Do not waste your time or money at a place which can make you feel as a paying customer as though you are an inconvenience and as though you are unworthy unless you are dressed in a certain way. Would not recommend and save your money for somewhere else. Also this place was not abiding by social distancing rules (groups above 6 people were in the venue etc)

Wonderful venue near King's Cross Station It's a really "in" place, definitely what are you looking for to party with your friends. They have new generation Beer Pong tables where you can play for a very reasonable price. Drinks are good, cocktails and shooters are suitable for the mood of the place, and you can get great bottles for a good price. Friendly staff, especially Michael behind the bar. Definitely a yes-yes, will come again.

We booked a pong table and area downstairs for 14 people. When we got there no-one was downstairs, we were told we could sit down there if we wanted but we had to use one of the 2 tables upstairs when they came free - which they didn't. Not sure this is how a booking is supposed to work? Very disappointed. There was also a strong smell of weed and a lot of dubious activity inside and in the street outside. This was clearly customers - not the staff - but I think the staff or management should have controlled this better. A very strong door presence and search policy should have given us the clues before we went in. We left after one drink as there are many better places to go than this in the area. Every venue can have a bad night, but this came across as the norm. I would be interested to what the owners/management thought on the matter. We were expecting an experience similar to Bounce (on a smaller scale). It is nothing like this. Avoid, unless you wish to be disappointed.

Was ok drinks a little pricey

Attended for a work social where we had 'booked' for 30 people. Were informed we couldn't use the downstairs and only one referee was available for upstairs tables. Subsequently it took an incredible amount if time for _some_ of my colleagues to play -- and many of us, myself included, did not have the opportunity. Disappointing as was expecting a fun night.

Worst ever experience I've had at a nightclub. We were rejected on the door despite the fact we were told we were on the guestlist and the woman on the door was extremely rude about it to the point where my friend (the birthday girl) was brought to tears and shaking. We were told to get on the other side of the road and that we can't be here etc. After about an hour or so we finally got let in, but we weren't given a table or told how to order drinks so it ended up being awkward. We also went in September 2020 and there was absolutely no social distancing. Don't go.

My friends and I had a really enjoyable night at this newly opened electronic beer pong bar and all i had was an Excellent experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by staffs with a smile, seated and drink order taken, not longer than 5 minutes. Server was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the game works and guided us along it! I have no problem giving it 5 stars for the atmosphere and the service. Overall, we had a good time there and I would recommend it to friends looking for an interactive bar that not only serves wonderful drinks but have great fun at the same time! Definitely heading down anytime soon!

We had an amazing time last night at Pong London. The electronic tables for the game were so cool and fun. The staff was LOVELY! Especially Jessi and July who made us had a really good time We definitely will come back!! 💃🙌💃🙌

Superb place had so much fun with a couple of friends. It was quite packed but good music an the staff are great especially the one with a facial piercing she made sure we had a good laugh. Money well spent!

came down on a Saturday night for my birthday an I had a really good time despite covid! The dj was really good an we had a host called shay she was so bubbly an lovely she really made our night so fun on the beer pong tables which I definitely recommend! The game package was worth every penny! Thanks shay we will be back :)

Came here a few weeks ago with friends, as they recommended this place and are regulars. Ordered a few cocktails and had to wait a long time for them only for the manager who goes by the name of Kemar, to come back and say to us that they don’t have all the ingredients for the drinks. It was very unprofessional and he was rude about it when we looked disappointed. Not a nice man at all and didn’t enjoy my experience here because of that and the music was way too low.

Wow, I came on here to write a review and say a big thank you to all the PONG London team for taking care of our Christmas staff party. We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back in the new year. A massive thank you to Carolina and Julie the PONG Angels, for taking care of us at the PONG tables. I'm not really sure whats going here with the previous team? they seem to be using this review portal as staff complaint outlet? The team that looked after us last weekend were simply kind, hospitable and caring. The management team exceeded expectations and went the extra mile for our group. Keep up the good work!
