I had a remarkable time during my 6 year stay in Cheval Calico House. The location and rooms are superb but what truly made it an unforgettable experience was the exceptional staff. The concierge and housekeeping team coordinate well together and treat you as if you were their family. Whether it’s helping a food delivery truck park, tracking a small parcel, or helping fix your key fob at 4am, the concierge team including Mohamed, Kola, Edwin, and Phil, always go above and beyond and help with any problem or query that comes up. Jolanta, Elizabeth and Rosa, the housekeeping team, left everything spotless each week and routinely ensured all the appliances (like the dishwasher) and amenities are working efficiently. Of course, everyone on the team was very welcoming and nice. There were some occasional maintenance issues but the management addressed quickly. They went the extra mile by relocating me to an even more luxurious room at Cheval Three Quays Residence while maintenance work was being carried out in my original flat. Luckily, I expect maintenance issues to be much rarer in the future, given their investment in fully renovating the place right now. They are also very accepting of pets which is somewhat rare for a luxury residence. Also, pubs can be somewhat loud on bow lane, so if you are very sensitive to sound - consider a room not facing bow lane or get some white noise.

This is one of the best property located in the heart of London. Each and every staff member is very gentle and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Without a single doubt I will recommend this property. It is very close to all tourist attractions like Saint Paul Cathedral, Millennium Bridge, Tower bridge etc.

Stayed at the service apartment for a couple of months during Q1 2021 (it was the peak of the pandemic). Location - Amazing location, couldn’t ask for a better one. All the major attractions are minutes away, the streets are lively with pubs all around. Apartment - decently sized, well equipped with all the modern and necessary amenities. Quite a cozy apartment. Very helpful concierge. Might feel claustrophobic though at times, since the windows have adjoining building right in front of them. Overall - Loved the stay.

Calico House apartments are in a great location 5 minutes from St. Paul's cathedral and an easy walk to Tower Bridge. Very calm and comfortable, the apartment was so well equipped beyond basics, many thoughtful touches such as the rainforest shower. The staff was gently attentive and genuinely welcoming.

One bedroom spacious house for single occupancy. Location is very good.

Thanks to the excellent housekeeping team and concierge team, this was a wonderful place to live.

Nice place to stay, air-con refused to cool though.
