Excellent spot for coffee. Our flat wites were very well prepared. Although I much prefer speciality coffee, the blends provided by grind are tasty and even a little sweet.

I have worked in Covent Garden for over thirty years and Grind is the best coffee and sandwich cafe, in all of my time here. The coffee is exceptional. The staff and crew are kind, friendly people, who make you feel welcome. It has the feel of a traditional, authentic cafe. A beautiful little gem in Covent Garden.

Grind gets it right. Not pretentious, but a perfect balance of efficient service that is genuinely welcoming with a light and open space. Punters come here to meet , and Grind doesn’t get in the way. This place says community, fun … oh, and great coffee.

My favourite place to grab an afternoon drink!🍸 The bartender is the reason I keep coming back. Not only does she have great customer service, but she's also widely knowledgeable when it comes to her craft. She made me a fan of quite a few drinks, and prepares the best long island tea I've had 🍹🍹Shamelessly recommending to anyone who's in for good drinks with good vibes 😁

This is quickly become a staple visit for me whenever I’m in London! The perfect coffee fix, and never too crowded that it puts you off. The staff is so friendly, and the avo toast is a delight (keep in mind if u like things salty you will probably have to ask for salt on the side). Great place to read your book, work, do your thing. It can get a bit chilly if you’re near the doors but they have seating downstairs as well.

We had cocktails for my birthday, they gave us a free shot. Jam was an amazing server. This experience was the best (best grind in London honestly)

Excellent grind location in Covent Garden. Came on a Thursday evening for some drinks. The £6(+ service charge) cocktails are really great. Definitely recommend coming for some drinks, the outdoor area is really good. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Good service, lots of coffee choice and a good vibe. Service the first day questionable with a waiter who had no idea but second day was great - the selection bought us back not the service

One of the earliest opening places in covent garden, great to get there first thing whilst the market vendors are unloading their wares. It's really comfortable and pleasant service. Coffee as expected is great and their green smoothie sets you up for a great day ahead. If you're feeling a bit naughty the toasted croissants are gooey and buttery 🤤

Covent Garden is an exciting place for a snack, lunch or dinner. Our lunch was very good. My smoked salmon was fab. Centrally located in London. Outside are creative street performers and skilled singers to entertain you. A great place.

Amazing service (the waiters/waitresses were so nice and confirmed the great reviews I read before coming), lovely quiet space, I got in just before 9 and got a table with plug sockets straight away. I love the atmosphere with the soft lights, good music but not too loud, and good wifi connection - it's a great spot to work from.

Wonderful experience. Service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. I forgot to take a picture of my sandwich but it was great! Everyone seemed very happy to be there!

I went to Grind with a group of friends last night and we loved it! Excellent staff - lovely Irish waiter serving us, both fun and attentive, and the best cocktails around! Veronica has made our new favourite cocktails - honestly amazing! We've just been messaging to arrange to go back to sample some more.

I recently visited this place and had a fantastic experience - I tried the Apple Pie Martini which was absolutely delicious 👁️👄👁️ The flavor was well-balanced, and the presentation was impressive. The bartender clearly knows their craft, and I would highly recommend trying this drink if you find yourself there. Cheers to a great night out! 🍜🦑

Stopped in Grind during my weekend trip to London and it’s been a highlight of my trip so far! Love the atmosphere – great mix of people having wine, cocktails, or just coffee. Aidan recommended the Summer Margarita and I ended up getting 2 because they were soooo delicious. Also got the Sharing Plate and loved it! The hummus and guac were both super fresh and tasty, and it came with more than enough for 2 people to have a snack. Great atmosphere, great food and drink, super friendly staff - I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Stunning no fuss espresso martini (using a fantastic freshly brewed coffee blend) complimented by the incredible individuals working here. Can't wait to come back!

We found this place when looking for somewhere on Thursday night. Though its a coffee shop, they have a nice range of wines and nibbles. Its also quiet. Ideal if you want to sit and chat over a glass of wine.

On a wet and windy evening in search of a refreshing cocktail and a light snack we came upon Grind in Maiden Lane, Covent Garden. A smiling face greeted us, an offer of discounted cocktails and accurate information on the food. Our temporary paradise was found! Thank you Grind.

Went here last Saturday to meet a friend. I arrived first and was served by a really friendly waitress. We chatted a bit and I was happy with my drink. When my friend arrived we tried to get the attention of a guy who seemed to be a sort of head waiter. This bearded guy had the worst attitude I've come across in a cafe. He had perfected the art of not seeing or hearing customers. We waved, we called out ( politely). He stood scowling staring into the distance. Eventually we went inside to order. There were maybe 8 people behind the counter all busily doing something or other. We finally got served by another friendly waitress. Now trying to settle the bill! The same morose waiter just ignored us. Eventually after about 15 minutes he scowled at us and pointed to one of the waitresses who came over. Something seriously wrong here. Obviously some sort of pecking order going on. The women who served us were fine. This head waiter guy was useless.

A third-wave coffee place to get high quality coffee and matcha with vegan milk options. Love the minimalist interior design too, perfect to settle in with your book or laptop.

Lovely coffee and cocktails! I’ve been here twice before and always had fab service each time. Their cocktails are reasonably priced and quite strong too so definitely worth it. Went in there yesterday for a latte and again a pretty typical price for coffee but it was very nice! They have plugs so you can charge your electronics and their decor is lovely. Shame they don’t have hot chocolate with baileys! 🙈

Great croissant, greater coffee, greatest avocado toast. Love it here! I especially like their attention to detail with the coffee (just check out that foam) but it's clear the people who work here love to give people a great experience.

We came at 6pm and they had already stopped serving food? I couldn't see anywhere it mentioned that they stop serving food, it's only light snacks and they don't close til 9pm so it's strange that they closed food so early. Cocktails are amazing though. Would recommend for a quick drink or so but not a great place to stay since they don't do food late.

Hidden just off from Covent Garden they have great coffee and delicious food. Get there early though as is very popular and does get busy. It's also great for sitting out on the street watching the world go by.

Great coffee and breakfast selection. Nice spot in Covent Garden especially outside on sunny days. Also good for takeaway options

4£ for an oat latte in my own takeaway cup. Coffee is nice but it’s not worth for 4£.. sorry… staffs were lovely tho.

Our experience was super good. We got a sit near the window with the sun shining, the food was a bit pricy, but very good. The star of the brunch was the Pink Negroni, so good! Only going for 4 stars because the place doesn't accept Maestro, which created some inconvenience for our group.

A great place with a relaxing atmosphere. I met some friends here and we were able to sit and chat. We enjoyed good coffee, some pastries and then some cocktails with a sharing platter.

We came for the vegan options, took porridge and asai bowl which were extremely tasty but unfortunately too small.. the vegan latte drinks were great. Not many options for kids other than croissants or cakes. Overall a very nice place for families and vegan people

Good, speedy provision of cocktail, beer, stuffed croissant, hummus at the tail end of a hot afternnoon. All very satisfactorily managed, despite the insistence for service by some customers. Just on the edge of the main Covent Garden piazza, and slightly less frenetic as a result.

My flat white was practically perfect ❤️ but low star given as the background music was simply awful (most people I believe do want to relax whilst having a coffee and not listen to heavy metal/rock music whatever time of day it is in a cafe but especially not early morning) and too much black metal furniture - both of these features create the opposite of what I believe you are trying to achieve AKA a relaxing cafe cultural. Staff very friendly but couldn’t even change the music as on a loop provided by their HO.

The only place for decent coffee in the covent garden area. Also we had the most amazing vegan banana bread with it. Lovely space and the staff is welcoming and generous. It's definitely a favourite!

Love the quirky interior of this cafè, the neon lights and hanging plants. I had a lovely oat milk iced latte, which I usually cannot have due to the dairy. Awesome place!
