It was my first visit to the Park Meadows Cheesecake Factory. We were seated along the window and we're able to enjoy the view of the Rockies while we dined. The menu has a great selection of dishes, I ordered the White Chicken Chili. The service was friendly, helpful, attentive and prompt. Our meal came out quickly, looked great and tasted delicious. If you are looking for a casual meal, I would recommend checking out The Cheesecake Factory.

We went in as a party of 8 on New Year's Day 2022. Had a reservation for 6pm but because they were busy, we ended up ordering at 730. The service was great when we were there; our waiter was very knowledgeable on the dishes and which were his favorites. He was very generous and helpful with us. We waited another 30 mins for our food which is on the long side for my liking but the food came out as expected and it tasted to expectation. The creme on the miso salmon was not as rich as expected but the salmon itself was great. The Carne asada steak was great and so were the cheesecakes. Overall the wait was the only major issue with this specific location. We shouldn't have to wait 2 hours to eat after already going through the trouble of making a reservation.

We've been here before but never had this bad of service and food. Visited on 9/5/22 We waited 20 mins to get drinks. (Just water) waited another 15 to get our drinks that we ordered milkshake and smootie and finally got bread. Waiters were switched in the middle of ordering food. My son's pasta was hard. Calamari was rubber and cold. Husband's rice was gross/bland and his beans were hard as a rock. At last minute they finally brought me my broccoli soup (after my husband and son were done eating what they could of their meals) which I asked 10 minutes before that to have it to go. Very slow service for not having many customers at 3pm. When we asked for to go cups the waiter rolled his eyes like we were bothering him. Didn't even bother to ask how our food was. Hopefully things will be better in the future.

Been to the Cheesecake Factory many times before, but never to this location. We had a very enjoyable experience and the food and service were both on par with other Cheesecake Factory experiences we have had in the past. Would definitely come back if we were in the area again.

Very disappointing visit to this restaurant. The food prices have gotten ridiculous here and the food quality is meh. Bread size is smaller too. The drinks were $4.95. Food came out undercooked (the burger) and cold (mine). The biscuits in my meal were hard and not fresh. Unless you are just coming for $10 (so incredibly pricey!) per slice cheesecake, I would pass on this restaurant.

I came here with 12 person party and I would say everything was ok. My son ordered the chicken wings for an appetizer and then came out raw. The server did ask my son if he would like a new order, but he decided to pass. Everything else was good. I had the chicken Madero which I thought was very bland, but everyone else in the party really like their food. I did order a pineapple mule and it was amazing. Overall I would say its a solid four stars. I would recommend coming here. One mistake is bound to happen every now and then. The people where very friendly. And of course I over ate and had to have the cheese cake. Very good!!!

The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant you go to in order to hedge your bets in terms of what others want to eat. It is a jack of trades/master of none venue save for cheesecake. I had the shepherd's pie and my party both had salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both were decent but a little lackluster.

This was a good dinner! Been here many times! The service is great staff is super friendly! Was hoping for abit more romantic situation when we went but was a busy Friday so there’s that! But definitely didn’t take away from experience was great time and food! Try the pretzel bites with cheese it’s delicious!!!

We are able to get our table right away. The server was very nice, he explained what specials are on the menu. We got the calamari for the appetizer. It was so good that we ate it all. I got the Jamaican pepper shrimp and chicken it was delicious. My partner got a pasta with giant shrimp and she was satisfied also. And for the dessert, we got the tiramisu and that was also so yummy. I will definitely come back here again.

We had lunch here today and as usual, the food was amazing and our server (Elijah - didn’t ask for spelling), was fantastic. This location is always extremely busy but they keep up with the pace pretty good. Our water was kept full consistently, the presentation of our food was excellent and the friendliness of our server was top notch.

Great experience and good food! Kevin, our server, was great and gave our group plenty of time to catch up before ordering! I tried the chicken piccata. Portions here are huge, and it was too much food for any of us. Great flavor, chicken was moist, the noodles were prepared perfectly, and the sauce was a perfect balance. Definitely recommend this spot! Great menu options, both food and beverage! And great service!

We went last evening for dinner to The Cheesecake Factory. We had a decent time. The food was excellent, no issues there. The pasta tasted great, the chicken was pretty tasty, too. My wife had the shrimp, and those were great. However, I have to give a 4/5 stars because we had to wait a substantial amount of time for our order to be taken and for the drinks and food to arrive. We sat at a table around 6:15 PM, and we didn't have our drinks for about 20 minutes. Our meal didn't arrive until around 7:20 PM. Our server was very friendly, which somewhat made up for the delays.

Great food. Large selection of pasta and other menu items. And of course the cheesecakes are the best. Overly crowded on weekends. If you are going as a couple then forget of having some quality conversation as they squeeze other people around you. I will also recommend to make reservations ahead if you want to avoid 30-45 mins of waiting time for a table.

Went here for a date night. I made a reservation but when I showed up, it was slow anyways. The food was disappointing. My fish tacos came out soggy. Rice and beans were bland. I should have known better than to get tacos here though. While the server seemed attentive at first, she started taking longer to come over after the second time around. She would forget to bring things or refill water when we asked. As I said in the beginning, it was slow so there was no reason to not be able to check on us. Dessert was mango cheesecake. Crust was soggy and gooey. The texture made it difficult to eat, but the rest of it was very good. Knocked a star down for mediocre food and another for lack of service.

Armond was amazing and was there and gave great advice on selecting the best meal to get. Me and my girlfriend will be back just because of him! Food and drinks where amazing too!

My family and I went to the Lone Tree, CO location, and had a terrible experience. We placed our name on the waitlist around 6pm, and we were informed of an hour wait. We didn't get seated till close to 745pm. Each of us ordered our food, and I left to wash my hands after placing my order. I returned to my seat and was notified by the waiter that the food I had ordered was not available. I ended up ordering a burger - well done. The food arrived about 30 minutes later, and the burger meat was rare with clearly pink color inside. I told the waiter of the incident, and the waiter returned the food. The waiter later informed us that a slice of cheesecake was on the house and the burger will be another 20 minutes for the well done meat. I left due to the late hour, and the burger was ordered to-go. The next day, I discovered the fries were sweet potato in which I did not order, and there was a plastic wrap around the cheese. I have been to this location several times and have enjoyed the experience and the food. I understand the restaurant can get busy and seating customers at the appropriate time can be uncontrollable. The dissatisfaction and health concern comes from the last portion of the description - rare meat and plastic wrap. I hope this kind of incident does not happen to anyone else.

Ordered Avocado rolls, Korean fried cauliflower and Jamaican chicken. All of the items ordered are delicious with good flavors. Korean fried cauliflower is crispy and tasty. Price and quantity is ok for quality of food served. Would definitely recommend to try this restaurant

Was a very beautiful experience. Ambient is very good, just not to much space between the table. The variety of the food is high,and the quality is very good. Wine selection is good,but why no Italian wine? Espresso Martini honestly was one of the best. Thank you for having me here.

Consistently good food and dessert! Weekend wait time for a table was very long, but the waiter was quick and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Our server was very nice and he was very informative , he was really a people person a people person and we asked him questions and he really answered them very well and he kept her drinks full and the food came out right on time and the food was great and don’t mine coming back here when we are in town.

Our server was the best! The food was very tasty and even though there were lots of people around we only waited maybe 10 minutes! Myself and 2 kids had a wonderful time.

Haven't eaten at a CF in a couple years and forgot why I stopped coming... Came as a small group after work and ordered drinks + apps. The server Josh was very helpful & accommodating despite us being a little delirious and needy. The food came out as expected other than my friend who was unimpressed with the miso salmon. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms, crispy crab bites, Buffalo blasts, chicken chowder, espresso martini, and fresh strawberrry cheesecake!

Wow! Never been here before and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing, it was busy but we were seated immediately. The portions were big but thats ok. It reheated beautifully. The flavors were good and they were great about a few allergies and preferences. We would definitely visit again!

I have been here several of times and it seems like it gets better each time I come back. The family truly enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and definitely the customer service. The facility itself is immaculate, the service is superior, the food is quite exquisite and tasty, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend others to come visit this great establishment!!!!!

The interior is beautiful. The menu has everything you could want to eat. The cheesecake selection was amazing. Server was fantastic. Wheat bread with meal is great. It was busy but we didn't wait too long.

Knocked it out of the park! The God was prompt, hot and delicious! Sylvia was fantastic. Our glasses were never dry, very professional and polite. I had the Cajun gumbo with chicken, shrimp and sausage, Amazing! Hot Sourdough bread was great! The pineapple chicken and shrimp was Fantastic! Lightly sweet and delicious! Had the brussel sprouts for appetizer, you gotta have it! Deep fried and lightly spiced with bacon and balsamic vinegar. Highly recommend this place!

Happy Hour has a selected menu for small plates and drinks. We had Shrimp, breaded cauliflower, Chicken Taquitoes! I took the Chicken Param home! The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable!
