    I have struggled to find a type of exercise I actually enjoy, then I found GFQ and the rest was history! Jason makes boxing so much FUN. He keeps my mind busy with instructions that I forget I am exercising. He is very motivating and it is clear to see his passion and energy in every session. He is patient with me, yet has pushed me beyond my own abilities. Although I have some way to go on my fitness journey, Jason has helped build my confidence. His flexible schedule works around my lifestyle. If you are local or in the South London area hit him up, you won’t be disappointed!

    How can I put it. I started off as an athlete in track and field and Jason was my mentor training partner and coach for much of my time competing after 2010. I had no idea on how to even throw a punch technically but Jason taught me how to fight technically and taught me the number combo system which is so effective.. This not only increased my confidence but also my interest in Boxing whereas previously my world revolved around athletics. Jason also helped me get my strength up and I'd say hands down he is the smartest person for strength and conditioning I've personally met in the fitness industry . If you need a PT, boxing coach, athletics coach, MMA or life coach in general he is your main man. Get Fit Quick is the way forward to your best self!

    I've trained on and off with Jason over many years and one of his greatest strengths other than his deadlift abilities, is too motivate you to push beyond your known abilities. He makes his sessions fun and challenging, but not so painful you regret it, which is what kept me going back for more. Whether it's intense training or monthly catch ups Jason has always kept me on track. My personal favourite is "pads and abs". Keep up the good work my man!

    Jason's passion, energy and spirit comes out in every session. He genuinely cares about his clients and has an amazing routine prepared for each workout. He changes things up enough so you are engaged and don't lose motivation to keep coming back! His number system for boxing is world class, and that paired with the heart rate monitor allows him to home in and understand exactly what is happening with your body.     I am a Semi Pro athlete in preparation for my professional debut. I was recommended Get Fit Quick by a fellow competitor. Since working with Get Fit Quick, my all round fitness has improved and performance output is far greater. Thanks to an intelligent approach, measured & recorded data tracking and well designed sessions I am confident in applying my improved ability during competitions. I would recommend for all aspects of fitness but the S&C especially !

    If you live in south London and fancy doing some boxing I'd definitely recommend Jason. He knows exactly how to coach you and literally will get you fit quick. He's really knowledgeable and you'll really feel like you've trained but the sessions are fun too - he's a top bloke.

    Boxing is such a fun form of exercise, your mind is so busy keeping up with instructions you forget that you’re actually exercising! Jason is a great coach, he knows exactly how to push you and get results. I’ve managed to achieve things I would never have thought I could do! I would highly recommend anyone to start boxing with Jason - 3.5yrs later and I’m still going back!

    Training with Jason is always a blast. His knowledge within fitness field is noticeable when he trains you. He explains the reasons why an specific movement should be done in a certain way to target the muscles you want to work out. He is a motivator by nature and makes exercising always fun. Absolutely recommended.
