Love this spot! Stunning design, welcoming staff, great teachers, and banging coffee. My new fave yoga studio & cafe in the Islington area.

Strek is a beautiful yoga studio with intimate, personalised classes. I particularly love the flow class and the curated surroundings. I also recently participated in the Autumn Equinox day retreat. It was a really wholesome and beautiful day with different workshops for the body and general wellbeing... plus delicious vegan food and snacks. Couldn't have asked for more!

Easily my favourite place in Islington:) Been to many yoga studios but no where like Strek. Very personable great instructors and welcoming staff. Always such a positive vibe and great place to have a time out of work/ stress and just relax.

Strek is a beautiful studio with a variety of classes. If you need just need a mid-week refresh or are new to yoga the teachers are very kind. If you are a seasoned yogi you will still find challenging classes and consistent classes building to more challenging asanas.

New, clean, and spacious studio. The amount of Claire's creation, dedicated to yoga make me speechless. It allow you to appreciate your body's abilities that we took for granted. An honor to be part of the practice together.

Gorgeous studio tucked away in a super convenient location. Laura’s classes are always the best combo of powerful, intentional, and well-paced with great tunes!

Such a nice intimate place. It’s so beautifully decorated and nicely hidden away that truly feels like a hidden gem. I felt quite welcomed and not so much like a client but more like a local? If that makes any sense. Anyway, I believe I found my new yoga practice studio :)

I went to the slow flow class with Laura this evening and absolutely loved it! The flow was perfect and she gave variations for all different levels in the class. Music was on point and the studio itself is absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back! ♥️

This place is lovely. It is a small studio with great energy. The place is charming and the teachers offer a variety of techniques with different approaches. It is a nice place to start or end the day.
