I see Ruben regularly to fix an ailing body that wants just to cycle fast and every time he sorts me out. Worth every penny I pay him. Plus his interesting chat about life in general is fascinating. Absolutely go. You will not regret it.

The must-have massage sport therapy in the City!!! Ruben is a deeply intuitive and strong massage therapist and a lovely guy to boot. I exercise often at a high level of intensity both on the spinning bike and on the gym floor, so I require deep tissue massage once a week to flush out the toxins and stretch the muscle fibres in order to help the recovery process. Ruben has an almost magical touch to find the spots more in need of attention and apply just the right pressure to sort out the knots while at the same time allowing me to just relax and enjoy the massage. Ruben's studio at St Paul's/Bank is very comfortable, and it is really conveniently located. Again, I cannot recommend Ruben's deep tissue massage enough. Try it today!

Had a wonderful experience with Ruben, I've done a short course in massage and can tell that he has excellent technique and pressure. I've had a stiff neck and back mostly due to office work which was giving me headaches. a short session was all that was needed to make great improvement. I'll definitely be going back.

Ruben is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced sports massagist. His massages are impressively effective and targets the pain immediately.
