Aris is the real deal. Expert sports massage hitting all the pain points and a very nice chap too. The treatment room was impeccable though so note - the boxing gym is a 100% real boxing gym but don’t let that stop you! Highly recommend.

Great massage - I am a runner and climber and have been struggling with pain in my upper back for a long time. A lot of the pain and tension is gone after just one session. Aris is very friendly and professional, would definitely go back and have recommended him to friends

Aris has been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. I've had lower back stiffness for a long time and the first 30-min session has certainly brought some relief. Aris has also shared some advice for further exercises to improve my back further. I'd strongly recommend him to others and will certainly come and see him again myself. The only thing is, I struggled to find the entrance to the place first, so some more detailed instructions / directions would help new customers.

Highly recommend Aris for sports massage. I threw out my lower back and my muscles were so tense and locked up it was impossible to even touch them without jumping/tensing up, yet somehow he was able to effectively get into them without causing that reflex. He clearly takes an individualized approach and has a deep understanding of what's needed based on your specific issue. The massage was extremely thorough; he got into every last muscle that needed release while also putting a lot of focus on the ones that needed it the most. At the end I felt so much more freedom of movement, which was a huge relief after not even being able to walk normally on my way to the appointment. Will definitely go back here for my next massage.

I've visited over 30 different therapist in my last 10 years, without any success. Aris has been the first one (!) finally, to be able to give me back my desired quality of life after so many years of suffering due to past injuries and cronic pain related to sport and weights. Simply incredible!! I couldn't believe it... I am glad i was lucky enough to find him and i couldn't live without anymore. 💥
