I tried Boom Cycle for the first time today (it was the first time I had done spinning too). The atmosphere was more chilled out and relaxed than I was expecting (phew!). You can push yourself as hard or as lightly as you wish. The instructor was nice and helped people as needed. The music was not too loud, and was about the right volume. I didn't feel self conscious as the lighting was quite dark and being at a station at the back of the room also helped in relieving pressure. I enjoyed the convenience of not needing to bring a towel and shoes (they feel strange at first!), as these are provided. I also enjoyed the reward of the free lunchtime ride shake! I will likely be back...

It's alright. The instructors are very enthusiastic and know what they are doing. The setup is a bit odd - no changing rooms, just cubicles off the main area. There aren't enough showers either. Often a queue and again, they're individual cubicles off the main area. It's more aimed at cardiovascular fitness than cycle training. Pricey for what you get.

If you looking to lose weight and have fun, then go to Boom Cycle!! Love the energy of every single instructor there! They are all so positive and make sure you word hard in their classes. My favourite is Bang! Definitely check out her classes! All the other staff are so nice and helpful. Their smoothies are banging too! Honestly I always feel amazing after their classes!

First time here yesterday, absolutely loved it! Instructor Duncan was super enthusiastic, great music and vibe. Love the dark lit room and non-judgemental feel. Nice changing room facilities too. Can't wait to go back.

No better way to start the day - if you love exercise, music and a bit of motivational chat to get you ready for anything! Well planned 45 minutes sessions and good facilities (shoes, towels, lockers provided). Very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Always leave feeling 10 times better than when I went in. Take the intro offer if you are tempted by spin classes. This spin in the dark to music feels like a treat as well as a workout.

Everyone is really friendly, the classes are high energy but also relaxed. I LOVE the music. There is always such a good variety (I find it hard to get on board with the obscure music some other spin studios pump out). The class time of 8.30 really suits me, so thinking of booking some more classes. The only slight disappointment is the showers, which you have to keep pressing the button but aside from that it's all great!

I'm an enthused regular! Good facilities throughout, and friendly instructors. Good stress release and varied all-body routine - you see the difference. It's a kind of spin-aerobic class - incredibly fun and you don't need to be sporty to get the hang of it.

First impressions were great as staff are friendly and attentive. Amy's class was fantastic as she is exstremley enthusiastic and motivational in her approach as I felt the benefits of working every sinu in my body. I'm already looking forward to the next class and would highly recommend.

Great fun classes that leave you feeling better in body and mind! The studio offers free towels, shoe hire for the bikes, toiletries just in case and lovely products in the showers too. The classes aren’t cheap but the experience is well worth it!

The best spin class I've ever been to (and I've been to quite a lot!). Staff was really friendly and the instructor's energy was so joyous. It was a demanding 45-min session with a couple of weight trainings - perfect for the morning and the vibe was so positive. Can't wait to be back!

Do not come here. Sunday morning and trekked across town to make the class - due to tube delays (because of the impact of strike action) I arrived 30 seconds after the class began, was in the lobby for 1 minute trying to put things into a locker and admin person (who we couldn’t find) came out and told us to leave - refuses to refund and had the gall to say it was because “I didn’t cancel 12 hours in advance”. Never experienced this at any other spin class or gym in London or in Australia. Sorry but even after allowing extra time to get here, people can’t predict how long public transport will be delayed.

Really rude service and won't let you in if even 1 minute late to class (due to transport strikes) then no refund! Travelled 40 mins. Avoid. Many other good classes like this.

A super clean, spacious and just all round cool spinning studios. The instructors are awesome - upbeat, great taste in music and motivating. The shower facilities are the best I have seen in any gym/studio. They also do great smoothies, don't charge for towels or lockers and you can buy blocks of classes that really drive the cost down.
