Absolutely love this gym. It’s like an old school English boxing gym (they’re affiliated with Repton) but with a modern twist. It’s proper boxing not “boxercise”. Coach Swen is the man! His classes are intense and technical but he keeps it fun too, cracking jokes between rounds. I’ve progressed a lot within 2 months technically and cardio. Highly recommend! 🥊 🥊🥊

An excellent boxing gym for all abilities and levels. All the trainers are extremely capable and friendly. The classes and personal sessions are both physically challenging and a great way to improve technique. I would highly recommend the gym for anyone interested in the sport, beginner or advanced, or even someone simply wanting a different way of keeping active.

I have used Aldgate and Paddington 12x3 Gyms and the standard of classes is fantastic. I used the gym last year as I trained for my first fight and have kept going ever since. Whether your training for a fight, getting in shape or want kick arse cardio this is a great place to go.

I attended my first class on Saturday which was led by Val- 'Gloves On'. Having attended many different fitness studios over the last couple of years, I can hand on heart say that this was one of my favourite. A great class size (only about 8 of us), in nice surroundings, with personalised instruction and a good tempo. A great workout, learnt new skills and expert leadership & training from Val. Thanks - I look forward to more sessions.

I attended a morning class, with an extremely poor instructor - severe lack of guidance in technique but also in what we were doing! The gloves are absolutely disgusting, dripping wet and smelt horribly. I would not recommend or return

They never said it would be this hard to punch a bag, but they never told you how satisfying it would be. Each instructor will bring something new to your game, with a great community to encourage and drive you through those dig deep sessions. Well worth the intro sessions, and never looked back since joining.

Very welcoming...great vibe...talented and encouraging coaches...It was starting at 12x3 that got me into boxing and now I'm hooked. There's a variety of different types of classes, so there really is something for everyone, despite your ability. There's also a real sense of community in the gym which makes it a great place to be. If you like boxing then you MUST check out 12x3!!!

Hands down the BEST boxing and boxing fitness classes in London! Trainers are of an outstanding calibre and the classes are full of dedication, energy, and no egos regardless of ability. 11 out of 10 if I could.

The best boxing gym I've been in London. It has all the equipment a boxing gym needs / many different coaches all of whom are well experienced and their teaching quality is second to none.

This was the best boxing class I’ve ever got in London after trying many places. Even though my cardio level was not ready for 1 hour intense exercise, coach was super-helpful and motivating to make me push through the end. I really enjoyed the time, and definitely I will be back.

Workouts are intense but leaves you feeling amazing afterwards. It has helped me improve my stamina, fitness levels and learn the fundamental basics of boxing. Coaches are fab weather it's with Ryan, Maisey, Menay or Jimmy every session will push you beyond your limits. I highly recommend it to all, it's the best boxing club around.

I've been coming here for 4 years now, and as long as I'm in London that's never going to change - awesome work out, and training from genuine experts in boxing - people who have fought at the highest levels and are always willing to share what they know. It's so much more than just boxercise. Great people! Would highly recommend

One of the hardest sessions I have ever done !! Educational, Fun and TOUGH all rolled into one. Great staff/team that make the gym have a unique atmosphere

Great concept; run by professionals in a friendly atmosphere, great venue and facilities. I'd definitely recommend, I've thoroughly enjoyed every workout - all of the trainers I've met have been great.

A great gym, the perfect mix between an old school amateur club and the Kobox/ 1Rebel's of the world. They teach you the fundamentals of boxing with a laser focus on mastering them before progressing onto more advanced techniques. Me and a colleague who had very different abilities went along and both felt very comfortable and took a lot from the session. The facilities were also great and staff were very friendly.

The best of London's upper sector of gyms. You can train like this in a hundred places but this is the only place that has this level of coach, with the experience and background that just gets more out of the average idiot like me. I don't normally write reviews but I had to say something. Changed my life

Great coaches and good variety of classes available to suit different people’s goals. Intense work out and good facilities.

Highly recommend these guys, I'm hooked. After a long break from any form of fitness and trying multiple other classes, I stumbled upon 12x3. I've been going for a month now and can't get enough of it. The facility itself is at a great location and extremely well-maintained. Trainers are former and current boxing champions which is inspiring irrespective of whether you're there to train competitively or using boxing as a vehicle to stay fit + they're incredibly patient and encouraging with beginners like me. Such a fantastic work out each time and most importantly, great fun!

Very good gym, my endurance has clearly improved over the past year. Sparring is good here too, not only the coaches are good, but also the people attending - seems like people genuinely try to learn and not just whack each other for the heck of it. You will get what you want out of this gym - either hardcore conditioning, body sparring or full sparring, the variety of classes is great.

Best boxing gym in London by a mile, I’ve been to most others. This a is a unique gym that stays true to the sport and have helped me become better than I ever thought I could be. Trainers are highly skilled and a pleasure to work with - Nick B

Love 12x3! Definitely one of the best boxing gyms in London with excellent coaches and classes that focus on improving your overall fitness but also boxing technique. Feels like a community - everyone is friendly and very supportive.

  • 5/5 Matt O. 4 years ago on Google
I can’t speak highly enough of 12x3 - vastly experienced current or former boxers as coaches, and a variety of different classes with some focused on conditioning and others on learning boxing techniques in a supportive, friendly and safe environment. It’s transformed my fitness levels, and my body composition. Come prepared to work hard.

12x3 Boxing Gym is amazing. I currently attend the one in Paddington on a weekly basis and find it to be both challenging and enjoyable. The staff are extremely friendly and the trainers are both motivating and helpful. From a pricing perspective, 12x3 are extremely competitive and regularly have offers on their classes. If you are new to boxing, I would recommend you give this place a try.

Love this place, boxing is a great way to get fit and 12x3 lets you feel a little bit like Rocky Balboa. Adrien!! The coaches are all extremely professional, they keep you focused whilst making you feel welcome.

Due to a hectic schedule I only get to train once a week..but do I look forward to a Saturday morning training session. Stamina & fitness levels have increased so much thanks to 12x3. Big shout out to coaches Louie & Valerian!

Been going 12x3s pretty much 2 years now and still look forward to every session. This is bar none the best body workout from any sport. I always come away knowing I have been through it and the coaches let everyone take it at their own pace. Mixing up the conditioning, glove work and sparring always helps release the frustration of day to day life. All the coaches are top draw, and having all come from a boxing background either amateur or pro, they seriously know their stuff. ????

I have recently joined 12x3 Boxing and my experience so far has been excellent. The facilities are great, and all the coaches I have met so far have made the initial "induction" phase of joining a new gym very easy and enjoyable (as well as being just as intensive workout as I was hoping for!)

  • 5/5 Balraj S. 4 years ago on Google
Absolutely superb boxing gym. The facilities are superb, as are the coaches and workout on offer. If you're looking for an intense workout, you won't go wrong with this

  • 5/5 Isabel L. 4 years ago on Google
A great boxing gym that welcomes people of all abilities. The workouts really put you through your paces and you get to practise one on one with other people in the class so it gets you to socialise with your fellow boxers which is great, as well as practising bag work or HIIT circuits. The trainers also dedicate enough time to correct you each individually on your technique and are easy going and approachable. I love coming to 12x3 and would thoroughly recommend trying a workout there.

Had a great first class at 12x3 the instructor was very attentive to my previous injuries and made sure to give me alternative options to certain exercises if needed. Can’t wait to go back to try the technique class!

I've been going to 12x3 Aldgate for about 6 months now, and can safely say it's the best gym experience I've had (i'm in my thirties). It's a serious workout; i've never left feeling anything other than exhausted and elated. It's technical; they genuinely teach you to box, in a way that's authentic but also simple enough to be rewarding, or more complex if you're more advanced. It's intimate; class sizes are now much smaller, so you get all the attention you need. Above all though, it's just a good place to hang out; the coaches and reception team are a great bunch of people. The right balance of tough and nice. I travel an hour across town several times a week for this. No guts no glory, right? ;)

I always considered myself very fit - I was ignoring the signs of expanding waistline and changes in shirt sizes, and living on past fitness glories. It happens to all of us at some point: whether it's work or having a family, we just become content with life and that can lead to inactivity. I started to use 12x3 Boxing to help me get back to those glory days, and because I needed some inspiration with training - too much of the same thing wasn't getting me anywhere. All the trainers (in particular Nat who I train with) & staff at 12x3 are superb and offer lots of encouragement - the training sessions are great, "Train Hard, Fight Easy"..... Thanks to 12x3, I am now back to fitness levels I thought I would never see again! 12x3 is much more than getting a sweat on! Its not every day you get the chance to bump into one of your hero's from your home town....

Definitely a place for everyone at any level or experience. From complete beginners to professionals. The commitment that the coaches have is amazing. The push, the drive, it's all there. The comradeship is amazing. Love it here 🥊

I took up the option of the 7 day unlimited trial and will be joining as a full time member because of it!! I booked on sessions with as many different trainers as I could fit in within the 7 days and each trainer was quality. All offered something completely different which made each class enjoyable and physically demanding. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and there was a real good atmosphere across both gyms. If you are looking to get fit and improve your boxing skills this is the place to go.
