This is the best opticians I’ve been to. I have much more confidence in the way my eyes are tested here compared to one of the large brand shops. Mr Battu is very kind and thorough in explaining everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful too. The Seiko lens they use is very high quality and they have a nice selection of frames. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with my new glasses from Eye Clinic Opticians in Harold Wood. The Seiko lenses really do make a difference. Dr Battu was very thorough with the eye test and eye health check. He explained everything very clearly and gave me complete confidence in his recommendations. His staff are courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended.

A wonderful and efficient service, very friendly and helpful staff and an amazing and helpful and professional optician - so pleased I went there having been to Spec Savers - this is a personal service carried out by an independent optician 👍

Highly recommended Opticians. Went in as a walk In customer without an appointment due to a contact lens issue. Was checked over and given advice on treatment and even followed up a few days later to see how it was and re checked a week later. Gurpreet and the team are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and every customer was walking out with a smile. You are all a credit to your industry. I will now be getting the family on their books too! Thank you again!

Been with this opticians since an early age and I can safely say that it's a friendly, well-run family business. I've never had an issue with them before and the service is always excellent so I'd highly recommend this to anyone!

Me and my daughters have been going to this opticians for years and stayed when Bhups took over. I would not go anywhere else. He is thorough in his work and a lovely lovely man ... as are all the staff.

I just started going to the eye clinic (Harold Hill) and I thought it was a five-star service with lovely staff. They even went out of their way to help my friend who fell over outside. Many thanks.
