Good range of gelato flavours, some different ones include banana (very nice) and fig. The shop is conveniently located in Covent Garden, a small cone with 2 scoops is around £4.50.

Best ice cream in London. Hands down. They used to do authentic hot chocolate which I remeber getting with my mum after seeing a musical but unfortunately they don't do it anymore :(. They ice cream however is still as good as ever and it is a must try in London. I take everyone who visits London with me to this place and all.of them praise it. Pistachio and hazelnut are must try flavours

Pretty decent gelato. Friendly and efficient service. Lots of flavour options. The pistachio flavour was good.

Nice little gelateria, close to many of the theatres. Huge portions, the pistacchio ice cream was very good. Croissant was also big and fluffy. It was pretty popular, both with tourists and locals.

Icecream was watery and less solid than usual. But the tiramisu was very good. Salted caramel was okay. The large one takes up to 4 flavours. The medium takes up to 2 but the cone circumference is tiny and staff were struggling to put 2 flavours and itbwas messy when people where trying to hold it or eat it. The cone biscuit didn't taste good anyway, very full of sugar.

It's an authentic gelateria, make me thinking about being back in Italy. Very good gelato, nice selection and wonderful people working there. I go there anytime I'm in the area!

Absolutely delicious gelato, one of the best places in town! New York cheesecake, hazelnut and cookies & cream were all so creamy and lovely!

This definitely deserves a spot on London's top 3 gelato spots! A balance of creamy, deep, and smooth, suitable for any day of the year. Gelatorino has won prizes for its flavours (pistachio and hazelnut), and they indeed deserve it. Hazelnut was one of the best I have tried so far and would pair well with a coffee or non-nutty flavour in order to truly bring out its depth. 10/10, will come back for hazelnut.

The gelato was delicious, i have tried the pistachio flavour. It has won me over but the price is a bit expensive, maybe for special occasions. The staff was nice.

Rude staff, cakes/croissants dry & far too sweet! Toilet….”please leave this bathroom as you would like to find it”….notice on dirty wall! “What?..you want us to clean it?!!!” Don’t care that it’s passing trade & busy. Standards, cleanliness….not difficult. And can be pleasant

Genuine gelato shop. The range of ice creams and sorbets is excellent and in some cases the flavours are quite unusual (and it's great fun to mix the flavours). It's a little expensive but worth it for the occasional treat. Beautiful decoration, friendly staff and a very clean atmosphere.

Nice little gelateria, close to many of the theatres. We came here before Frozen. Huge portions, the pistachio and Giandaja ice cream was very good. It was pretty popular, both with tourists and locals.

Hands down this is THE BEST gelato / ice cream shop in London. My office used to be across the road from this gelateria for many years and I sampled their ice creams many many times. They always have some of the classic flavours as well as some new ones - keeping the options exciting for their returning customers! some of my old fave flavours are fior di latte, pistachio, salted caramel, Gianduga and dark chocolate. They also have a range of coffee, cakes, pancakes and savoury options too. Highly recommended summer or winter!

Nice gelato! Good variety and selection and decent seating. Whilst the gelato is good the prices seem very high. The staff were nice and helpful even though I had to wait a little before they came up from the basement.

Really nice ice cream. However the staff seems pretty young and not very experienced. When I got in I could not understand if there was a queue for paying or getting the ice cream that was due to the person at the counter that did not acknowledge the people getting through the door and mention who was next. The product is really good but the staff should improve the customer service

Heaven offering true gelato experience! Check out the board or just ask for their available flavours because they offer different and sometimes unique flavours time to time, always worth the trip and time to queue to for a gelato (or more if you feel like it) when free.

Stop the press! This is the best ice cream i have ever tasted. Addicted to the new york cheesecake flavour, oh my goodness im dreaming of it right now (homer simpson drool) . In heart of Covent Gardens, v easy to get to, staff are great, the quality is even better, anytime im in central, this is first spot i visit!

Staff where unhelpful and unwelcoming when asking about ordering a milkshake. I asked for a banana milkshake and the young lady rolled her eyes to her colleagues. Also when my drink was made, her colleague put my drink down on the side and replied there it is. Not very respectful and I won’t be going there anytime soon. Great ice cream, poor service

There’s no better ice cream in town!! Their pistachio flavour is the best, and I am regularly going there and beg for them to re-introduce the licorice flavour again. I miss it so much 🥹

Ice cream was very good, general impression not so much😢 Either it’s the smallest portion in London for 4,5£ (for small ice cream) or the staff needs to work on standardisation. My portion was about about half a size of what my friend got. ( just to calrify, we both got small portions) When I asked the young, blond lady who was serving it why the difference is so massive she she rolled her eyes and said: ‚It’s accidental’ Will choose different place next time. Quite a few places have good quality Italian ice-cream served with smile in nice atmosphere.

This review is only about the gelato, which in my opinion is average. The price is pretty much the same as Amorino's but I found a substantial difference in the quality/flavour. The ingridients used are not so different and yet the gelato of Gelatorino is missing that something that makes me crave Amorino every now and then. I was expecting something more as this business is actually run by italians (let's not forget that Amorino is a French chain!).
