Update 7/30/22 - From 5 stars to 2. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill over the last 3 years. They changed the recipe for the pretzels a few times, but they were still good. The problem is that 2 out every 3 times you go there, they have no pretzels! The name of the place is “Twisters” as in pretzels - how do you not have pretzels at lunch time afternoon on a Saturday?!?! Can you imagine going to Auntie Anne’s not having pretzels when you go there? It just seems like they don’t care about quality service anymore. The absolute best jalapeno pretzel you've ever had! When we lived in Long Beach, my spouse and I would make a special trip every now and again down to shoreline just to get a jalapeno pretzel and cheese dip. Now that we live in Lakewood it's a bit far to drive just for that, but anytime we're down here we get one or if one of us is down here we have one fresh and get two to take home. No one makes a better pretzel!

Great place to stop and get a coffee and bagel. This place is usually the turnaround point for most cyclists. 🤙🚲✌☕🍩

It's a really nice coffee shop by the Marina. We have an expresso and some water, and it was nice. I like the service

Bad hot coffee, great location, reasonable price. Shop claim to serve Starbucks coffee. Hot coffee was stale and not brewed correctly. Yikes! Cashier was blasting Kayne's profanity landen music on her blue tooth speaker. Cashier only turned down the speaker when she cannot hear my order. We visited at 11am, March 30, 2022. Place was empty. Nice seating outside for people watching.

Great place to take a cycling club on the weekend! Or just anyone any of the other days!

Very delicious homemade pretzels, great customer service and awesome place.

Pretzel dog was warm and delicious. I had to run into the store and run back to get the boat. It was a jalapeño cheese pretzel dog. I knew people that saw it wanted one.

I wanted to leave tips after we had their food because it was great but unfortunately the line was so long and I was not able to use my credit card to give them tips.

Service is awful, I was waiting for my coffee there forever. The girl is serving other guests and saw me waiting and ignore me. Not until I ask whether my coffee is ready she answered yes it’s there with poker face. My coffee was stand on the table without cap the whole time. Pretzel are hard like rock, I had to throw it away. Coffee is nothing comparable with Starbucks

Such a cute little corner spot. I got the berry smoothie and it was pretty good for a premix smoothie. This is the small size. They have a decent variety of other beverages and little snacks for sale as well. Worth a visit if you’re down in shoreline!

The coffee was so bad I threw it out. Seemingly the only cafe in the area, more options are needed.

The pretzel and coffee were good but probably not worth going out of my way to visit... The customer service was pretty unimpressive. I was wondering if maybe it was a rough day but then noticed other reviews with similar themes. 🤷‍♀️

Cute little coffee shop right on the docks. Friendly staff and service, prices were just right, nothing was confusing about the menu. Turnaround time was quick! Atmosphere is mostly the scenic ocean and boardwalk views. The shop itself is tiny.

I have been here few times, every time the customer service is pretty bad as if the employee does not want to be here, coffee was cold and the prep table always dirty with spilt coffee and sugar..

The place was delicious! I enjoyed sweet tooth flavors and coffee. I really enjoyed the different breads they have available and I love to sitting outside on the table looking out at the boats and things in the cold while sipping on my hot coffee and enjoying the view. It was fun. I remember that. I wish I could go back and do it again.

We ordered mocha and cappuccino but none of them were good. The staff was not very polite.

With a great location this place has always good to have a nice hot cup of coffee or hot Cocoa while walking along the Harbor checking out the boats really really good great service and staff

Cute little shop and yummy coffees. We had an iced mocha with oat milk and an iced vanilla chai. Yummy! Cinnamon rolls were a little doughy but who complains about homemade cinnamon rolls! :)

Their stuff is just so good! I was planning to take some home but unfortunately I finished all of the chocolaty goodness before I even got to the car!
