They badgered me for sometime to get my eye check up done & as annoying as that was I’m glad they did as my eyes had gotten worse. (Putting it off for personal reasons, so wasn’t anything to do with them). Such a caring team at the Orpington branch. They’ve looked after me for a few years now & are much better that spec savers in my opinion. You don’t feel forced into buying glasses from them.... they generally just care about your health & that’s something I didn’t get from spec-saver. Thank you.

Carmen was amazing. She was super helpful during the eye test and even helped me pick out a great new pair of glasses. She offered additional services but didn’t feel pushy. I really enjoyed our interaction and appreciated all her help.

This is good old fashioned caring service which needs to be brought back to life! Thank you carman for your amazing service and thank you to the lovely sweet optician who checked my eyes and gave the all clear! The lovely gentleman commented on how well my two children behaved while have my test was so sweet as to normally you’d get looked at in disgrace for bringing your children in!
