I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy house and it was genuinely one of the best rental experiences I've had. The guest house was well-maintained, comfortable, and the location is good, near by is the ladywell park, crofton station and supermarkets. Elizabeth is an exceptional landlord – accommodating, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant living experience. I'm grateful for the time I spent there. A nice spot, 10 minutes from both Catford bridge and Honor oak station. Perfekt för two person and maybe one child. Fresh beds and the whole place. Really clean room and kitchen.
