The Pillar Hotel is a true gem in the hospitality industry. From the moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted with a blend of modern elegance and historic charm. The staff's warm and attentive service sets the stage for a remarkable stay. The rooms are not only beautifully appointed but also thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The attention to detail, from the quality of the linens to the in-room amenities, is truly impressive. One of the standout features is its excellent dining experience. The restaurant offers a diverse menu of delectable dishes that cater to various tastes, and the breakfast was magnificent! The location of the hotel, situated in a peaceful and picturesque neighbourhood, provides a sense of escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it's conveniently close to major attractions. The Pillar Hotel consistently delivers a high standard of hospitality, making it an ideal choice for travellers seeking a blend of comfort, style, and exceptional service. It's a place where every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable and delightful stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. You won't be disappointed with the location, the lodging or the fabulous breakfasts. Set in a landmark building with spacious rooms that are spotlessly clean you'll be more than comfortable during your stay here. The historic grounds are kept in immaculate condition and offer a tranquil setting for your stay in London. Close to all the nearby restaurants and with fantastic bus and tube connections, you'll be only moments away from the city centre, but still in the tranquil suburbs. Whether it's for a short or long stay, Yasmin and her team will make you feel welcome and your stay as pleasant as possible.

Dishonest staff I booked for my family. They sejourned in the hotel and paid for the room but the staff charged me a cancellation fee because I didnt book the room at their name. I have tried to ask them for the money back but they have been ignoring me

Beautiful boutique kosher hotel. The staff was super helpful and really nice. They made sure that we had everything we needed. Rooms have all been recently updated and modernized. Good heating. Beautiful garden in the center with a nice royal feel to the ancient building. Definte place to stay for any kosher invidual as well as a tourist looking for a nice spot in the area!

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location for visitors to Hendon. Kosher breakfast available. A listed building so layout a little eccentric. Comfy beds

Very pleasant for those who want this particular location. It is a serious walk to the Tube. Service is good, and hotel is well run. Breakfast is basic, versatile and very fresh. Rooms are smallish and cozy. There is tea, fruits and pastry all day and evening in the lounge. Priced almost like a HIlton. Ask if they fixed the elevator.

Beautiful hotel, room and bathroom spacious and luxurious. Good choice of food at breakfast. The only drawback was the bed which was very hard.

In Short: this is an amazing Hotel, I had the honor to meet the owner of the hotel, he gave us a bit of the history of this building, and it was fascinating to hear and at my next visit it will have way more meaning knowing the history,

I am visiting from Teaneck NJ and have to say this has been really nice. The Pillar is a fantastic boutique hotel just a short bus and train to any popular London site. The building compex was built as a monestary over a hundred years ago but ofcourse has been completely renovated into a modern hotel with space for events, without losing much of the artisanal wood work and wonderfully quaint details. If Kosher and a Minyan is of interest to you, there is a great breakfast each morning as well as Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and baked goods available for free 24hrs in the lounge. There is a minyan conveniently right next door. All around a very nice place if you dont need to be in the thick of the city. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on a future trip.

Period Exterior hides the modern design and quality finishes of the rooms. Ample parking within a secure area. Continental breakfast style, breads, fruits yogurts and pastries. Friendly staff willing to assist with good demeanor.

Wonderful experience here. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location is convenient. Restaurants and shuls all on the same block. Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.

What a stunning hotel! Our room was perfect and for once a room advertised as wheelchair accessible was fully wheelchair accessible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kosher buffet breakfast was very nice.

I booked The Pillar hotel after Hampton by Hilton is Ealing decided to cancel my original booking for a Coldplay concert at Wembley. They did us a favour really, as The Pillar hotel was lovely! It is a really beautifully laid out building. Every single member of the team that we spoke to were so friendly. On arrival the lady who checked us in was very helpful and informative. Our room was absolutely SPOTLESS! We had an air conditioning unit which had already been placed in our room, which was extremely well received in this unprecedented heatwave! We are used to being on the coast and the temperature in London was substantially hotter... There was cold milk and water in the fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in our room, a safe, complimentary toiletries and chocolates on our pillow ❀ When we returned to our room we were able to get a take away delivered to the hotel which was great! Comfortable nights sleep as well. Its a shame we didn't spent a bit longer there as it was a great choice. I don't believe there is a restaurant or bar facility, which is a shame as I think that would work well, but breakfast is offered to guests at an extra cost if required and the offer of refreshments is a lovely idea! There is a bus stop literally outside the hotel which took us to Wembley and bought us back! Very easy! Loadssss of eateries not too far away. I would definitely stay here again!!
