I am so grateful for the experience I had at London Doctors Clinic. First of all, the woman on the front desk, Sara, was very warm and welcoming. I was coming in with an infected bug bite and some strange symptoms, and my doctor - Amir Asghari - was outstanding. Totally reassuring. Sensible. I had to travel first thing the following day so it was a real relief. Recommended.

Booked a blood test with the Kensington branch as I needed urgent same day blood results and they advertise 4-6 hour results. My appointment was at 9.30am and I got my results the next morning. This was annoying because my medication was dependent on that result. They take the samples to the lab at 1.30pm so it would probably be unusual to get a same day result. They really shouldn’t advertise this. The doctor was polite and careful with a pain free injection and the receptionist seemed lovely.

I came to this clinic for treatment due to some urgent reasons. All the staff and doctors were very kind and patient, and gave effective diagnosis and medical suggestions. The doctor who treated me was really nice to contact me about my subsequent recovery after I left the clinic, and I highly recommend this clinic and doctor Mr. Neil

DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANYTHING. Their Google advertising states you can get ‘Hayfever injection’ . Even if you’ve explored all options of antihistamines etc, The ‘GP’ will take your £70 payment for an appointment and tell you to visit your NHS GP before giving you in the injection. Despite them being GP’s?? They then refuse to refund the cost of the 3minute appointment. The doctors at this location just have a money-grab strategy where they charge you for a pointless consult and not have to use any product.

Not the most wonderful experience. I was anxious about a potential medical condition and the doctor didn't seem to bother or complete a proper assessment. It was about to be just a 5min visual check-up. I had to ask the doctor to do a blood pressure test for me. On the other hand, the lady at the reception “ Sara “ was helpful and friendly - I won't be back to the Kensington location.

We had an appointment booked on a Sunday (a day there were strikes) and were running 5-10 minutes late as a result. We called to say this and were told we could reschedule and that if we got there it would be up to the doctor to let us in or not (it was just a consult to get a bunch of blood tests) and they said we could call back to reschedule. The people over the phone were really helpful but the managers insisted that we pay the fee again to book because we were misinformed as if that’s our fault. I told them they’d be missing out on the payment we’d have to make for all the blood test which would’ve been around £500 but they insisted we repay the £60 - what a bad business decision. I’ll be booking at another clinic.

Service was really bed. Doctor had to look for tools for 20 minutes. And needed to think for another 10 minutes to figure out what to do. Results were 3 days late. Staff were really rude. Will never think about visiting
