Cafe Coffee shop

😠 Ordered a large latte (we'd 13th Apr time 1835). The cap provided popped off as soon as I got it. Requested another. That didn't fit either. Got to the train after picking the cup up and the top fell off, burning my hand. Coffee all over my lap and floor. People often mention coffee, service, good, staff,

This is only brand I like, not only for coffee, but also for their nice service. At waterloo station branch every staff is good, but I would like to say SHIRINA's name specially because once she saved my life. I have allergy with regular milk that's why I used to order coffee only with oats milk. One day I forgot to tell them, but she remembered about me and served me with oats milk. I'll never forget that.

Awful, overpriced slop. Had a bacon roll costing almost £4. Consisted of flat burger bun and barely any bacon. Probably cost of ingredients no more than 25p. Outrageous mark-up. Coffee cup poor design and leaked all over me.

It was one of the great experience i ever had in any coffee house in london. Staff and service both were excellent. There were one staff named Jignesh who was great and helpful.

I was greeted by the barista handing me the hot cappuccino with the sweetest smile ever, especially appreciated in a dismal morning at a busy train station on my way to meetings

Nice place to grab a quick latte or cup of coffee before jumping on a train. We had hazelnut and caramel lattes. Both were good.

Lovely, polite staff. I picked up a too good to go bag but instead of giving me random leftovers they actually asked me what i would like to have, and were also willing to give me some hot breakfast treats! Very very pleased with the service!

Avoid if you like coffee. Grains ground too coarse so a double went through in about 5 seconds. No crema and v bitter. Maybe OK if smothered with flavoured syrup. The barista was very friendly however

Horrible ice latte with very little milk. Even mud water would be nicer. The mocha tastes like containing artificial ingredients. We had to throw away both drinks after one sip. Worst experience ever!

Best bacon roll in Waterloo station. Ignore all the chains and go to this little independent place next to platform 6. Brioche rolls. Good coffee. And great service from Neha and the girls. Thoroughly recommend

Tried the chicken caesar, boxing day and ham/cheese baguettes made by Mominul. They were very tasty and customer service was great!

I specifically asked for a not too hot coffee and was reassured it was warm. I took a sip and burnt my whole mouth! The hot cup upon retrieval should have given it away, but the “barista” insisted it wasn’t too hot.

Wanted to grab a sandwich for my journey. Asked for Italian sandwich with mozzarella. Got tuna sandwich which I realized on a train. Good thing I didn't start eating it - I'm allergic! Not 1 star, because coffee is nice

Lid didn't fit properly and tasted bad. I should have known better when seeing the set-up. Binned it. Ps - never known a place to be frequented (and reviewed!!!) by so many people with Asian names...

Ordered a cappuccino and it was the worst I've drunk in London. If you want a good coffee, don't go there.

If you are looking for a perfect place to get your morning coffee, then you should definitely try Ritazza. Excellent customer service and kind behaviour by the staff.

Never had a baguette so dry, and the Tuna tasted of copper. I love my food but it was genuinely inedible, worst tuna baguette I have ever tasted, not even sure if the bite I took won't make me sick. And it was 4.50 or something, awful
