😠 Terrible customer service at the till from the Assistant Manager - Nurul. I had items to return which I had purchased at the Boots in Bond Street. Had bought them as gifts for Xmas but ended up not gifting some of them. He refused to refund them firstly by saying that he could not read the receipts...

👍 Good selection of products. Store gets very busy and aisles can feel narrow for pushing a buggy round.
