No care and respect for their members. The membership price is increasing for the second time this year despite being a long-term club member and not freezing my membership during covid. Less than 30 days notice of the 39.5% price increase is given, and if you wish to cancel your membership, you need to provide them with 3 months' notice. No, it is not the luxury club it makes out to be, as you can see from the images. UPDATE after a call from David Lloyd: The staff run David Lloyd membership prices. If a member of the Finchley team is willing to share a friends and family discount with me, then the membership price can be discounted, BUT David Lloyd as a company cant do discounts without their staff. "If you do not like this option, you can leave at the end of the month."

Almost never able to book a tennis court, the jacuzzi walls are always dirty, the showers stink like mould/mud, (probably very rarely cleaned). The pictures are from the balloon tennis courts made for the winter, never cleaned in more than a month. The tennis 🎾 always getting wet and clothes full of green hair. Disgusting. Front desk mostly giving stupid attitude. Don’t waste your money, go anywhere else.

I don’t even know where to start… When you pay £209 a month for a membership plus £200 joining fee you expect a good service and polite attitude from the staff. Well, don’t expect it here. If you are trying to call a reception, don’t expect that someone will answer the phone. When joining, the sales person said that they will kindly give me a free lock for a changing room, since I didn’t have one. When turned up on my first day I was told that I need to purchase one. Okay, I bought it, but apparently it was defected so when I tried to unlock it simply didn’t open. I went to the reception to seek for help and you won’t believe, but receptionist was refusing to provide me with a new one, since he first had to investigate whether it’s my fault or not. Seriously? Thanks god another receptionist came over, broke the old one and gave me one free of charge, since an hour before I already bought one. Also, I’m a diamond member and had a guest pass, so brought my friend to enjoy the gym and spa afterwards. The manager (I believe her name is Liv) in extremely rude way told us that this is not possible. We were even happy to pay extra for my friend to access the spa area so we could relax and have a great time together. It all turned up an extremely disappointing experience and instead of being excited and happy, we were so sad! You can’t speak like this to your customers, it’s unacceptable. Also, the centre wasn’t busy and they could definitely accommodate the request. This place definitely not worth the money. I don’t want to speak even how dusty and dirty some of the machines or showers are… For this price you can find a better gym, where staff treats you well. I didn’t pay attention to the negative reviews as I thought I better check it myself, so I only purchased a 3 month membership and I will definitely be cancelling it afterwards. The only nice and polite lady I met was a safe guard at the pool. I honestly don’t understand why the staff is so poorly trained and don’t have an understanding what the good customer service means. If you’re charging your members so much, please be ready to provide a decent service. Finally, David Lloyd please don’t be bothered to reply to this review with your standard message that you’re so sorry that my experience wasn’t good, that you appreciate my feedback or that I should email your team, cause obviously you don’t care about your members.

Very rude staff. I have been a Platinum member of David Lloyd for years along with my two brothers who are also dedicated members. I spend money eating their on a regular basis and adore the facilities. I did however last weekend take a long trip from South East London to David Lloyd Finchley to experience the spa facilities they offer. I signed in my guest with my voucher code and ate lunch there before heading to the spa. Before heading to the spa I spoke to one of the managers on duty for a pass to the spa area for my guest to which she quickly denied. She went on to inform me that not even I myself being a Platinum member would have access to these facilities and I would need to upgrade to Diamond membership. I explained that I have traveled for two hours to get here and if it would be possible to make an exception on this one occasion I would be extremely grateful. Sadly her response was to shrug her shoulders and smirkingly replied “sorry, company policy”. As a platinum member I previously visited other gyms and had access to their spa facilities along side a guest. I am usually given a pass at reception and there are no issues. I struggle to understand why home club platinum membership have access to these facilities whilst a platinum membership from another club does not. Very disappointing experience

Never thought I will be soooo disappointed with David Lloyd!! First of all, when I joined no one ever warn me, there is no spa access as it’s under construction, so I’ve been paying £200 per month literally for nothing! I’ve been trying to speak with reception, but the response is always the same - someone will contact you, as we cannot do anything about that, we cannot help you……And this is a joke, as when they contact you, they say it’s nothing to deal with this department, so again someone will contact me. After I kindly asked them to pay me the difference, they gave me guest pass instead….well thank you, I don’t need it. Gym with spa costs £200, gym only £80, so I think it’s fair for you to pay me the difference of £120 a month (so £240 for 2months total) as spa was not available!!!!!!! I have received my platinum card only after 1.5month, although been promised to receive it in a week once I join. So all of the time couldn’t use my 10% discount, as it applies only when I have actual card. Please check how much I’ve spend in your gym and pay the difference of 10% off to my card. I must mention the changing room is always disgusting, as hair all over the place, shower stinks! I am trying to cancel my membership, since I’ve joined and guess what, had no luck yet :) as no one ever speaks with me, the only thing I’ve managed to do, to pause my membership. so now I have to pay £54 monthly, till someone going to contact me. Literally it is unbelievable what you are doing with my money! You can request a call on the app only, as there is no contact number for them. You need to wait 4-5days for someone to contact you and if you miss the call, as me today, you have to wait another 4-5days someone to contact you. they do not try to call you back in 5minutes, they send you automatic email straight away, as we could not reach you. Are you joking????? I’m sending feedbacks into your app almost every day, nothings ever been resolved!! Even when I’m choosing to discuss multiple queries! Worst customer service ever, would never recommend this gym to anyone! I heard similar feedback before (as once you join and they have your account, that’s it, it is very very difficult to cancel your membership), but could not believe it’s true, as it is so expensive, so thought service definitely will be exceptional and someone will take care of members. But not :)

I have been a member of David Lloyd for 7 months. DL Finchley is our nearest club and it is safe to say I will not be renewing my membership at the end of my year due to some frankly terrible experiences. There are two main reasons: 1. The tennis courts, which are the main reason we joined, are nearly impossible to book. When we joined we were assured by the manager who showed us around the club that there would be courts available and that they would be easy to "walk on". The reality is that you need to be on the DL App at 8am on the dot when booking opens 9 days before for even a chance of snagging an indoor court. The outdoor (tarmac) courts are usually gone by 8.30 to 9am. For weekend bookings, despite having been on the app ready to book at 8am I have never managed to get a court before 5pm on a Sunday. When asked, DL Finchley responded that it's a "high volume of bookings all at the same time", which I don't buy because the courts are consistently blocked out. There is little transparency in this area. There is also a stringent late policy (if you are 10 minutes late, you lose the court) and cancellation policy (you are charged if you do not cancel 24 hours before - even if it ends up raining that day). For last minute cancellations when it rains, you can call the reception to cancel but ...they never pick up the phone. This all leads to a very rigid, inflexible booking system with punitive charges. 2. Unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff. There are many issues with the club and when things go wrong the people who are meant to be on hand to help are frankly disinterested and rude. The latest incident manifest itself last evening when I had booked a court (yes, nine days ago) to play on a hard court that evening. I received an email two hours before my booking informing me that my booking had been updated. On reading the fine print I was informed that I had altered my booking (I had not) and had been moved to a court with a different surface (synthetic grass). Not ideal. When we turned up at the club to ask why this had been done the response was "club match" and "they do this sometimes", with no effort at all to remediate or help. A shoutout to Karl, the manager on duty at the time, who was the only person who seemed at all vaguely interested in getting us back onto a court with a surface we actually wanted to play on. The evening continued with mishap after mishap - after some persistence by Karl we were told that we could take one of the outdoor courts, only to be kicked off it 5 mins later by someone who had booked the court. We were then told we could go onto another court and that it had been booked until the end of the evening for us, but - surprise! - more people showed up half an hour later who had booked. We would have been left without a court but for the gentleman playing next to us who made every effort to help and ended up booking us a court for us under his own name just in case (it was needed). I have had very, very disappointing experiences with this club and this is echoed in the opinions of a number of members I have spoken to. To be paying £127/month is ludicrous when you consider the quality of service you get and the inflexibility. Steer clear!

Signed up to this gym purely for the classes only to find out you have to TRY and book these 9 days in advance and then still can never get in the class as it’s always full. It’s a big fight to try get in a class. Then if you cancel a class you get a strike.....I don’t know how I’d feel in 9 days time, so abit hard to know whether I can attend a class or not. £150 I pay, and pay £20 a month for pure gym where you can use the exact same facilities on gym floor and pure gym have access to their classes to walk in on day. David Lloyd’s take note of your full classes and maybe adding extra classes of the most popular might keep your customers from cancelling their contracts. Useless gym!!!!!! Avoid

Lovely layout and nice enough pool. However, in th restaurant area our autistic son was trying to eat his dinner that we brought with us from a packed-lunch box, whilst the other 7 of us in the party ordered food from the restaurant area. The manager came over and asked him to stop eating since we hadnt bought it there. We therefore did not place our order (probably would have been approx £100?) and left. Will likely cancel membership. They didnt ask us any questions, and made us feel awful. A poor decision on their part.

*Update We finally left and gone to a different Health Club. We are so happy and relaxed. Unprofessional management. Do not fulfil their promises towards their customers, almost impossible to book classes and some teachers are very rude and do not make you feel welcome. When got sold the membership, the sales person said we can never visit in any of the other clubs on a standard membership, apparently it was a blunt lie as he was trying desperately to get us to sign on the Platinum membership. Since then every time I had an issue and was promised a call back I would never receive those (except the one time which was already the time I have decided to leave). There is another issue which has still not been resolved, I was promised over 15 times I will get a call back. I never did got the call back. One of times In which I made a comment about it in reception, suddenly one of the Management team (uniformed and no name tag, was he from headoffice?) decided to speak to me and said they are actually striving for improvement, which was really unconsidering towards me as the same Issue is still pending 4 months onwards. The membership is expensive and the quality of service is not there. Nice facilities & quite pampering. A very dissatisfied member. A manager tried to ask us to stay by explaining to me that the Finchley branch was bot as nice as others but it will be after the renovations are done. So now I know I didnt get what I paid for The renovations were done and it looked ridiculous. nothing really changed except a dangerous door in the spa area. really badly done design. I understand from talking to staff, the management is mistreating them way and dont even let them to their job properly.

David Llyods sales team are your typical sales people, they give you a sales pitch and completely mis-sell the services to you. They exaggerate the benefits ie My daughter and I were both advised by Charlotte that we would be entitled to a Personal Trainer every month, which is blatantly a lie. We were also advised we would both receive a guest pass every month but this applies just for me as my daughter is 17. I wasn't offered the 3 month membership option, straight on to the Platinum membership. Charlotte failed to tell us we get 10% discount at the restaurant. Paperwork was ready, she was in a rush to finish as her shift had ended, we got a 5 min tour, extremely brief tour of the Club, that too we had to ask for one. Honestly don't rush into joining the club. Make sure you know exactly what you are paying for. We were also advised that we can't benefit from the 14 days cooling off period once we start using the club - so how are you supposed to be bound by a contract which has been mis-sold to you.

If only i could give them no stars at all. My experience with this gym has been appalling. I signed up online and have been asking for my contract so i can have it to read over. They haven't sent that ever. Their customer service is shocking. All their employees might as well not work there as they never answer emails, their phones or any queries. 160 quid a month for such appalling service. And on top of that they want to charge you an extra 25 quid for "using their outside area". So what is the 160 quid for then? The absolute cheek. I have been trying to cancel this membership due to appalling service and personal reasons and again, quick to ask for their money but don't try and answer queries. Don't waste your money on this gym.

over the last month i have not been able to use the suana or steam room as it is over crowed. Apparently there is an offer, £16 for two weeks. which works out at £1.14 a day. this is very unfair for members. But if i want to take a guest in i have to pay £30, which is ridiculous.

Be careful when joining and make sure you check terms and prices and offers online before you go in as they will try and skip the offers the sell and then have you run around for 14 days so you are locked in with the bumped up price. Especially if they realise you hadn't seen the offers before. Horrible Horrible ?

The facilities we use are good although the family changing room can get very busy and there is no attempt to regulate it. The reception staff aren’t all particularly professional or welcoming. The service in the cafe is very slow and the turnaround on cleaning tables is also slow so you’re quite often sat at a grubby table for ages. The worst thing is the entitled middle aged men who park their sports cars / Chelsea tractors in the p&c parking spaces when they don’t have kids and then get verbally aggressive when you pull them up on it. The staff just shrug their shoulders and say there’s nothing they can do but it would be easy to implement a system to ensure the spaces were used properly.

Pros: most of the staff are nice. Members are friendly. Classes and instructors are great (especially Ben, Lavinia, and Dave). Facilities are mostly good. Cons: sales team over promises, don't believe what they say and read the terms, they will use them against you in the future. They don't retroactively extend your membership after an injury, even if you provide a doctor's note. The spa almost always has something broken, one day it's the sauna, another day it's the cold plunge, etc. They have the "premium" gym monopoly in the area and they know it. Signing up and giving them your money will be a smooth process. On the other hand, pausing your membership will be like making an insurance claim where you were told you were covered but they bounce you from one rep to another to ultimately tell you "computer says no" Edit: I contacted the email they replied to this review with but their reply was the same as before. They simply don't care about their members.

Great leasure Centre/ social club. Lots of parking space . Staff are amazing very helpful and polite. The facilities are on another level. For example they have a 3 month spa centre which is absolutely crazy. Some parts still are not finished but its an amazing experience. They even have massage guns available I'm the gym. The personal trainers are well knowledgeable. And the outdoor pool and jacuzzi is such a joy . I'm yet to use the tennis courts and book a yoga session . But there is so much to do here

Place is amazing I love the premises, layout, gym, pool etc HOWEVER... customer service is APPALLING You're more likely to win the lottery than receive a reply from customer service! Staff not professional....laddish behaviour, abrupt replies (with a couple of exceptions) Differences between off peak membership and peak are massive and hightlighted by the staff as if you were stealing money from them cause you 'only' pay £85 per month! Shocking Classes are really good but dont hold yr hopes too high if you only have an off peak membership.... cause they're very limited In the afternoon you must really like children cause there's plenty of them running and screaming like crazy Loads of trivial restrictions nobody tells you about when you sign up. Ill be cancelling soon....thanks but no thanks Go to Virgin if you can

I recently rejoined and it’s great, the spa is amazing and is better than a lot of hotel spas. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The only negative is the changing rooms, they are quite dirty unfortunately, I think for £230 a month it could be improved. All the other facilities are fantastic.

The only reason I registered membership was the spa but the spa getting more crowded. Most of the time I couldn't get into the each sauna rooms as there are lots of people in there. You will never step in to squeeze to get any space. Also need to breathe limited oxygen with lots of people in a small space. The water in jacuzzi really like milky not the clear one and sometimes you will smell like toilet in some space. I have no idea until when the club will get the members with the ad with spa. Too much crowded indeed.

Just signed up on a yr membership after having left because it was poorly maintained some years ago, after such a big refurb it’s a big shame they still don’t take care of things. Gym floor always a state, see photos, weights are never put back. Changing rooms frequently dirty and toilets have a really strong smell of urine daily. Really sad to see.

Whilst the new spa is very nice, it lacks atmosphere and tranquility. The club is both very expensive but also massively over crowded. You really need to pick your time, especially in the spa, although having to wait to use some gym equipment is also getting common. The cleaning staff are excellent, although maintenance cannot keep up with the volume of membership. There is no notice either at reception or via the app, or reduced fees when items (gym equipment or spa facilities) are out of service.

Honestly, I have never in my entire life experienced such bad (or non existent) customer service. How in the world, in 2023, is it possible that a facility that charges SO MUCH money, DOESN’T HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE?????? I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to contact them. The only way is via email or via the app - which takes them THREE WEEKS to reply. And then if you reply back with another question - it takes them ANOTHER THREE WEEKS!!!!!!!!! It is appalling that this is how they treat their loyal customers. Before you sign up they sell you this ideal dream of a place, but once you join the carpet is taken out from under your feet. Such a shame. They only care about new customers as they can charge them more now that the spa is open. Also, the “waiting list” line they tell new customers is a lie to get them to take the higher package - if there really was a waiting list, they’d let old costumers cancel their membership without the 3 months notice period, as obviously the new customers will pay more so it makes sense. They wouldn’t trap lower paying customers if they had a bigger fish waiting in line. The sad thing is - the price goes up by £40 each year, but the customer service gets worse and worse. I don’t know who plans their strategy, but whoever it is - you’re not doing a very good job.

Rude staff and very poorly managed branch of David Lloyd. I've been a member of David Lloyd clubs since 2020 and have the highest tier membership. When visiting the Finchley branch I was told I wasn't allowed access to the spa even though I have been a member since 2020). After querying this with NIAMH (who is the manager) she decided to threaten me by saying she would ban me from not only the spa access but the gym floor access as well which totally exacerbated the situation. I asked for the complaints procedure which she did not give me. She clearly needs further training in customer service and conflict resolution. Paying in excess of £200 for this treatment and poor level of customer service is totally unacceptable.

Good relaxing place but not worth £180 a month membership fee. Council run places are just as good for a lot less money. I visited Vigin gym as well who charge £85. Again not worth paying so much just for the "name". The only difference is the type of people you meet there.

On two separate occasions we have seen maggots in the men’s and family changing room. I took a video and showed one of the staff who was disgusted at what he saw. He gave me three different email addresses to raise a complaint. Not a single response from customer service, the manager or health and safety! Jodie - the member experience manager was supposed to get in touch with me to discuss this but she decided not to make contact. I have chased this via email twice now and still no response. Very surprised with how this has (or hasn’t) been dealt with and will be cancelling our membership.

A great place to play tennis indoor or outdoor, great facility. I also enjoy swimming pool and spa facilities. The indoor swimming pool is very warm (the area including water), probably the warmest I have ever experience. The outdoor spa and sunna are awesome, while the water temperature could be higher. The restaurant is a bit plain (maybe healthy in this way?) but there's a great restaurant nearby. The club can be a bit crowded, but in general the experience is good.

I visited the restaurant at David Lloyd in Finchley to have a bite to eat in the restaurant and I have to say the staff there were lovely in particular a girl called Sarah. She was so accommodating and friendly, good customer service seems to have been lost lately and it’s been a long time since I received such an amazing service. She always had a smile on her face and couldn’t do more for me. Thank you. I will definitely be returning soon.

I was served by Maud at the bar, she was an absolute delight with 5* customer service skills. She made me a great drink. Keep up the great work! Overall the gym has great facilities and a lovely spa.

Appalling customer service. I signed up for a membership advertised as a 3-month "summer membership" so my kids would have a place to swim over the summer. I was informed the date that my membership would be ending. The day after my membership was meant to expire they charged my debit card for the next month's membership dues with no notice or warning. It was next to impossible to reach anyone by phone or email, and they refuse to refund the charges. It's manipulative and unethical to treat customers this way. Additionally, during our "summer membership", the outdoor pool was closed to kids (no lifeguard on duty) anytime the temperature wasn't above a certain threshold. It's England - so there were a lot of days that didn't meet the criteria and we couldn't even use the club for the intended purpose that we joined for.

Lovely outside pool. Most of the staff are pleasant and welcoming. Inside pool and changing rooms are all clean and tidy. Nice clubroom. Easy booking for badminton, tennis and groups. Cant wait for the work to finish on site especially the spa facilities. Family orientated. Large club with lots of tennis courts available. Have enjoyed it so far...

I had the most incredible experience at David Lloyd Finchley, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Anthony for making it even more exceptional. The moment I stepped into the facility, I was blown away by the state-of-the-art equipment and the impeccable cleanliness. The atmosphere was so welcoming and energizing, it instantly motivated me to push my fitness goals to new heights. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service and support I received from Anthony. His passion for helping others achieve their fitness aspirations was evident from the very start.

Great club and facilities. Always enjoy visiting DL Finchley! Staff in all areas are a credit to the club - hardworking friendly and always happy to help and make members’ experiences better. Well done everyone at David Lloyd Finchley.

Great club, lovely staff, great facilities, particularly the tennis which is unaffected by the unpleasantly busy season when they oversell temporary memberships over summer, (so you can’t get to use the gym or outdoor pool). The tennis is always admirably run by the lovely Dave, and there’s a lovely community spirit through all the tennis events he organises. Great manager, brilliant tennis offering.

Probably the worst run gym and spa in the UK. It’s a complete mess, staff are quite rude and in some cases aggressive. Not worth the money you will be treated very poorly.

Joined recently but staff were very welcoming specially Ali who did a great job showing me around, he is the best salesperson ever. Enjoyed the spa and pool areas, as well as the spacious gym floor. Would recommend!

This club really has it all, from a huge top of the range gym, indoor and outdoor pool plus the most amazing spa retreat. I tried several treatment rooms and relaxed outside and had a massage in the hydro pool. Large restaurant that I never used but did grab a take away latte. Will be visiting again soon.

As a new member I am enjoying the gym and spa , the staff are really helpful . The crèche is such a bonus with Sharon , Mary & Martina to look after my little one enabling me to use the facilities knowing my child is having a good time .

This is a stunning club, with top class facilities and fabulous staff. We couldn’t believe the range of equipment, classes and the incredible spa! It’s next level. Thank you to Sonny and the team for looking after my partner and I. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, supported and motivated from day one. Plus with the app you can do things in your own way and at your own pace. We love it.

One of the best things about DL Finchley are the staff and trainers. Ben in Blaze is probably one of the best instructors. Motivating, supportive, great energy and always approachable . Definitely an asset for the club. Well done Ben - lucky to have you and well done!

Great facilities beautiful spa and swimming pools with great staff Andrew and Sam are great dealing with so much during swimming lessons. Mia is an amazing swim teacher too Glen the manager always looks after us and the club room is great for our little family with the soft play as a great addition!

Joined very recently but first impressions have been good. Facilities are top of the range from the spa to the gym equipment and tennis courts. Few things I’d improve such as only allowing 1 free towel per user, all premium gyms have unlimited.

I joined the club a few months ago and love it. Much cleaner then anything around. Sauna area is very relaxing. The busiest time is after school time, especially at the swimming pool.

The staff could not be more friendly, helpful and attentive. The customer service and facilities are both of a very high standard. The creche for babies and toddlers is excellent with regular staff who clearly care and are very professional in attending to every detail. Could not recommend more highly.

I have visited a number of DL clubs this year and Finchley is by far the best club in terms of atmosphere and customer service. The front line team are just fantastic. The spa is amazing especially after the refurb. Credit to the management team for creating that buzz. A little pricey but you won't find a better club around north west London.

Parking right in front of the gym as expected which was a must for me. Easy sign up process with good staff. I try to avoid 5-7 pm as it’s always busy during the week, would appreciate if the steam and sauna rooms were bigger as it can get quite busy and tight for space, also there is 4-5 heated beds you can lay on but I don’t think this is enough for the capacity of a facility like this.

Can be very busy at times so best used when you have the time. Some members arrive with suitcases on weekends, perhaps there is a hidden hotel I have been missing out on. Nonetheless good value for a family of 5

Became a member within minutes, then had a payment taken within a few days when it should have been a month later. No refund issued for nearly £200. Endless emails and no response, they tell you to email on the phone. Tried to cancel as it was not possible to get on the classes that were in line with the kids club. Unable to cancel membership because no one is available to deal with the matter. It's a shame because I think I would have enjoyed it but my experience and what seems like others, hasn't been so great. Now with Virgin Active, much better and response to dealing with queries quickly.

I find the gym to be very clean and the equipment it’s great. Although it’s a bit busier in January it’s still the best gym I’ve ever been to. I find the staff to be really nice, especially Charlie from the front desk who is always really pleasant and patient and happy to help with any requests or questions I may have.

Decent enough gym, with good equipment although I wish the dumbells would go up to 50kg like those in Pure Gym. However, there’s a nice atmosphere here, and the staff have been pleasant. Been here a few times with my girlfriend on a guest pass and I do like the gym. Have now recently moved into the area, but unsure as to whether to join or not. This is due to my concern about the massive mountain of a speed hump right before you enter the gym’s car park. It’s high and sharp enough to damage your car, and I believe it’s unecessary as I doubt anyone would be speeding round that specific area. Please do something about this David Lloyd, because this thing is a genuine put off. I don’t want to bring my car here because of this.

I would not recommend this club at all! It only cares about grabbing new members but will ignore any existing members. They denied the receipt of my email to suspend my membership and they refused to refund and the person I was speaking to was extremely rude and unprofessional. No one will be answering existing membership enquiry and the even I can't get hold of the receptionist. The only person who picks up is the one dealing with new member enquiry and he didn't want to help with existing membership and he sounded even more rude. Literally such an awful experience and avoid this club.

Great place and family friendly, but for the price the spa could be a lot better. Edit: I thought this was for the Leeds club. The Finchley one has a great spa and fantastic facilities. Much better than the Leeds club. I’ve realised it and changed my review to 5 star.

I came to David Lloyd's Finchley for the first time. I have to say it is amazing! But better than everything was the service I recieved from the staff but especially Alex. She was polite and very friendly from the start, showed me around the premise and answered all my questions with such detail and with a great attitude always keeping a smile on her face. I did not get to meet any other staff but if they are all like Alex then I'm sure they are all lovely. If you do visit make sure to ask for Alex. The Spa was really nicely made and clean, equipment was well kept and tidy which I like. Overall the ambience and feel was amazing. If your a tennis fan you'll love the courts they have! If all staff could be like Alex whom had showed me around would of been amazing, saw a few people who didn't look very interested but other than that very good.
