WARNING. By using this petrol station you are risking a £60 parking ticket from MET PARKING. I visited to use the car wash, buy petrol and use the vacuum. I'm a paying customer. I stayed there 41 minutes. I ended up paying £100 since I didn't pay their invoice within their own two week deadline. There are so may petrol stations around, why would you risk using these gangsters?

PENALTY NOTICE for staying in line and wait for the CAR WASH!!!!! Now is a service that costs £110😡😡😡 Update: I've contacted the customer care line at the number provided and they told me that I have to appeal to the MET provider not to them, so the information provided was not helpful. BP has this problem all over the country (facts proven by the media articles) but never lift a finger to resolve it, that brings me to the conclusion that is your intention to overcharge! I've made the appeal, on my time and stress, if I will get a negative response I will appeal to POPLA and after that to the small court, requesting also the CCTV images and the recovery of every pound spend on lawyers and my time!

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!! I got charged £60 for spending too long eating a sandwich! Anything over 30 minutes is deemed long enough to fill up, spend money in the shop, wash your car, rest before an onward journey etc They say its to stop people parking here to pick up from Gatwick airport. That would take hours not 31 minutes! BP you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Great fast charging, although not getting the stated speed.

I parked up at about 12:30am on a Friday/Saturday 25/26 February 2022 night, to fill up. I asked the the cashier if he required payment first and he was so rude to me with the response, I didn't even finish my sentence and he was like PAY NOW!! I just couldn't give him my money. Full customer service training is required for all staff. If the old man had court me in the wrong mood it would have been curtains.

Good and quiet place for car charging and petrol ⛽️ pumps, highly recommended.

Today after 6pm i came to wash my car. Premium for £10. Waste my money!!! All windows is not clean!!! Every window smears!!! Car is not clean like should be!!! I do not recommend car wash in this location.

Got a ticket while waiting for car wash and vacuum service. Disrespect to customers and very poor investigation. So, be ready spend money for service and later get penalty. Will avoid BP service in the future :(

The old man with glasses that works at the tills late nights isn’t fit to work. He demonstrated extremely strange behaviour. This has been ongoing for a while but I gave him benefit of the doubt. But his rude demeanour today combined with being too busy on his phone instead of doing his job was unforgivable. The owner of this business really needs to consider employing someone else.

Very poor customer service. I had ordered 8 beer cans but I got only 7 cans instead.

Don't use the air for the tyres I was charged 3 times and it did not work when I told the manger the first thing he said is I'm not giving you a refund it was working earlier and it's not our responsibility it's a different company I wasn't even going to ask for the three pound back almost seems like a bit of a scam to be honest

Don't use the air compressor! Its badly calibrated. This is very important if you drive a motorcycle. I fell off because my rear tyre was at 55PSI instead of 35. I paid 50p to get hurt. They should leave a warning message and give it for free if they are not able to provide a working compressor. Petrol station is OK in general.

Use this garage for my petrol and the car wash and on Saturday 20.05.2023 had to queue for car wash as it was busy, today just received a parking ticket for being on the premises for more than a hour for £100. This seems to be a regular scam as I have read more of the same from other customers and they are allowing it to continue so be aware if your using this garage, if it’s busy drive out don’t queue otherwise they will charge you £100 for queuing.

I went to pay the bill of petrol, I have given change and a note but the person at the till didn't count the change and charged me extra amount, and he charged extra doesn't matter but his behaviour was very rude. He doesn't know how to speak to a customer. I will stay from this place here after.

I have paid for vacuum and it was not working asked for refund, manager in store refused to refund and told me to contact the company for refund Such a waste of time
