On my latest visit I got completely ignored by the 3 members of staff chatting behind the till. When paying I wasn't offered a bag (purchased a couple of different products) and when I asked for one, the member of staff behind the till handed me one dismissively as she was more interested in returning to the conversation with her colleagues than paying attention to me or the other customers in store. Based on this experience I'd only give 1 star, however my previous visit was completely different, I was approached when entering the store and had a great shopping experience thanks to the lovely sales advisor working in store that day. She was polite and really helpful with great product knowledge. Considering the shift towards online shopping, experiences such as these are the lifeline of brick and mortar stores and the other staff members could benefit from some basic customer service training. Have a chat during a shift by all means, but don't ignore or treat customers like an inconvenience.

Beautiful shop great selection of products - however the staff seem like they are being held at gunpoint. Very unfriendly and they all seemed very tired/ bored. Perhaps give the staff more breaks?

I love their products and would much rather order online than come to this store in future. It was baking hot and no A/C, had to leave to get water and return. The staff were busy chatting to themselves so I felt uncomfortable interrupting them for help.

I went to the Westfield store to do some research for my dissertation, I was greeted by Salma M who took time out of her day and spent 20 minutes with me to answer questions on the brand, such amazing and friendly service! :)

The store is neat and tidy. It's quite minimalist so when you first go in it's a bit intimidating because you don't know where to start. However The young guy who served me was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and explain everything to me. He let me try the feel of a few products and answered all my questions. He even labelled the order I need to use my new products in. Absolutely excellent service. This guy deserves some recognition. I'll be going again.

Was served by Daria and Eric (Erique ?) on the 9th December. Brilliant ambassadors for the brand, very informative, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the products. Bought a couple products I wasn’t planning on getting thanks to their recommendations.

Horrible service, we were queuing for a good 5 minutes (there was only one lady in front of us) as the worker at the checkout was having an off topic conversation (about how teenagers should not be using skincare I heard) with the person in front. As soon as we walked in the lady was giving us nasty looks, there was ZERO help or advice given. Rudeness the whole way through. They have good products and a great selection I only recommend visiting here if your willing to ignore such appalling behaviour.

This store is a scam. During the Black Friday I bought some products from the store. And one of their employees or manager said they will give me a moisturizer as a gift. However, I was actually charged by them, which was fine because later I found out myself and got back to get a return. After one month, I never got that money back so I went to the store again. And they told me they have already refunded the money back and there are nothing else they can do. In the end they told me they cannot please everyone. I mean, I didn’t plan to buy the moisturizer in the first place and this is how they deal with the situation. I would never go back to this store again.

I bought some serums for a first time. But so far really happy with the products. My skin feels very soft and smooth after I apply them.

The wonderful Salmam was so attentive! She helped me pick out 2 new serums to add to my skincare regime. She thoughtfully advised me on whether or not retinol was a good fit for my skin. Salmam went above and beyond by writing out the order in which to use the products. Thanks so much Salmam! You were beyond helpful! 😁

Went there to buy some foundation and face cream. Four staff having fun not even bother to ask if I need any help even though was trying to catch any eye contact..love the ordinary products but from this kind of beauty store I would expect some attention and advice from people who work there..

Went in the Deciem store today for the first time and had so much help choosing the best products for my skin! Salma was extremely helpful and friendly and very understanding! She went the extra mile to really make sure I was getting my money’s worth and not just making me buy every product as they normally do in other stores. really really sweet, very appreciative! Definitely recommend Salma for skincare advice!

Went to Deciem in Westfield for some help with skincare. Salma helped me and was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and she had lots of great knowledge. She offers to right down a guide I can use for my routine, despite me not only using their brand. She picked out the products I was looking for and was super helpful. Thanks Salma!

I went to the ordinary and a woman named Angela helped me find what was best for me and gave me great recommendations of what to use on my face and gave me instructions of what else I need that they dont provide and what order i use products to clear my acne. Amazing place, honestly.
