had activities to perform like cliff climbing, kayaking, long-tail boat rides, snorkelling and many more. Safety was kept as a priority. Great experience.

A beautiful island to start with, coming along with monkeys all over. These monkeys don't seem harmful at all just expect humans to feed them with eatables. Beware if you have anything in your hand that's gonna be a target for the monkeys to come and snatch them. Overall it's an amazing beach with corals and crystal clear blue waters.

I would recommend this place to visit. It is very interesting to see monkeys in the open air. You just have to be very careful with your belongings and also food, because it can be taken away. Monkeys are very curious and relatively friendly. But it is better not to disturb them. We recommend a visit, especially if you have not seen monkeys in the open air.

It is a small beach near Phi Phi Don Island. Even though the name implies monkeys, I could not see any. That being said, it is a great place to swim and snorkel. Quieter compared to the other famous beaches in the Phi Phi archipelago.

Monkey Beach is a beautiful destination that’s definitely worth a visit. Located in Penang, Malaysia, it boasts pristine waters, white sand beaches and a tropical atmosphere that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The beach is great for swimming, sunbathing, picnics and playing beach games with friends and family.
