Each time I’ve been here the food has been really good. We arrived before 5:00 pm and the restaurant wasn’t busy and were seated quickly. Being it was raining the doors to the patio were closed but the view of the marina was still great. The drinks and food came fast and was tasty as usual. This is a good choice when in Long Beach and around shoreline. Stop by for a drink and appetizers or full on dinner.

This was our first time in California. We have a rule in our house, when we are away from home, we eat somewhere that is not available back home. We had seen this place when we visited Shoreline Village earlier during the day. We decided to give it a try for dinner that night. We ate on the porch. The weather was amazing for it. The place was packed for it being a Sunday night. The food had good flavors. Different from what we are used to here in Texas, but still good. We tried a variety of different appetizers and entrees. It's definitely a place we would try again.

I came across this place while I was visiting. To my surprise, there was a long line and wait due to it being taco Tuesday. I went to grab a drink at the bar, and ended up staying and getting a seat. Very cool atmosphere and people, very attentive service. I was very pleased before I ordered....then I was hooked. Chips and salsa were tasty and those carnitas tacos...so good!! I had to get another round of them. They were made fresh that day and they were delicious. I'm very glad I stuck around and the reviews are accurate. Thanks for the great food and service!!

Had the shrimp burrito (with rice and Mexican corn pudding). It was PACKED with shrimp. So good. The wait for a table was short and the food came out quickly. Our waiter, Jose, was very attentive and took care of us. Highly recommended.

What an amazing surprise !!! I thought was just the typical restaurant with bad food and amazing view in the pier. But omg what a delicious food, being a Mexican I can tell you that my expectations were really low when I decided to try the mole and I still dream with the taste it was so good !!! I ordered the plate were you can try different small dishes and every single one of them was amazing. I extremely recommend this place. Such a wonderful experience

Love this place! 😍 Great prices, customer service, drinks, atmosphere, food! Very yummy Mexican place! I got outdoor seating in front a boat docking area and it was beautiful! Love the way the whole restaurant looked and the lighting. Would definitely go back if I visit this area in Cali again!

Beautiful day in Long Beach. Enjoyed dinner at Tequila Jack's Restaurant. We were quickly seated for a party of 8. Drinks and food were very good. We recommend the butter shrimp with steak over rice, and the carnitas tacos - SO GOOD! Kids menue had great selections.

Stopped for drinks and enjoyed delicious margaritas—particularly loved the spicy cucumber and mango flavors. They offered salsa and chips, and the staff were friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ample parking and clean facilities added to the overall positive experience.

The food was delicious!! The server and atmosphere were the cherry on top! We definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area. So good!!

The place is so popular during weekend. We had to wait on the waitlist to get in. The server is efficient. They serve yet seem very busy. We like the food we ordered. I do not know much about mexican food, but they taste good and the portion is generous. Oh. Their cocktail is actually very unique and worth trying!

The food was excellent. I can be a little critical-- but everything was delicious! Great value also, had the 3 item combo with beans and rice for $20. Outside dining on a nice warm day was also very nice.

Great scenery. Outside dining was great and service on point (thanks to our server Ron)! Reasonable prices. Food was tasty. You should try the guacamole. Not much variety for draft beers but good beers for what they have available. They also have Taco Tuesdays. No free parking that we saw but they do validate parking and gives a good discount. Overall great place. Yes, we'd go back if in the neighborhood.

Tried to come Saturday night but ended up leaving because it was SO busy. We came back on a monday afternoon and it was perfevt. Fast and friendly service. I don't remember our waitress' name, but she was so nice. There's ton to choose from on the menu and everything is decently priced. Kids menu was pretty good too. I had a mojito, and soft shrimp tacos. The drink was excellent but the tacos were lacking a little flavor. The chips and salsa were excellent too! I'm sad we don't have a place like this at home but I'm glad we found it while we were here.

Great location. In the middle of the attractions by the water. Great menu options with a decent happy hour. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Staff could work on their approach and customer service, hence the 4 stars for service. Absolute recommend if are in the area and want a affordable meal.

This is a good Mexican restaurant right on the waterfront in Long Beach. The salsa that came with the chips was a bit spicy but it was good. I ordered the cheese enchiladas which were great, especially with some salsa drizzled on top. The guacamole was pretty standard and I wish it had a bit more flavor. Also the vibe was really great for a Tuesday evening!

Been going to this location for years! And it doesn't get any better for a night out of drinks food fun and great ambiance! Now the front dining is always busy, but it flows. The back deck to the marina it always packed, yet if you can find a seat...get it!. And the bar area is fun...bumping and the food is great. We come for the drinks.mmm... large and well made! Get your ticket validated ! Have fun... !

Seems like I am on a roll finding the right eating spots lately, because it was the bomb birthday meal for me! The atmosphere is awesome, got LUCKY this St Patrick's☘️☘️☘️ day and after a few minutes of waiting patiently (it was a crowd in the house) we* were seated on patio with open bay windows over looking the boats/water/Beautiful downtown Long Beach. The FOOD was on point and the Large Tequila of your choice-Margaritas.....😚sweeeeet; very nice (get the shot on the side😁, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!" #ManyMore

I just did not have good food here. The guacamole was mashed to mush and had zero flavor. The chips were warm but under salted, everything was bland and just slightly over cooked.

Ok this was a good night. I will truly come back with a date. Food was hot fresh and tasty. Our service was A plus. Drinks could have been stronger however the taste was good. Plenty parking and don't forget to validate. Very clean however my female friends said there were only two stalls in the bathroom. All in all great night. I Tried It.
