Room lacked heating of any kind and one of the windows was leaking air in addition to water, with evidence the curtains being soaked before. No hot water whatsoever and the toilet had no seat on it. The tap didn't have a handle either. The deputy manager of the property when asked to address the previous issues shrugged the responsibility off to the manager who in turn didn't come. I definitely do not recommend renting from this owner in any of his properties.

Is very sad. I agree that not everything in London is so clean and I don't want to dwell on it. Communication is really very bad. As previously agreed, I called upon arrival and was told that I should wait 5 minutes, what for? After about 20 minutes the next call came and I was told I would get a message. But none. Then about 15 to 20 calls where no one answered the phone. I had already assumed I would have to sleep on the street. Then I called from another phone. Lo and behold after 2 hours I was assigned another house and I had a bed. Very bad communication.

Room is ok but services not upto mark. Heater not working. If need any support its heard to find right person.

The 914 rooms on Garrat Ln is the better one.

Very poor. Not recommended at all. Photos are very deceiving. Save your money and go elsewhere. Landlord is rude. Curtaims hanging off, dirty bed linen, dirty bathroom, unsafe furniture.

Nothing to do with the photos, in reality we slept with moldy walls and mattresses, the 2nd days we spent without hot water or heating, and woken up by mice.. the address indicated on the reservation n It wasn't the accommodation, we were sent further away with our suitcases. In short, I am far from recommending this place which should not even be on booking
