Technician filed my nail so badly (you NEVER file from the nail wall. You ONLY file the free edges. It’s nail technician skill and knowledge 101) that it lost all structural integrity and broke from the midpoint!!! This has never happened to me before. If you don’t know how to properly file to almond shape, then don’t do it ____ I went for a gel manicure on Wednesday last week. I had two acrylic nails that needed removal and technician said she would remove it. I also asked to remove length & reshape to almond shape. Technician started filing from midpoint, meaning my nails lost its structural integrity. Result? Next day my nail broke. How do I fix it now? Have to get my nails redone. 40£ down the drain. Horrible horrible stuff right before Xmas

After having the most tedious experience with another beauty salon which resulted in my eyebrows looking terrible, Ria Beauty was able to solve what thought was almost impossible!. They were very accommodating, Lovely ladies with Great customer service. Thank you girls once again.

I went for a waxing of my back and shoulders, which was £27. A decent price. I have very little hair, so it's usually quickly done but I understand I have to pay the full price like everyone else. However, I have a tiny patch of hair on my upper harms and I asked the lady if she could remove these as well. It took a few seconds. They charged me £13 for this, in addition to the £27. She didn't mention to me that I was going to be charged, which I think they should have done. When I complained about it at the moment of paying, they said this was "the policy"... Honestly, I don't mind paying £40 for a service when it's clearly communicated. At this price, you can get a waxing somewhere else, with much better quality products and in a nice environment. I would not recommend this place!

I used to come to Ria years ago and now I'm back. Really happy to see that more treatments are available and staff and management are still as friendly as ever. Really pleased with my Hollywood wax and eye brow threading. Will definitely be back again.
