I've been to see Adam for classical acupuncture to help with pain in my hips, from an old running injury. I've tried many types of treatment over the years, but this is the first to have worked. Adam was able to diagnose where the pain was coming from, we started treatment and then he guided me through stretches to support the recovery. Thanks Adam. I’ve been visiting Adam at Bodylogics for classical acupuncture for the final few weeks of my pregnancy. I have been suffering with bad pain from PGP and with Adam’s acupuncture treatment the pain has radically reduced. The acupuncture has also helped me relax and get some better sleep which has been great. Adam is super friendly and knowledgeable, I’d highly recommend this treatment to any other pregnant women.

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for several months and decided that I would try classical acupuncture to help with the pain. I'm so glad I did! Acupuncture is incredible! Adam is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Some acupuncture areas can be quite intense, especially when in a lot of pain, but Adam is gentle and offers a lot of support during the session to help stay calm. He has helped to ease whatever pain I may be going through quickly, from sciatica pain to shoulder pain to just general well-being. It really is amazing how you feel after, there is nothing that calms my system down more, I feel way more relaxed when I leave, it's truly fab!

I absolutely cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I have had treatment here twice, both times I was in total agony and both times they managed to see me within hours of my call, even though they were fully booked. My appointments were for sports massage with Amanda the first time and Monika second, both were incredibly lovely and easy to talk to. They really do care and are so, so brilliant at what they do, explaining each step, working with with firm yet gentle hands, amazing massage and identifying the exact area causing the pain with instant results. I am fortunate that the premises are just up the road but I would happily travel just to get that level of professional care. Thank you ladies, you are angels and I will never go anywhere else! 👼🏼

Just had my first experience at BodyLogics due to months of suffering with a bad lower back. I cannot believe how amazing I feel after one session. I can finally move. I had my initial assessment and physiotherapy session last week with Hassaan. I was absolutely satisfied with the service and treatment I received. I suffer from a left hip arthritis which could be painful. Hassaan was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me in details how the physiotherapy sessions could help to strengthen the bones around my hip, ease movement, and relieve the pain. After he made me do some exercises targeted at my left hip, I felt less pain and I could walk comfortably. Thank you profusely Hasaan. I look forward to my 2nd physio session this week. I would highly recommend Bodylogics and particularly Hassaan for his outstanding physiotherapy knowledge and treatment.

My first visit to Bodylogics was really helpful, I immediately felt the improvement in my knee pain after Monika worked on my quads. Super interesting to chat through the possible reasons for my pain, and what exercises I can do to strengthen my joints. Highly recommended!

I have been visiting the Barnet clinic for the past 5 weeks, I was in terrible pain with my neck and shoulder. I have been seeing Dilar, one of the Osteopaths, who has been amazing! She has been working on my shoulder and neck releasing years of tension in my muscles. I would highly recommend her as she’s very reassuring and skilled.

I had been in so much pain for so long and after my first appointment felt brand new. I have had several appointments and week by week pains in certain areas were not returning and I now feel so much better. I highly recommend Adam for his knowledge, professionalism and help to ease my pain.

Lewis is the best!! I started physiotherapy sessions with Lewis in April following some injuries obtained through sport and since then have been having regular sessions to keep on top of any and all random niggles that I get. Lewis is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely thorough with all of the new injuries I bring in takes the time to explain what the issue is exactly which I really appreciate and is really understanding of the impact these injuries have mentally too. Through the treatment received I am successfully recovering from all of my injuries and couldn't recommend him/Bodylogics more! :)

I had acupuncture with Adam after having suffered from vertigo, caused by labyrinthitis, for 6 months. Already after the first session I felt as if a weight had been lifted off my head and my dizziness diminished more and more. After 4 sessions I am so grateful to wake up each morning without the room spinning, heavy head and nausea. I recommend acupuncture for any vertigo sufferer.
