Before getting into Georgiana's Guesthouse, I had read all the positive reviews... Honestly speaking, those reviews were valid. To start with the general interior of the house; spotless clean! I have a small phobia for dirty toilets, bathrooms or messy house interiors and even if there is a little bit of mould, stains or dust somewhere... it's not for me. Georgiana's Guesthouse is very clean. The ensuite bathroom is cleaner than most of the bathrooms in the 5-star hotels I have been to so far. When I talk about Georgiana and her team... I can go on and on and on... I felt calm, and I haven't been feeling that in a long time. I felt home again. They all have a magical aura around them that gives you the feeling you are entering a world full of genuine goodness, that our reality world - outside of those guesthouse walls - is missing nowadays. I didn't feel like a guest... I felt part of the family; From arranging my parking, to showing me around her beautiful art and family pictures, to her spontaneous invitations to dinner, to her delightful breakfast with some organically-sourced ingredients, and to (last but not least) our 1-1 deep conversations in the garden during the night hours!!! Definitely an experience to remember, due to its interpersonal atmosphere. Truly a humble gem in the streets of London....

Our stay at Georgiana's was wonderful. Georgiana and her staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were warm and spotless. The breakfasts were sumptuous. Her guest house is close to the underground and major bus routes from which one can get anywhere in London. Staying at Georgiana's was one of the highlights of my trip and I will certainly stay here again next time I am in London.

we spent 4 days to enjoy the atmosphere of London at Christmas. we discovered Georgiana and her joyful, warm and delicious welcome. Always at the service of its guests, in a house which has the charm of a family home, neat and welcoming. we appreciated her very hearty lunches, her good cellar and each time we returned in the evening, she always had a little moment to share her famous gin and tonic. To sum up, we will come back.

Georgiana's guesthouse is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. We loved the complimentary pancakes with homemade cherry jam and drinks for example. We can definitely recommend her gin and tonic! The rooms were impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was stellar. What sets Georgiana's guesthouse apart is the attention to detail and warmth of a second home abroad. It's an experience like no other!

This place is wonderful. Combining a classy atmosphere with home comfort. The welcome and attitude of the house owner Georgiana is so warm it makes you feel relaxed and special (welcome drink and lovely breakfast) The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Beautiful, clean and amazing hospitality. The house is located in a safe and stunning part of London. Room was extremely well appointed; the big difference is the care and attention to detail delivered by Georgiana and her team. Would highly recommend and will stay here again when I’m back in London.

There is ‘hospitality’ and being welcome like you are a long lost family member. I have never stayed anywhere quite so immediately like home, with all the luxury I wish I did have in mine! Breskfasts are the stuff of legend and rooms incredibly comfortable. Location just off New Kings Road is quiet and convenient. Georgiana and her lovely family are simply the best hosts. Highly recommend !

We had a very pleasant and nice time at Georgiana`s guest house. The accommodation is very nice and is in a quiet area. The communication with Georgiana worked wonderfully and it was great to get to know the lovely host personally. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! The reason for our trip was a birthday and Georgiana was so kind and provided us a cake and a bottle of champaign. From the beginning we were warmly welcomed. Thanks for the nice weekend with you Georgiana!

As soon as the door opened to this wonderful guest house, my friend and I felt immediately at home. Never have we felt so welcome anywhere we have ever been, and we have travelled all over the world together. Georgiana goes the extra mile and puts her heart and soul into every element. The place is spotless, homely and so inviting. I would urge anyone to stay here, families, friends and couples, basically anyone would be happy here, its wonderful. All the rooms are amazing, it was our first visit but we felt like we had been there before and visiting old friends. We were looked after so well and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing as well, so generous and wonderfully cooked. I could probably write pages of how great it is here, but I think you all get the gist. If you stay here and don't love it, then please don't be offended in what I say now, there must be something wrong with you. I wish we could of stayed longer, it felt like home from home, Georgiana is fabulous, not forgetting the wonderful David and of course the beautiful Ziggy the dog Keep doing what you are doing its spectacular xx

Very nice guesthouse in a quite neigbourhood close to the tube. Was perfect for my requirements - Georginia is the perfect host and make your stay feel like at being at home. Room is great, nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there again on my return to london.

It was a totally surprising but unforgettable experience. All service you know from a hotel (super clean rooms e.g.) combined with a heartwarming family spirit and always some extra goodie you didn’t count with: wine and abundant snacks upon arrival, a delicious breakfast which is rather a brunch and lovely and enlightening chats with the host and her family. I definitely will get back to Georgiana as I left there a part of my heart…

My friend and I stayed here during a crazy busy week in London. We were lucky they could squeeze us in! Whenever we were in the house we were force fed cheese plates, amazing breakfast and also wine! Nobody will take better care of you than Georgiana. We were SO SPOILER. The location and rooms are great. 10/10 will always stay here when I’m in town.

I had a great time staying at Georgiana’s place! The breakfast and company was great every morning (don’t miss out on the omelette !) and I had a nice time getting to know everyone at the place. I would recommend this guest house for anyone looking for a very personal stay in London in a beautiful neighbourhood.

The b&b was perfect! The room is a little bit small for 3 People and German Standards. But I think in England you wont find a better room though. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. Every wish was answered, you really get everything you ask for. The beds were great and very good to sleep in. The dog was super cute and The Service was excellent. Navigation was Hard at first for is (German guests) but nearby is a Bus stop and you can get to the next tube in like 5 min. Everithing's Wonderful! 5/5 Stars

It is a beautiful house and the room was unusually spacious, beautiful and calm. Georgiana welcomed me as a family member and took care of me. Thanks Georgiana, Julia and Olga for helping me so much. I had a very early morning flight and Georgiana made great sandwiches for me, that was really helpful. The neighbourhood is interesting and not far from central London. There are good restaurants nearby. I am looking forward to staying here again.

I could not find any better, and I can confirm lovely comments from the other guests I have read here. The area is fantastic, super quiet and safe. The home is superb and renovated at a high level. The room is comfortable, and you can join your privacy anytime. I appreciated Georgiana's attitude to making the host feel like he was at home because this is the truth. I loved chatting with her, and she took me out to have dinner close to the harbour. We sit on the bench and have interesting talks. I am sure I forget something else...I can indeed come to visit her anytime I am around there. Thanks a lot!
