Unbelievable experience. I love to travel and have never been on a trip like this. Great staff, friendly, professional, well experienced and really get you involved if you want to join in with the sailing. I’ll be bringing my daughter in the years to come when she’s of a suitable age and can swim. Can’t wait to go again! Thanks for a great week

We spent an amazing week on Okeana with Captain Raph and Isabell. They went above and beyond to personalize our trip through the BVI exactly to our liking. Our itinerary balanced stops at a number of the BVI's "Greatest Hits" with stops at some of the most beautiful off the beaten path beaches and anchorages. Moreover the food was absolutely amazing and there was never a shortage of delicious beverages. We would absolutely book another trip with them again. In fact, we're already looking forward to doing it again in a couple years.

The captain and our chef were incredible. Not a single day felt like a waste of time, and I enjoyed every second of sailing with them. Not only are they incredibly fascinating people to know, but their understanding of the islands made the experience personalized and intense in all the best ways. A very big thank you to Raph and Above Deck for organising a wonderful and magical sail around the Greek Saronic Islands. This was my first ever charter with family and friends and it far exceeded our expectations. From the booking process, to the transfer to the yacht, to the sail itself everything was just perfect. Grigoris and Panos were such gracious, experienced and lovely crew; it was a pleasure to spend a week with them. A special thank you to Panos for such delicious and varied meals, we will be trying some at home! Captain - crew and boat all "Above decked out well". Adjustments made daily were excellent to accommodate weather and opportunities for adventure. As hoped and expected 5* shipman-ship and good dining. Well done - we all had an excellent time.

The trip was amazing. We were well cared for by our excellent captain. The food was gourmet, fresh, healthy, and plentiful. Both our captain and our chef were very pleasant, fun, and ready to serve. The sights were beautiful. It was a very relaxing time with great friends.

We have used Above Deck twice now in the USVI and Croatia. Each trip they arranged for us was flawless. The boat and crew were epic and exactly as pictured, the itineraries just what we wanted, and the food and drink were delicious. The booking contacts communicate well and everything was also arranged perfectly. We would not hesitate to use them anywhere around the world!

Raph and the crew were amazing and made us feel completely at home. We went snorkeling and diving, ate incredible food, and went to some wonderful locations. I can't wait to book another trip. Highly recommend!!

Above Deck Sailing exceeded our every expectation in the BVIs, going "Above" and beyond in every facet of our charter experience. From the itinerary to the camaraderie, the captain made an immediate connection with us, made us laugh, inspired us to maximize every adventure (which we definitely did) and showed exemplary leadership skills keeping us organized and having fun every minute of the day. There was not a single detail overlooked during our week with the Captain and Chefmate, who was equally incredible, and satisfied our every culinary request, again, going above and beyond. We will DEFINITELY be back and we miss them already!

How do you review the best trip of your life? Words will not do justice but anyone contemplating going with Above Deck Sailing would be wise to do so. The crew was the embodiment of perfect hosts and great company. Every little detail was intentional and just enhanced our trip even more. The food....heavenly. We ate at a Michelin Star resturant on our trip prior to the boat, and the food made by the chef on the boat was 10x better. The Chef really listened to our preferences and made food that was delicious! The Captain was so great! Kind, fun, and planned everyday with options for us to pick and choose how to spend our time. The Captain even played a round of Catan with my husband and I! Best trip of our life!

We had a fantastic charter trip with Above Deck Sailing aboard their yacht Okeana in the British Virgin Islands! The yacht was beautiful, in fantastic shape, well maintained, and very well equipped. The crew was fabulous, attentive and fun without being overbearing, and the chef’s cooking was delicious! They knew the area very well, so knew all the spots to go (and avoid). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We worked with Above Deck to find the perfect boat and crew for our family vacation with our three active young adult boys and their girlfriends. Well they nailed it. Crew quickly became part of family and were so flexible. The boat was perfect and had all the amenities you could imagine. Food was amazing and everything we requested was delivered even down to the best transportation waiting at the airport. Above Deck is the only broker I would ever use.

We just enjoyed an amazing week long trip with Above Deck in the USVI. Our 4 kids, all in their 20’s, adored all the activity - snorkeling, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, etc- but also loved all the downtime to read, talk and simply relax. The captain made us feel comfortable from the outset and did everything he could to make us happy. The chef prepared truly delicious, complex and varied meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cooking aromas on the catamaran rivaled that of any first rate restaurant! We can’t wait to book our next sailing adventure with Above Deck! Perhaps Greece is next…

The team at Above Deck made booking the trip to Croatia very easy. They are responsive to your questions, helpful with ideas on planning and will make recommendations for you. Leading up to the trip, and even during the trip, Raph and his team would send us messages via WhatsApp to make sure everything is going well. We booked a boat called Smart Spirit, an 80' Gulet. We were told this is a more common boat in the Croatian Islands than a catamaran. It did not disappoint. The boat is phenomenal and the crew is even better. The cabins were very spacious, for a boat. The meals prepared perfectly and the table always had perfect views of the surrounding area. The crew helped organize dinner reservations, made recommendations on tours and helped with taxis on land when needed. The trip started in Dubrovnik and ended in Trogir. Over the seven days on the boat we saw, Mljet, Hvar, Brac and Split. Each day the trip got better. We were quite impressed with Croatia. The one recommendation I would make is to get cash for the crew tip. They do not take USA checks. We ended up wiring money to the captain's bank. Thank you, Raph for helping us create core memories for our family in Croatia!!

I've been meaning to write this review since February last as the memory of my week on 'Okeana' still remains my first conscious thought every morning. Why oh why can't everyday be like that time in the Caribbean? Perfect vessel. Perfect crew. Perfect holiday.

Above Deck is a fabulous group to work with. They set us up with a fabulous crew and boat. They met all of our special needs and were flawless from beginning to end. My husband and I have done many charters with some well known companies and this group is far superior to any previous experience chartering. What an unbelievable week sailing around the USVI with an incredible boat and crew pairing! It felt like we were staying in a floating Four Seasons hotel. The accommodations were excellent but the crew was even better. A vacation to remember for the ages!
