The worst surgery we've been registered ever. Appointments always running ridiculously late, no appointments available for adults if they have cough. I had to go to a&e to get my chest checked...

Unbelievable how poor this surgery is. Almost every interaction with them over the past 3 years has been problematic. We’ve been given prescriptions for other people, told repeat prescriptions have been lost and once told by a doctor that “he doesn’t know much about children’s health”!!! Today we dealt with an incompetent nurse who advised us a month ago that our daughter didn’t need vaccinations for a trip to Kenya. We have now found out, 10 days prior to the trip, that she does require two vaccinations. No admission of a mistake by the nurse, no apology. The practice is hopeless and needs a complete overhaul. I don’t understand how it’s still running and will be contacting the CQC for advice on how to make a complaint.

Its a reasonable doctors with helpful staff but quite often there only seems to be one doctor present and a near empty waiting room. You then end up waiting 15-30mins after your appointment time due to late running. Why cant they text you if the doctor is running late? And Dr JAISRI i`ve seen twice and she was 30minutes late arriving so I was an hour late for work , no apology and she drives a porsche. Maybe she needs a faster one?

Here for convenience but nightmare trying to get appointments, some receptionist are caring & some are so rude. You can be on hold from 8am till 8.25 only to be told no appointments & to try again at 12… no actual help

I called 27 times from 07:58 to 08:05. always busy. then, I had to walk to the surgery. they gave me an appointment at 10:20AM. I got visited at 11:40AM. reason of the delay: "there was traffic". Awful service.

Absolutely appalled by the service of this practice. I have never experienced such rudeness over the phone as I have today. Receptionists are meant to be the first point of call in a caring environment and this could not have been further from the truth. To be spoken to with the utter disrespect I was today was uncalled for and I would tell people to steer clear of this practice. STAY AWAY!

This has been my local surgery for a year now. They are overwhelmed at times, mostly because of the local aging population and appointments have always been offered nearby. Seen 2 doctors for myself and 3 times for my daughter, found them useful and dealt with us quickly. Never found any staff member to be rude when I needed advice. Sadly can't say the same for the clinic at the top of Tudor Way. Seen the previous reviews and don't think they are justified.

Attended Flu clinic yesterday. Fantastic service. Receptionist called me few days ago to book appointment. We were in and out within 5mins. Thanks to all staff and Dr Jaisri for a quick and efficient service.

Been with them many years & they are awful. Couldn't care less & just caused me several days stress trying to get vital medication. Don't sign up to this practice!

Can never get an appointment, staff are very rude and don’t care

Had an awful experience with the receptionist at the bickley branch today. The practice had not contacted me with my blood test results, I had asked the receptionist why this was the case and she assured me that there were no issues with my bloods and that’s why I received no call. However when I looked at my results I was severely deficient. The receptionist then PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME INCORRECT MEDICAL ADVICE, as I am of a medical background I knew she was blatantly wrong. When I mentioned this, she was very blunt with me despite the fact she was in the wrong. I usually advocate for GPs and I feel sorry for them in this current climate but this is dangerous practice and many individuals without medical knowledge can be misled by this receptionist.

This surgery has most pathetic receptionist ever. Very rude , arrogant and totally unhelpful. It doesn’t matter how good of a doctor you have here you would never be able to get to them in time with such an incompetent front desk staff. On many occasions the receptionist just cut off your call and won’t give you a chance to talk at all. this I have experienced many a times. Do not register for this surgery.

Every time I come here , the staff , nurses and doctors are friendly . No complaints

Unfortunately this doctors surgery has gone drastically down hill probably since Covid. It’s so so difficult to get an appointment. Is this the same everywhere?
