Not much to say about it but they are absolutely great. All the reception staff is very friendly, accomodating, smiley all the time and many other nice things I could say. Same goes for the therapists. Been seeing few of them in different departments and I don't have a single complaint about their treatments. The podiatrist Mike is fantastic on what he does, knowledgeable and make you feel so much at ease you won't even think you're in a clinic. Jason for me is a legend, always understood my issues straight away and made the right treatment to fix 'em. After all the times I've seen him you can tell he's not just good in his job but he's mainly a good person in general. I would suggest to everyone to pay a visit to this clinic. Thank you all the clinic staff members for the great job.

Life-Changing Osteopathy Experience with Jason! I have had the pleasure of receiving osteopathy treatments from Jason for SI joint pain, shoulder, neck, and back pain, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Attended Freedoms Clinic for a cervical screening and Pap smear. The process was entirely unacceptable. For a start there is no chair and beyond that there is nothing to support making the process less invasive. There was also nothing available for appropriate aftercare and I was asked if I had my own with me. As well as that I had a phone conversation with a receptionist who told me the process would be £160, however just as the process was about to begin I was told they had booked me wrong and it would now be £320. (Bare in mind this is not a facility appropriate to carry this diagnostic test put , I was also unaware of this prior.) An incredibly disappointing a experience. This is not a practice appropriate for female health, nor does it seem to be interested in it. I would strongly advice against going here for anything women’s health related. My one star is for the doctor who was super kind. It is a pity she isn’t equipped properly by this facility.

Dr Hooper was absolutely amazing ! Made me feel so comfortable and was very friendly and personable. I was so scared coming in for my procedure and he made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend him for any podiatry treatments

I have been having physio for my knee and hip with Alex for a few weeks now and he has been amazing. He is extremely educated and has taught me so much about my body, joints and muscles. He’s really dedicated to helping me and my pain has massively reduced. He is very attentive and I feel very comfortable With Alex. I would highly recommend Freedom clinics and Alex for Physiotherapy irs been a life saver for me.

Great clinic with very friendly and competent staff! I have been visiting Freedom Clinics in Canary Wharf for several months now and am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The front staff is always very welcoming and ready to help and the osteopath treating me (Jason Patel) has done a wonderful job - I feel so much better and can see noticeable improvements. I can't recommend them enough!

A very pleasant experience at Freedom Clinics Canary Wharf. From the immaculate reception and practice rooms to the punctual, professional and friendly service from all the staff. I’ve had two acupuncture sessions with John in preparation for the London Marathon, and he has really helped alleviate some of the leg pain I’ve been suffering with. John also takes time to explain the treatment process and what it entails, which is interesting and informative. Highly recommend this clinic.

I suffer from very bad headaches (6-8 episodes a day) and migraines and my doctor recommended Acupuncture. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dalia because the frequency of my headaches has reduced tremendously. She's friendly, knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve seen Jason for few sessions for my back. I’ve been suffering from back pain for years which got worse during last year. I’ve thankfully found Freedom Clinics. Reception team was extremely helpful helping me to arrange appointments(my first language is not English and I struggle sometimes to communicate-my daughter is helping me with this review)- and the fact that some receptionists speak more languages rather then just English helped me massively. They’re always smiling and the atmosphere when entering the clinic is amazing. This is not the usual healthcare clinic. From how the clinic look to how clean the space looks, the great clinical and admins service all together it really makes this clinic special and outstanding from other clinics. Jason has taken his time to listen to me and he has combined different treatments to help me ease the pain. He also explain things I should be doing at home to help me manage the pain, even at work. I now do not need to see Jason so often as I’ve learned from him on how to manage my back problem, but it gives me joy to visit the clinic from time to time to see the whole team and to maintain the great help I’ve received so far with my back. I’ve had a knee issue since a very long time and Alesia Vazmitzel has been an absolute star! She’s helped me with physio but the shock wave therapy has been a game changer. Sharing review for Dalia Azar. She is a superstar acupuncturist. She is not only great at her job but also a very caring and a considerate person. She listens to everything carefully and never rushes the treatment. I am recovering from 2 back to back child births and she had been such a great support and help. I had an appointment with Alesia for an ankle injury and she was brilliant. Very thorough, knowledgeable and gave me so much good advice. She did a lot of checks, gave me exercises to do to improve strength and recover from my injury. Helpful, friendly and worth every penny for the peace of mind. Clearly well educated and a top caliber therapist who is not only engaging but he has sorted out my back issues everytime without fail and leaves you educated about what the issues are in order to prevent further issues. I had a few acupuncture sessions with Dalia and it was amazing. I must say that I am scared of needles but she does it ina way that you can't feel the needles at all. She is really good at what she does and she is going beyond and above to make sure I am confortable and I am getting the best out of the treatment. And she has some good advice to help even after the session. I would definitelly come back again even after this round of sessions are done and I recommend the acupuncture with her, really worth it.

Great experience at Freedom Clinics, would highly recommend. I went here because I had an intense upper back pain and low head mobility. Alice is a wonderful physiotherapist and she took 80% of my pain away from the first session. Next morning I already had my neck and head mobility back. I also went to a follow up session where Alice thought me a few straightening exercises so I can avoid getting this pain in the future. 👍🏻

Very good option, competitive prices with friendly staff. I have been attending to see Clive for a few months now due a hampstring injury that was preventing me to sit properly (I work in an office). He was able to assess the injury and provide a consecutive treatment according to my needs, recovering a 70% of my tendon strength. They also offer massages, shock therapy as well as vitamins and supplements in the clinic. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent service from Freedom Clinics. Kestutis is excellent and by far the best Osteopath I have every seen. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to fix issues. He is very attentive and can pinpoint exactly what the problem has been for me and in quite a short period of time has helped me. He came highly recommended to me and I would certainly recommend him to help anyone who is struggling with issues.

Absolutely exceptional service! Can’t thank enough the quality of work done. I came to the clinic with a sever neck and upper back pain, could barely move. Didn’t know what to expect, but Shahin managed to fix me right away and in several days I was back to my normal routine and even came back to physical training in full strength. Really appreciate your magical work!

I always walk away from my appointments feeling much better, joints are less stiff and muscles less tight. Kes always does a detailed review each time of my body and adjusts the treatment to focus on any areas that are stiff or uncomfortable. He is very personable in sessions and very professional. Would highly recommend. I don't live or work in Canary Wharf anymore but I keep coming back because of the quality of treatment compared to other places.

I'm happy with the Osteopathy session and service that I got from this company. I wanted a good service for my back that can mitigate the basic back pain and this place helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Freedom has got some really professional people with great skills. Especially Kestutis who has got a great technique and experience.

Kevin Powell, the physio at Freedom Clinics, Canary Wharf, is an absolute legend and is incredible at what he does! I have been having issues with my knees for over 4 years now. I have been to multiple physios and none of them have been able to diagnose me correctly and help me recover. I had one 20 minute session with Kevin, and within days I was running again, for the first time since my injury started. I am now back in the gym and feel better than ever. I have just seen Kevin for my second session and I immediately feel better again from the new exercises which he has given me. Kevin is extremely friendly and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a top class physio.

This is the best clinic I am ever being treated. I am treated for my neck and shoulder pain in this clinic. My physiotherapist Misako did not only gave me the best treatment but also pointed out the root causes of my problems, she helped me with the posture correction nicely, moreover she referred me for an amazing acupuncturist who is helping me to reduce my chronic pain and stress. As a result I am healing from my body pain quickly. I appreciate the assistance of the receptionists of this clinic too. I highly recommend Freedom Clinic and I am really thankful to this clinic.

Kevin Powell has been working with me for the past 2 months to help me get back on my feet after having injured my spine. He customised his approach based on what my body required. He is extremely knowledgeable and always made it a point to explain how each exercise impacted the body. From not being able to walk/stand for more than 15 minutes, to being able to walk for 45 minutes, it has been a smooth journey with Kevin. It has been an on going process of working with him and consistently doing the exercises by myself to be able to walk for almost an hour. The sessions are interactive; he is a great conversationalist and he put me at ease right from the first session. Thank you Kevin!

Dr Michael Hooper offered to explain the process, take a look at the toe, and perform the procedure right away. He did a phenomenal job with the nail surgery! Both ladies are lovely, care about their clients and are very professional. I have noticed tremendous improvement with my back and both treatments have helped a lot. I’ve been at Freedom clinics for over a month due to an acute lower back pain and the type of pain I had where i was not able move or walk properly. It had been terrible time to think how and when will i recover to normal. I have been treated by Dr Alex, and He has been absolutely amazing and extremely professional. He exactly knew what needed to be fixed and the type of exercise he recommended did wonders to me. Within 3 sessions felt pretty much back to normal already! He’s welcoming and punctual with timing and has completely changed my outlook on how to support my back and exercises that need to be done.
