I went with a patient this evening. She had an appointment but still had to wait about 45 minutes to seen. This is not the issue I have though. I stepped outside the door to make a phone call and the receptionist locked me out. I was only 3 feet from the door at the time and within the entrance. I tapped on the glass door the second I saw her locking it and she looked out at me and walked away. My partner who was inside still waiting pointed this out to her but she then had to open a staff door to let me in around the side of the building as the receptionist would not get off her backside to let me back inside. When I politely asked for contact details of the practice manager to make a complaint she then denied having seen me and hearing me knock. I received applause from others waiting who acknowledged they had heard me knock. They commented on how rude she was being to all patients and callers. This is the rudest jobsworth I have encountered in some time. People should not accept such treatment and sick people should not be exposed to it by their doctors. The only reason I give this one star is that I cannot post my message with none!

I don't even know where to start from, but let's try: I have severe asthma and I was in the middle of a treatment with my previous GP (Kensington Park Medical Centre) that was great and had directed me to specialised hospital to continue the treatment but unfortunately as I moved from home that hospital couldn't attend me anymore so ever since I've been trying to carry on with this terrible new GP (Dr Tahir Haffiz). I've booked an online appointment 3x and only the 4th they actually contacted me back scheduling an appointment in person to check on my asthma. On the day of the appointment the place so crowded (even with covid) that I told the receptionist I would wait outside. After 30min passed the time booked I went back to the reception and they told me to wait another 15min, after 1 hour waiting outside in the cold I went to check again and they told me they would not be able to attend me and rescheduled it to the following day. On the next day the appointment was with a nurse that spent 40min with me and the only thing she did was to weight me and say that I needed to eat healthier. Even though I reminded her that I was there because on my asthma she didn't bother to check my lungs. I asked for a prescription because my inhalers have run out and she told me she would NOT prescribe anything because she needed to check how bad I was during a crisis before, which means I would die before getting there because I cant' survive an asthma crisis without any medicine. Not to mention that I almost sure they lost my exam sample I delivered to them more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't got the results. This GP is absolutely useless, they would probably leave you to die if you really need them.

This pace is terrible. Staff are incredibly rude. Cannot get through to them on the phone for days and rude when you eventually get through. Their telephone service doesnt have a queue, so you have to ring repeatedly until you get through hours or days later. I called every day for a week with no luck. When i finally got through i asked if i could make an appointments to which i was blessed with the response: "WHO WITH?!"... the GP... who else! I was told to call back at 1pm. I asked why that was and the receptionist replied call back at 1pm. Incalled numerous times between 1pm and 2pm woth zero luck. When i finally got through and managed to book an appointment, the GP didnt even call me! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

Absolutely crazy . The receptionist JONH failed to book my GP appointment call at 5pm . I waited till 6.30pm blody wasted my time sistressing me angering me , due to incompitant idiot. I called back following day spoke to reception Natalie as to why the GP failed to call me ? She checked the system , told me JOHN had not booked the appointment 🀨😯 what a pratt! She was able to offer me a GP call for the following day luckely . The GP spoke 200 miles an hour causing my speech to go all over the place when i have a stutter and difficult to communicate on the phone. I needed a civid excempt letter to say i have anxiety as im being stoped and refused to get in to shops as i struggle to speak somerimes , a letter from GP explaining that will help me to just show people to read With that he asked me question after another question before i had managed to finish speaking causing me to loose trust and fear kicking in . He asked me if i want medication for my tammer πŸ€£πŸ™ˆπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜―πŸ€¨πŸ˜ really seriously is he that thick Not very intelligent is it !! . Theres no cure for stammering, its trauma related. Its supressed emotions etc Jesus omg Please give me strength ! And this centre are supposed to be looking after patients better than a mainstream GP practice !! Load of TUTT What difference does that make whether its a GP at a mainstream surgery or GP at this primary care medicus centre πŸ™ˆ They are just GPs at the enf of the day Wheter its here there or on the moon its still a GP They know nothing! They are only general practitionere Not specialused in any specific subject Just likes to dish out smarties pills and get commission per prescription they dish out Karen

There was one time I was waiting in the waiting area incredibly ill, coughing my poor lungs out and I was rudely told to 'be quiet' by the receptionist as she claimed she couldn't hear the person she was on the phone to. There are clearly not enough doctors to see all the patients hence why you wait for ages just to book and appointment! This is just one of my horrible experiences in this so-called 'GP'.

Little attention to detail. My referral was sent to the wrong hospital and only after I chased it up with Inhealth did they bring to my attention, the referral had not been recieved. mind you it had been over 4 weeks at this stage. I then had to chase it up with Bingfield PCT who were adamant it was and received by In Health. Unnecessary time wasted for an urgent referral. Lack of competence from the admin staff at Bingfield PCT. Again in another insistence, I was advised by the doctor to expect a supporting letter and the admin team would email it out to me, but it was sent with it's template notes on the header. How is this acceptable to provide to me as an official medical document from my GP surgery. Disappointed with recent experiences.

Avoid at all costs. You will never get seen on time and can expect up to an hour delay as a minimum standard. The reception staff are rude and will ignore you even when you are standing right in front of them waiting to ask a question. Without doubt the worst GP surgery I have ever encountered.

They have serious problems with the male receptionist here, he was just plainly rude to me, I'm lucky enough to have the GP elsewhere but he should not be the first person people looking for care come in contact with

Econsult has really made getting the right treatment super efficient! I used to stress about trying to get an appointment at 8am, but econsult has made my life so much easier. A special thanks to Dr Ashley for helping me within a few hours of submitting my econsult request.

Dr Haffiz has been my GP since I moved back into the area at the same time as my (now almost 18 year old) son was born. When all other GPs in the area refused to see me re an issue 6 days after my son was born, due to the fact that I hadn't yet registered, Dr Haffiz squeezed me in, that same day. He was brilliant then, and he's been brilliant ever since, and I'm very grateful.

Reception were efficient and I was seen on time. I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews on here, as I had no issues with the reception staff or the wait time (my appointment was 2pm and I was seen then). I was seen by two nurses who were very friendly and put me right at ease.

Horrible experience with the Nurse Asha. Pressured into talking and explaining myself and met with arguments when the nurse Asha did not like my responses to reason why I don’t want my baby to have 1 off the vaccinations. I Instead of using her eduction to explain the benift she just argued with me instead, clearly she has personal feeling towards the vaccines very unprofessional I left crying and distorted. Sadly for me management refuse to see how their staff manner can be sometimes.

My advice steer well clear of this incompetent surgery. They should give a choice of adding ( MINUS 5 STARS ) as one star review for this surgery is way to generous. The secutary Nes and the Doctor are useless and incompetent. I've had to wait 5 months for an urgent Referral ENT appointment just to be sent to the ENT hospital. If it wasn't for me chasing this up ide still be waiting for the secutery Nes to send this urgent appointment. As soon as the ENT hospital received the referral I was seen 2 weeks later. And my condition has worsened due to waiting 5 months just fir the referral to be sent. Congratulations nes good job it only took you 5 months to book an appointment. Plus Nes is very rude and speaks over you and doesn't listen when you speak to her. Then I've had to chase my medicines several times on different occasions as no prescritions were sent to my chemist for over a week. From my doctor. Simple tasks and yer even the doctor cannot do simple tasks let alone having my health in there hands. And to top it off there's so much more I was prescribed bacroban ointment cream to be used 3 times a day for 2 weeks and guess what the doctor prescribed me a tiny tube that lasted 4 days that's incompetent at its finest. Also the doctor said she will send the prescription to my chemist about 3 months ago a cream for my elbow yet again incompetence at its finest... Im still to this day for the cream. Ive been chasing this cream up with the secutery Nes on several occasions and yet i still haven't got the cream. Congratulations Nes and the doctor neglection at its finest. I've asked to speak with a manager several times I'm still waiting to speak to a manager. Well it's time to make a formal complaint to parliamentary.

I dont even have the exact words to describe my experience with that place. Been waiting for my ultrasound appointment for a while. Got there, first receptionist lady is chatting with another patient so have to wait 2-5 mins until she indicates where I have to go to. I use that time to remove my 3 month old baby from the carrier and put him in the pram. Then Im being sent to another reception, where lots of people get vaccinated at the same time and old people keep interrupting to find out where to sit or when is their cab coming while I try to announce myself. Im being asked to fill a covid form. I waste at least 5 mins here too. Then I’m asked to sit on a chair in the waiting area. Then 2 mins later a woman arrives to pick me up for my appointment. And she tells me that Im 6 mins late so I have to rebook my appointment !!!!! Now there is only one date left in May and I have to go to NW11 for it, which is an hour drive from where I live. Honestly, what a joke!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you. The building is clean, and you never have to wait long to be seen. Since I joined recently, each interactio...
