The university is a money making scheme for international students. They are more interested in money than treating students in a fair manner. During covid I did my 1 year masters in 6 months online and paid full fees. I was meant to do contact session and placement but we were told the course does not constitute that but it was in their prospectus when I applied. I do not recommend this university to any international students due to their treatment of international students. We tried to talk to the course leader and the Dean but our voices were never heard.

Very poor management. student seems to be their least priority. My son was very much interested and has a mind set to take admission in Middlesex university. But he lost his 6 month education and also lost his confidence due to delayed decision of rejection by university even after 50% deposit is paid and at least 3 interviews are conducted by the university. However my other son got admission at the same time in Swansea University and the way Swansea university is communicated and adopted the admission procedure with less deposit (20%). I really appreciate Swansea university. Refund procedure of Middlesex university is also very poor they took 3 months for refund which is after various reminders and the amount which I received is very less and details of refund is also not provided.

So, I can't provide a detailed information about the education of the university but what I can tell is that the university is situated in Hendon. The university can be easily accessible by train and Busses and the university campus looks neat and has a beautiful campus. The staff were quite friendly and the information building looks good.

Good student diversity. I give lowest rating possible. The online website is often down. The support they give for my dyslexia is horrendous. They call me disabled. The only communication they have in Christmas time is for new appliances and nothing for students who are studying. Loads of unhealthy food options So many horrible things i cant even remember them all. They didn't even teach me the essential software for my disertation. Very very horrible university

Hello every Indian, I request each and every Indian student not to take admission in this university because due to my family reason I withdrawl my admission they promised me to give me my all fees back but they haven’t given it and said we don’t refund the deposit and their uni help said me that they will be refunding all my fees back so be aware and don’t take admission in this university. And there was just a second day of my university when I requested them to withdraw my admission.

Shiitest uni of my life my biggest mistake. teaching done in small classroom just how college was… does not feel like a university the lecture halls are just for advertisements The social life is absolutely disgusting no effort shown… Cant wait to transfer next year somewhere that actually feels like a uni. Covid is finished they still give us one lecture online. On open day they said theres extra support in the library to get help when asked to get help in there help its not offered. They are only here for the tuition fees once thats given thats it they dont care

I recently graduated from MDX in London. I've been studying fashion design at this university for the past four years and have been quite unhappy. A disorganised and sloppy teaching class. Everything I've learned has come from YouTube tutorials and my own mistakes. I had a difficulty with a senior technician for the print workshop during my graduation collection. She actually refused to assist me because of my numerous mistakes (mistakes that I paid for - yeah, if you want to do extra workshops like embroidery and sublimation print, you must pay the sample, even if you're a fashion student). Due to an unethical and lazy technician, I had to change my collection at the last minute. There are far too many folks that are fed up with teaching in MDX.

it was such a bad experience!! international students have to pay £14,000 per year and its just once a week. So basically ur paying £14,000 for just around 28 classes and they say its that expensive for international students because they tend to drop out before completing it, What do you expect them to do when you cant afford to pay that amount🤷🏻‍♀️

Had really bad experience applying for my Masters degree. You will need to contact regional office in Chennai (If you are from South India), there is a lady called "Gladis". She is giving false information regarding CAS deadline and they have the wost communication, organisational skills. I got my interview date delayed / once it was mis communicated and rescheduled. After getting selected they sent me a message saying the due date is over. They are toying with your lives. especially Ms. Gladis from Chennai regional office. Not recommend worst communication, organisational skills any University can have

Good base to study various degrees. Excellent facilities and helpful staff are some of the features of this good University. The location is uplifting with some green areas of the Grove Park. Good online resource base to support your studies.

Honestly with all the reasons I withdraw from here . For them to send me an email of threat to pay them 6K. When I had more than reasonable reasons to withdraw is evil and cruel. I will have to pay for another GP letter, to prove this in more details. No problem, but I won’t pay that money, especially as I had to withdraw for mental health and health concerns. It was ok for them to take the first 3K, I was the first person to pay that also, but now you want threatening me a year later, even as I’ve given a good reasons. Not helping with my depression and anxiety 😥, but it won’t happen. It’s only about money for these people. Out of order. Wish I could give zero stars ⭐️.

Worst experience I have ever had with an educational institution which boasts a big deal on being one of the top new universities in the UK. As an internal student, I was asked to pay an exorbitant amount - literally half of the course fees, just to confirm my admission. My CAS was rejected without an explanation and the fee I paid was refunded only after 6 long months and after several follow ups. Even then, I lost a lot of money just because of the exchange rate. Honestly, I would say it is a money making business with absolutely horrible treatment to international students.

I applied here through force of my parents in 2020 because its the closest university. I never got in but the application was a nightmare and it would take them ages to get back to me i would have to repeat the same details to the admins all in the end just to rejected.

awful experience from before starting to finish i only did 1 year but that was more than enough to leave a star, i had issues left and left and the support was either really really slow at replying or just doesn't reply. the course was fine but because of my issues I'm having i miss an entire course work because i needed an update on a timetable and was being handed a wrong one and one one seems to ask why i am not in class or when my assignments was not being submitted no one seems to care that it hasn't been submitted because i showed all my work before and they know i done it yet waited last possible minute to tell me hey your work is not in.

Metanoia Institution awards its degree through Middlesex University. I have been offered a place for the BSc (Hons) Person-Centred at Metanoia. I withdrew due to awful customer/student service, the BSc Person-centred Director is very unprepared to deal with people/human beings, and I never had an answer regarding my complaint from the Head of Faculty 1 - Psychotherapy and Counselling. The latter appeared once during a Certificate in Counselling Skills online and took thirty minutes from our training to sell Metanoia courses. When selling, Metanoia Directors are eager sellers and will charge you (GBP150) for a workshop that should be an "open day". They were very kind with soft, peaceful, smooth voices and very human, but once I had a place, I was just another number and a cash machine in a "person-centred" approach. A bad example from the Director made me rethink everything, and I withdrew. So I am making sure not to recommend BSc Person-centred at Metanoia. It would not be my first degree, and I know how staff can make a difference.

-Exercise and Physical Activity for Special Populations and Healthy Ageing MSc. The worst experience I ever had. No support at all and very racist staff. My tutor was always busy unable to help me and we were mainly learning from google. Not the best degree regarding employability afterwards and no support at all. I wish I could take my money back and choose a different subject. University is great but the specific degree is a waste of money.

In many ways, Middlesex University has benefited me. The lecturers here are fantastic; I'm taking a law degree course, and I can always count on them for advice. This university warmly welcomed me. Opportunities for networking and future employment are plentiful at Middlesex for students like myself. Another great resource on campus is the university library, which is accessible at all times and offers a wide selection of books available for borrowing. The individuals I've met at this institution, coming from all walks of life, have been amazing!

Middlesex University is a good university with an incredible campus. Almost everything you need as a student is available on campus, from writing support to a gym. Many students who attend Middlesex rave about the campus and its amenities, including myself. As an international student, coming from the United States, I can comfortably say that the university has an amazing support system for international students. I have met so many incredible people from all around the world, and it has been such a unique and unforgettable experience!

I attended Middlesex University and went to graduation last year. The graduation ceremony was completely messed up as my parent wasn’t even able to see me up on the stage for my moment. The way it is is that you go up on stage and someone is before you and they go and get their photo taken quickly and go off the stage and next person etc… Graduation is supposed to be special but instead they rush students and no time is given to each student. Many parents come from abroad to see their child and this must be very upsetting for many parents/relatives. Random people were allowed to have long speeches which frankly no one cares about, but when it came to students it was rushed. I was upset. My parent was upset. I was looking forward to this day but it wasn’t worth going to. Others in my class felt the same way as well. Also, having studied Business Management MSO is a module which you fail if you don’t know how to use Microsoft Excel. I don’t understand how university can expect everyone to know how to use it. I failed this module because of that so be aware if you’re planning to study this.

I really have enjoyed my time at middlesex University, and I believe it's a great place to study my course Interior Design. All the tutors have high-class industry experience and offer great support and feedback in reviews. You are able to complete a range of projects from residential to hospitality and workplace design. The facilities are very good with access to free printing and a material sample library. Also, due to being located in London you are surrounded by opportunities to go on site visits, galleries, museums and design events.

I have always felt welcomed at Middlesex University, since the application process, enrolment and student support. I can feel that the staff and my tutors hear my voice and want to nourish me to grow. The facilities offered at Middlesex University attracted me to apply and kept me studying here. It is not easy to find such a wide range of workshops, high-standard equipment and materials within one university campus in the middle of London and Middlesex has that. Lots of support events, clubs and activities.

Middlesex university has been an amazing place for both my career and personal development. This comes from its diverse cultures that has allowed me to learn a lot from other people and the support and resources that help with improving my academic writing, cvs and expanding my network. Other than that the campus is also beautiful.

The application process is the best thing about getting in, the rest is up to you. I got a response within a week, and the regional office, shout out to Kenya, was there all the way letting me know the documents and exact amounts of money I needed. The administration was also kind enough to let me defer my studies short notice with no additional penalties. The University itself is more than well equipped for the courses it offers, be it study spaces, IT, source material or access to lecturers. Every resource is there to ensure you get at least a passing grade for your programme, lol. The only thing that could make you fail is being over involved as there are always a vast number of social and sporting activities always taking place. They also have an amazing on campus gym, which I love.

Middlesex University is one great institution that does more for its students than merely understanding their academic and career needs to actually preparing them to be irresistibly desirable to employers and in their post academic pursuits. My course in psychology, for example, has been deliberately and consciously made rich in tailoring me to beat the competition in the field and be a relevant contributor to the psychological discipline.

Middlesex University has so many valuable facilities to assist me in my studies on the course Fashion Communication and Styling. From industry standard photography studios and the latest Canon cameras, to free printing in the 24/7 library. Smaller class sizes mean frequent availability for these facilities and 1-2-1 personal feedback with your tutors.
