Got far to many patients call up at 8am on the dot and you’ll be 27 in the que. then we call up and get told by the receptionist we have to do it all online and are unable to help us over the phone, not sure what the point of a receptionist is at this point.     Absolutely useless! If you need any proof of how useless the NHS is these days contact this place. At this point let me keep my national insurance and I will go private thanks!!

    Great surgery, been with them.for almost 10 years. Have always managed to get appointments soonish and with children being unwell on the same day. No complaints. The new online booking system works well too and it's great not to have to wait on the phone for the receptionist.

    From Wandsworth to Sutton, 2 cancer patients (myself and my husband) and 2 teenage girls I find the health centre more accommodating than my last surgery. I understand the NHS is struggling AND they do what they can to help us as patients. I find the staff to be professional and as my daughters are teenagers I listen in to their phone calls when they make an appointment, the staff are good at accommodating their young age and listen to what they are calling about without interruption. If I felt that my daughters were not listened to I would've complained but have not to date. Myself as well have asthma and gets updates, they have a pharmacist on site that calls you and talks about your medication if there is a concern. I like this surgery not only for myself and my husband but my girls can call and arrange an appointment without feeling embarrassed.

    Most unprofessional attitude towards patients and not bothered about patient safety. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant I had a 72 hour holter monitoring done because I was having on going palpitations, the Gp was aware of my medical history of multiple ongoing issues with the pregnancy as well as recurrent miscarriages and the test was ordered by a doctor in the surgery. When I called 3 weeks back I was told I have to call back after few weeks as the results were not back and also if anything was not right with my results I will get a call.I was feelig assured that my result are fine as I haven't heard back from them. Today when I called them as I again started having palpitations from last night I was told Dr Seyan Gp cannot give me the results as I have been removed from the surgery for my change in address. Though the test was ordered by them way back when I was a patient there and no one took the responsibility to inform the patient the result will not be followed up by them. This is highly unprofessional and I condemn your attitude towards neglecting patient's safety. You have caused immense stress to me at a time when I thought as medical professionals patient safety is key to the service.

    Rung at 8am on the dot. 'YOU ARE NUMBER ONE IN THE QUEUE' my celebration was short lived when I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer.
