This place is EXPENSIVE. Most cheese specialty stores are but especially this one. I went to get a particular type of cheese, they did have it, but it’s price was MORE for less cheese comparatively to another place in the Denver area that carries the same cheese. The store itself is cool, lots of trinkets and goodies. EXCELLENT selection of jams and spreads. Unfortunately, they blast their political opinion upon you the moment you set foot on their patio and I, for one, will not be giving my money to any business that does this anymore (whether they lean left or right).

This is an amazing shop for anyone who loves cheese, gifts, travel, shopping, food. So many treats and wonderfully curated. The shop is two stories and each room should be experienced - children's gifts, Parisian treats, stationary, cookware and so much more. Cheeses from all across the world as well as local cheese and vegan cheese.

Had no idea this place existed. The shop is adorable and the cheeses.. OMG! Good thing I don't live closer or I would be there once a week spending my whole grocery budget

I was looking for specifically dutch cheeses and I not only found them but every other cheese imaginable. They also have a huge selection of other European treats and snacks. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, you'll find it here!

What a great place to spend some time looking around. This was our first time to visit and we both had a great time shopping for cheese and other great items from all around the world. If you want to find that special something for your next party, this is the place!

Sooooo happy the bistro is open again! I've been craving the quiche and lavender mocha since COVID19 closed everything down. The quality and flavor are t what I remembered a few years ago. I'm glad this can be my regular spot again.

This place had the largest variety of cheese I have ever seen! We enjoyed a few different cheeses, olives, and more! The olives here were out of this world too! I hope to come back again and try more cheeses. I had a purple lavender cheese!

One of a kind; just try it! Some reviews mention high prices, but it don't think that's fair to say. People must account for the fact that imported foods are higher anywhere. Besides, not everything is imported or pricey. I found cheeses here from local creameries, one from Longmont and another from Boulder. I experienced very friendly service during both my visits. I think I'll be shopping there at least twice a month. If you have a palate that gravitates towards the exotic, foreign, and hard-to-find foods, this may be the spot for you too. 👍🏼

Importer of cheese (and butter, specialty meats, chocolate, candy, cookies, jams, honey, crockery, French lavender, pasta, vanilla beans occasionally, olives, pate, and a freezer full of French and local sweet treats) from around the world. They supply nearly all the supermarkets and many of the local restaurants with cheeses; and they're super friendly. The walk-in closet with borrowable coats is a Must See. You have to go in and chill with the cheese and try out the dozens of samples. They also make the best local macrons in all flavors (I love the lavender ones). If it's a Fancy European food or treat you didn't think you could find in an old farm town like Longmont, you'll find it at the Cheese Importers. And while some prices reflect how much it took to get the item here, others are surprisingly low and can fit a budget that wants something Very Nice for a special occasion.

Make sure you check your bill before you leave. I was over charged. I purchased items clearly marked/labeled clearance and paid full price (miniature jams) I was also charged twice for a chocolate that I only had one item. The store has great opportunity to purchase gifts from Europe. The food selection offers a cornucopia of European choices. The cheese selection is good. It's worth going but be aware of the check out process.

Cheese, cheese and much much more! A long stay shop in Longmont that has a huge variety of cheese offerings and some hard to find varieties as well. They are also have a wonderful collection of cooking supplies, picnic wares and gift selections. Plan some tome when stopping here as there is much to see, Linder and purchase. Check them out and I think you will enjoy your visit here. Plenty of parking as well as a friendly and helpful staff.

I first went here about 20 years ago. Now that I live here, I can go more often! Cheeses from around the country and the world, along with biscuits, crackers, and other treats. I’ve been getting hooked on the Italian cheeses, which my body tolerates better than American cheeses. Plus housewares. Nice, helpful people. In the summers they host food trucks. But I wish they had a French cafe, which I think they did at some point. The pizza I had from a food truck last week sounded like it would be great, but was just ok. There was no salt in the crust. Not this store’s truck, obviously. I’ll still shop there. Just wish they had their own deli or something with goods made from European flours and cheeses.

Fantastic, my 2nd time there and I will keep going. It's about a 30-35 minute trip for me but it is totally worth it! Great gifts as well, I bought a birthday gift for a friend, she loved it. So many great ideas.

This place is ahhhhmmmazing!!! OMG, I went here for one specific cheese I've been looking for (Castello's Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese with Chillis & Peppers) and got super carried away and spent almost $100! I felt like a kid in a candy store! The store is MASSIVE with an astounding selection of far more than just wonderful cheeses from all around the world. I could spend hours in this store and looking forward to doing so next time I come.

We were disappointed that their restaurant was closed 3 years ago but their friendly professional customer service is still inviting. Their selection of cheese and gifts are unmatched. We always look forward to going there. This time we bought some of their fresh French bread along with several types of cheese and had impromptu picnic.

I love this store. It's great for personal use items and especially if you want to give someone some nice gifts. It's called Cheese Importers but they have so much more than just that. They've got wine, jellies, cookies and breads, chocolates . . it's impossible to mention everything they have cuz they've got so many great items from other countries.
