I
had
a
remarkable
time
during
my
6
year
stay
in
Cheval
Calico
House.
The
location
and
rooms
are
superb
but
what
truly
made
it
an
unforgettable
experience
was
the
exceptional
staff.
The
concierge
and
housekeeping
team
coordinate
well
together
and
treat
you
as
if
you
were
their
family.
Whether
itβs
helping
a
food
delivery
truck
park,
tracking
a
small
parcel,
or
helping
fix
your
key
fob
at
4am,
the
concierge
team
including
Mohamed,
Kola,
Edwin,
and
Phil,
always
go
above
and
beyond
and
help
with
any
problem
or
query
that
comes
up.
Jolanta,
Elizabeth
and
Rosa,
the
housekeeping
team,
left
everything
spotless
each
week
and
routinely
ensured
all
the
appliances
(like
the
dishwasher)
and
amenities
are
working
efficiently.
Of
course,
everyone
on
the
team
was
very
welcoming
and
nice.
There
were
some
occasional
maintenance
issues
but
the
management
addressed
quickly.
They
went
the
extra
mile
by
relocating
me
to
an
even
more
luxurious
room
at
Cheval
Three
Quays
Residence
while
maintenance
work
was
being
carried
out
in
my
original
flat.
Luckily,
I
expect
maintenance
issues
to
be
much
rarer
in
the
future,
given
their
investment
in
fully
renovating
the
place
right
now.
They
are
also
very
accepting
of
pets
which
is
somewhat
rare
for
a
luxury
residence.
Also,
pubs
can
be
somewhat
loud
on
bow
lane,
so
if
you
are
very
sensitive
to
sound
-
consider
a
room
not
facing
bow
lane
or
get
some
white
noise.
