I have been having treatment with Adalet for the last few years and love every session I’ve had. She’s a true professional. I love her hot stone massage treatment and Indian head massage. She is kind, caring and tailors the appointment to suit your needs. Would highly recommend!

I was bought a session as a gift and have to say I feel so grateful to have found the Holistic Therapy Rooms! I had a massage and Reiki fusion and both parts were fantastic. The massage was really sensitive, I felt Adalet had a very strong understanding of the requirements of my body, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I have had a few Reiki treatments before but this was the one I had got the most out of, again I felt Adalet had a high sensitivity to where I was at and what was required and it was a very beautiful and powerful session for me. Strong recommend!!

After searching for months and months for a good massage I was lucky to be recommended Adalet. She was incredible! I had so much stiffness in my shoulders, neck and lower back and after 90 mins, I slept like a baby that night. I plan to make it a regular occurrence to reduce the desk job posture stiffness and continue seeing Adalet. Highly recommend!

Soundbath’s created by Adalet are an absolute MUST!! Especially the outdoor sessions which are performed in really beautiful settings. Surrounded by ancient oak trees and beautiful forest, I really felt so connected to nature. Adalet creates a truly magical experience through combining an abundance of musical skill with a deep knowledge of shamanistic ways. You don’t have to be an expert in anything to feel the benefits of this healing experience. I arrived with a little curiosity and an open mind - I’m so glad I gave it a go. I’ll certainly be back!

I had my first ever reiki at the holistic therapy rooms with Adalet. Her calming presence is felt immediately and she was so kind, knowledgable and compassionate. The reiki itself was magical and very relaxing. I felt very supported and held during our time together. I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks at the moment and I left feeling lighter than when I went in which was quite amazing! I would definitely recommend the holistic therapy rooms.

Absolutely amazing! Had issues with stiffness and pain in my jaw. Had facial massage where Adalet helped my facial muscles to relax, woke up next day with no pain or tension. Can’t be more happier. Will be coming back for another massage session and defiantly recommend trying to everyone!
