Employees are very friendly and they try to prepare the food as quickly as possible. The only downfall is not having enough cashiers and that causes the lines inside to become not the covid recommended distance they need more cashiers especially when they should know the hours and days they seem to get really busy.

It was a random mc Donald's I realized the area after seeing a security carry a gun not going to lie felt uncomfortable. Food is always mc d's style order was correct.

Service was good and fast for walking in and getting my food to go.. the last few times that I have walked in the cashiers have been friendly and helpful.. inside is always clean when I go tables and floors.. restrooms are not to bad.. your typical everyday use but still maintained.. there are some homeless people around but for the most part they don't bother anyone.. over all my experiences are always good.

Bumped up from 2 to 3 stars. An average McDonald's location. The team is courteous and helpful.

This McDonald's is so ghetto its bougie. You're going to have a security guard open the door for you. You know you're in for a treat too when the security guard has a body cam. Why pay for overpriced tickets to watch some white YouTuber kid fight when you can witness a fight here likely for only the cost of a McChicken.

Food was actually nice and hot, cheese nice and melted. But soda fountain was out of both dr pepper and coke. Dining room was closed early so I had to eat on a bench down the street.

This McDonalds is always busy but the employees here are hard workers, they keep up with the crowd in a very productive manner. The only downfall to this McDonald's is its location ( there are always homeless and mentally unstable individuals hanging out close by.)

Friendly staff. Nice and somewhat clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered to table. They called out my order at the counter for pick up. I did not pick up as I ordered to table. A little later the order was delivered to my table. Food tasted fine but could have been a little warmer.

Clean and fast drive thru. I had a special order and they did it without fuss. The caramel coffee is so good and at a good price.

Wish I can give this place a 0 they have horrible customer service they take too long for service they try to double charge me and then try to refuse it in my money bank my sister went inside to go retrieve my car that the manager took off with the person at the window that tried to charge me twice he charged me on my mobile at 1st and then charge me separately the um cache and so when I get to the 2nd window I see that he charged me for Maxwell said I asked her on a side and then I said they put it on a Burger and we didn't want them on the Burger who run them outside and hes like oh well we're still gonna charge you a $60 issues I know I want my money back and The guy who had a attitude and rolled his eyes mind you this was the manager um And we followed my money but he took a long time with my card like I said and so my sister went inside to go see and everybody actually liked they didn't know what was going on I didn't spend no money on this place I wouldn't spend no money on this place and I advised no one else to spend their hard earned cash on this place everyone has a poor attitude poor people's skills poor customer service poor everything

It was cramped and busy. Need a bigger ordering area. When lunchtime comes around there is not enough room to even form some sort of line. People start getting irritated and start barking at each other. Too close for comfort for me. The gentleman that rang up my order was quite pleasant and understanding. I was fumbling around trying to find my wallet while trying not to upset the people behind me but he kept saying it's okay, it's okay take your time. Very nice young man. Getting a drink was a nightmare. Again too close for comfort. Need a bigger area.

I really didn't appreciate the workers that were up front that was several of us in line and the people that were making the french fries and whatnot we're just look at the line and not come and help anyone it was very frustrating

The time I ordered food was approximately 900 am and the sausage egg mcmuffiin was hard on the outside. As though the muffin was warmed up hours ago. The service was alright and the ambiance was excellent. This McDonald's is in a very decent part of Long Beach.

Drive-thru at this location is worst especially late at night. After working a 12 hour day and getting off at 2am, all I wanted was some food and go home. Arrived at the Drive thru they told me they were only accepting cash and it would be 20 minutes before they take cards again. I left trying to find something else that may be open, and was unable to do so. Returned to this drive 30 minutes later and told me they were still only accepting cash. When I asked when they will start accepting cards they said 45 minutes. When I told the cashier that that was not what they said earlier, she ignored me and refused to answer the question. The times that they choose to close their card readers is inconsistent and their is no signage placed before you enter the drive thru to tell you they are only taking cash. You just have to wait in line for 20 minutes or more before they tell you at the screen.

The service, speed and quality were top of the line. Only drawback was the trash can directly past the drive thru window that the folks in front of you stop at deterring you from pulling forward to get your food.

I’ve been here a few times over the years and it’s guaranteed they’re going to ask me to park my car in the mobile area and wait. I only ordered a happy meal and a #7. No customizations. And there was no one behind me in the drive thru. It would help if they were nice about it but the staff I encountered have an attitude.

It was very clean inside I had breakfast the deluxe breakfast I like it and now they bring your food to your table and the lady that brought my food was very polite and nice I'll definitely go back again.

This McDonald's has improved somewhat since my last review. The food isn't as fresh tasting as the more suburban locations, but it's McDonald's. 🍔🍟 At the risk of repeating myself, the food is consistently better at the more suburban restaurants, which this location is not, and no matter what time you go there, during the day, you can count on it being fair, to sub-par. So, always room for improvement here. Suburban locations like Los Altos Center, tend to have more affluent customers,better management at the locations, and that seems to be why they are more consistent, as far as quality is concerned. I don't want to sound like a snob about McDonald's, I'm just talking about food quality and consistency. Years ago, Mcdonald's was a destination you went to,It was a fun, new experience, maybe traveling to a different state,on a road trip,on a vacation, ie; just traveling the country,or you went there on the weekends, or once in while as a treat.You could always count on seeing "The Golden Arches", traveling down the road, and when it was time to take a break from driving, you stopped because they said,"You Deserve A Break Today",or maybe Mom and Dad just piled the kids in to the car,pulled into the parking lot, went up to the window, and placed their order. Growing up as kids, it seemed more fun. It has for over the last 70 years, become as iconic as Coca-Cola® and it's specialness has become less and less, year after year, and we just take it for granted, that it's always been there, since most of us have been alive. Other chains have improved upon the basic recipe, but few have sold as many hamburgers as McDonalds...

After waiting at the drive thru speaker for a couple minutes, I said "hello?" "HOLD ON." Ok... after another minute or so, they take my order. I wait 5-10 more minutes to get to the window. One of the cars in front of me gave up before they even got their order - which was smart, because I had seen their order on the screen, and it included a McFlurry like mine... and once I finally got to the window, I was informed that supposedly the ice cream machine had literally just broken in those 5-10 minutes. So I ended up leaving empty handed

It had been a while since I last ate McDonald's and it was still great. Nobody can come close to their French fries. I will say this location is kinda confusing though. There are signs posted on the door that the dining/lobby is closed but I have discovered that is not the case, oh and I was surprised to see a security office inside standing by the door. Like I said it was the first time in a while so maybe they all have security officers now. With that said, the food was still great.

Just a generic cookie cutter mc Donald's, nothing to write home about......

A relatively rare 24hr McDonald's. Good and service died was comparable to others I've been to in the area. Food was good but the drive thru line can take some time. But, late at night, this is normal.

I work 2nd shift so when looking for an open 24hr food place is hard so this my go to place. The only reason I an giving this place 2 star is because they stop taking Debit card payment option all the time after 1am, if you dont have cash you have to look for an ATM which to me its very inconvenient since I just want to eat and go home after working 12hrs oh and expect a line and transients to be around.

McDonald's Jordan's Branches are better.. make sure your food does not get cold, you won't eat it. I ordered deluxe crispy chicken... 🚫🙅‍♂️

Best McDonald's I've been to in years, especially for late night. The girl working the window was happy, smiling super friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Pleasantly surprised to get that level of service and the quality of food in this day and age.

Exceptionally quick and friendly service and, of course, Quarter Pounders are always satisfying and delicious. 🤙🤙🤙 Besides dining area is nicely decorated and very well maintained (ie .cleanliness). Absolutely, would recommend this place for fine service and food.

I'd add a photo if I didn't just DEMOLISH my mcflurry. Got two in one day. That day is today. I'm going to regret it. This second one, I ordered extra m&m's. It was basically a cup of m&m's with a hint of ice cream. You guys spoiled me rotten today. Also want to add, you're all so gorgeous 😳 oh my

Each day I buy a Mocha Frappe which costs $4.40, each day the quality fluctuates, some days it is good and some days it has no flavor at all. They need to be more consistent, I don't want to gamble with. I want to get what I pay for. Is that too hard to ask..?!
