What can I say . Staff were friendly and helpful and it is close to stadium , that is really the only positives I can offer we were greeted by the site of a double bed squeezed into a smart box room and a blocked full toilet with broken flush in a not very pleasant ensuite. The manager did move us to a slightly better room but our travel companions didn't fair so well and decided they would rather pay again and moved to a holiday Inn . I would honestly say that I would not recommend booking this hotel as pictures are definitely deceiving .

Nice enough. We stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. It may have felt claustrophobic on a longer holiday since the room was quite small, as was the bathroom. But all in all, I'd definitely stay here again. We were a bit unlucky with workmen outside our window first thing in the morning, but that's hardly the hotel's fault!

Euro Hotel; Adres: 1-7 Elm Rd, London, Wembley HA9 7JA 19/05/2021 I haven't had hot water in my bathroom for about a week. After my several telephone and personal interventions, both at the hotel reception and at the manager's, hot water appears for two three hours and then it is closed. Day before yesterday I was late for a very important visit to my cardiologist because I couldn't take a shower in the morning and get ready to leave. Today, I don't have hot water again and can't take a shower. I will be very grateful if this problem is solved. Best Regards, Henryk Bubczyk

This place was utterly horrible. There are hardly any markings on the outside of the building, so my taxi driver couldn't find it. Im sure location is great for some people's needs but it was not worth it for me. When I checked in, the man at the front desk kept trying to get me to pay for things that I did not agree to, and refused to help me carry my bags up the tiny stairs. When I got to my room, there was yelling from all ends of the hall and my "room" was a complete mess. It looked like someone had just slept in it and there was wet paint all over the room. I was in the room for maybe 20 minutes before I decided to up and leave!!

You get what you pay for. Dated decor. Small rooms. It needs an air con system as the room was like a hot box. Staff were lovely. Ideal location if heading to the arena or stadium and it's right off the high St so plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. 2 minute walk from Wembley central tube station. All in all it was good but very very hot. Air con badly needed. In short cheap and cheerful.

Good overall. First floor double room is nice and clean (looks refurbished). On check in we was waiting nearly 10 minutes for someone to turn up... Maybe he was in toilet 😂 Very big minus for 10£ car park per night. Room standard I would say is for 3 star Hotel... Good place for weekend stop.

We stayed one night never again. Room was so dusty could right your name in. Shower had previous occupants empty shower satchets in. Hot. Even when window open. Took 15minutes to get any hot water from shower.Tiny room double and single bed in such a small space couldn't move.No wardrobe space just something on the wall with only one hanger. Tea coffee just chucked on the side no tray cups chipped. The place needed a good clean and serious update. Breakfast disgusting...... only good thing was location but other than that don't bother. It was cheap but cheap still should mean cleanliness, and descent breakfast which we paid extra for. Only stayed as other hotels were full up.... Staff well..... leave one to sum up.

The worst place to live in. Staffs are incompetent to even hire a good electrician to fix minor issues. I had to survive without power for days. The Internet is completely unreliable.

I wouldn't even give it a star. Absolutely disgusting, when we arrived yesterday there was poo in the shower... crisp packets all over the floor. Condom wrappers outside the window. Bed hadn't been made, coffee and tea making facilities had been used and not re filled. Absolute disgrace, 59 pound for one night, we demanded a refund and ended up staying in the best western London hotel Wembley. I will be taking it further. Cal themselves a hotel. Bloody disgusting. Never would I ever recommend this!!!!!

Just don't do it. I have no problem with budget or value accommodation but this was dirty, damp & cold. Corridors & the room stunk of daily cigarette smoke, no toilet paper, heating didnt work & the window pane was actually falling out of the window frame leaving a breeze. The front of house staff were rude, grumpy & unhelpful with lots of sighing. We stayed half an hour before walking out in shock & disbelief. We paid £25 more per person for a last minute room in a stunning hotel near Wembley Stadium which was the best decision I've ever made sadly. I will be taking up a dispute with the site we booked through.
