2am and I had ran out of battery on my phone right after and Uber finally had accepted my request to get me back home. I went into the shop where I had previously bought some snacks and water to please help me charge my phone so that I could get an Uber. All I got was a very dry "NO". I ended up asking people in the street ro help find the best way to get back home. This was something they could have easily helped with and they chose not to. I know this is not the type of business that goes for customer loyalty, but please, avoid people that would do something like this. They don't deserve it.

Post Office hours on the Royal Mail are not accurate. Disappointed to find it is closed on Sunday despite Royal Mail saying it is.

Wanted to return an Asos parcel. Went on Friday evening and I was told that he can’t log in the system after 6. The guy was unhelpful and asked me to come back on Monday morning which I did but the store wasn’t open at 9 am despite stating on maps that they open at 7 am. One star as I can’t go lower.

Avoid

Overcharged me 3 times in a row. Let it slide the first two times. Definitely very intentional

Always sells fake elf bars

Absolutely useless store. Supposed to provide post office and paypoint services and yet the staff at any time or day during the week never want to do it. The services are always 'Closed' or 'not working today' and yet this store is still open. Genuine waste of space.
