10/10 spoons here. Fast service fast pints. Speedy service just gets the job done pre gig, and they have an unreal vegetarian lasagne special for only like 3 or 4 quid. If you're on the run and in need of a feed and G&t GET here. Immediately. Quick and forty but that's what we live for out here, always hustling, always striving, always delivering.

It's been about a year since I've been here, but it's still an amazingly wonderful and welcoming pub. Small, bordering on intimate. The staff are fantastic- cheerful, happy to have a chat and very efficient. The pub is on a nice and quiet on a back street with little traffic. Quite busy in the early afternoon with plenty of people happy to taste their fine beers. The Guinness was superb as was the Southwold bitter.

Standard Wetherspoons. The place has seen better days and could probably do with a refurbishment but it’s got an excellent location and friendly efficient staff. They have some weird menu items here that I’ve not seen available at other Wetherspoons.

Usual Wetherspoon food. I particularly enjoyed the fish and chips. Had a non acholic cider for the first time. Tasted quite nice actually. Cozy booth created a lovely atmosphere for a catch up with the ladies.

Very convenient as its in the south terminal which is right by the train station and local and national buses. It's also before security so anyone can use it. Menu prices are a bit more than a high street pub but still reasonable. Service is also fast and there are normally tables available.

The first day I was in for breakfast a female member of staff was extremely rude and argued that tea wasn't included in the breakfast bap specials. When she was told it was on the menu sheet she demanded that I show here where it said it. She was then furious and banged the cups down. Fortunately I didn't let her put me off and on my second visit I was served by a lovely young man with a quiet but very effective demeanor. He served me perfectly and knew his job thankfully.

Fancy a Full English Brekkie and a pint of Stout at 8 O'Clock in the evening?! Look no further! It's a JD Spoons, no frills. It can get very busy, but good staff, plenty of chatty friendly locals and cheap fare all round.

I avoid Wetherspoons wherever possible, but on this occasion, I played it safe with one of the chicken combo meals. It offers faultless value for bog-standard grub, but that’s not to say I didn’t feel guilty for supporting Tim Martin. My friend’s veggie burger left much to be desired.

Not a huge fan of Wetherspoons but this place does the area a wonderful service. It’s slightly down-at-heel, and rather battered around the edges - rather like this area of Brixton! But it has the required range of beer and lagers. Haven’t had the food but it’s the usual Spoons’ menu. A reliable bolt hole!

worst food I've ever had at a wetherspoon. pizza had bits of rocks or stone as if it fell on the floor, but didn't look like it did. the nachos were awful especially the salsa. the picture shows exactly what I mean. looked as if the salsa was mixed with water and and tasted more like ketchup. A month later. It's still pathetic. Have my pizza and didn't even cut it.

Oh wow a proper old English pub! This place was buzzing and had a character of it's own. Such a lively atmosphere, good beer, good music and a really nice menu. I would definitely go again when I'm in the area.

I’m shocked at the ratings for this place but given that Londoners have been conditioned to accept terrible copy and paste chain pubs as something positive whilst the last remnants of individuality disappear from the city, maybe it’s not surprising. Saying that, the smell and dirt of the place alongside the clientele must make The Beehive one of the worst pubs in the city?

Small spoons in Brixton, not the most exciting yet seemed busy enough and eventually found a table for a drink, sadly didn't stay for as long as we originally planned (we were originally in for a quick spot of lunch) but only ended up staying for one drink in the end as after multiple tries on finding something to eat that was in stock we moved along. Staff were polite though and the drinks we had came quickly, just lack of food options on the day.

Good food. Great prices. Staff not the friendliest.

Don't usually have to pay to swap an item on my breakfast but at this particular pub I did for some reason . I was then hurried to make my order. Breakfast then came as I sat down at my table which was a total of 1 minute at most which I also found unusual.

The staff are rude and unprofessional, don’t bother. My girlfriend was served a drink by female staff member 5min before closing and then told to “drink it and get out”. If you expect her to drink it down that quickly then it’s just irresponsible service of alcohol. Just say you’re closing…

Nice staff and beer options. Not the best looking pub but perfect for drinking before a gig. Cheapest pints in Town.!! Here you can drink 2 pints for the same price of 1 anywhere else in London.

Really pleasant Wetherspoon.Friendly staff. Prompt service and a nice quiet pub. I particularly liked the fact that there are a lot of Alcoves that give you added privacy. A nice pleasant retreat to escape the busy high street and have a meal and a drink. A safe option. 👍

Conjures up memories of the Beehive pub at Collonades, Purley that is no more. The Wetherspoon pub is clean and tidy and offers most if not all the Menu both drinks and food and mixed deals available everywhere Wetherspoons style.

Speechless how in the earth this could be a pizza. If you can’t make a pizza don’t sell it and don’t scam people.
