I watched the staff as we chatted over beers. Jes was our server and she did a great job taking care of us. The place was busy and lots of people ordering food and drinks. I want to point out that she was not alone in providing great customer service. Her coworkers addressed customer concerns as they navigated the aisle and pathways. The food was wonderful and everyone got just what they wanted.

Had a great experience at the Pumphouse Brewery. Great food, excellent service and a good atmosphere. A great setting to catch up with friends and have a good meal. The staff weren’t pushy or overbearing. One of the best spots in the Longmont area.

2-15-2022 a wonderful Tuesday. First time here, my wife and I were looking for a nice fill me up lunch. Wow, we found it. We weren’t super hungry, just hungry. We had a wine and a beer. Both very cold and very good. We usually split an eight ounce hamburger. But today we decided on appetizers. A big ol’ plate of calamari and bone-in Buffalo chicken wings. Both were delicious! I have had many wings in my life, but I have never seen any as big and juicy as our order today. The drummies looked like chicken legs. Who is their supplier? Prices were reasonable.

This place is slamm’n! Even though they were busy during an AV’s game our waiter was on point with drinks and apps. Most important, from the drinks, apps and tacos everything was on point. This place gets its, customer service and great food. We had chicken and fish tacos and were amazed by the great taste and size of the tacos. Kind of hungry get only 2 tacos, starving get 3. A variety of beers on tap and some seasonal deserts make this place standout above the rest. Thanks! We

All in all solid adult meals, kids meals were lacking. The pretzel was great and cheese sauce. Pretzel chicken sandwich with pablano peppers super good. The veggie hummus/ goat cheese platter was good. Kids pizza, needs work, sauce esp. Kids tenders more like fritters. Did like the oreos with each meal. Great service and solid beer.

Fantastic food and service. Aspen was lovely and attentive. We had the Buffalo wings for an appetizer and they were delicious but a tad spicy for our weeny taste buds 🤣 the ranch and bleu cheese were fantastic! I had the French dip and it was really good. The au jus was very hearty and tasty! I opted for the sweet potato fries and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. My wife had the Mediterranean linguine with grilled chicken. The flavor on the chicken was amazing. The pasta was light and delicious as was the sauce. We tried a few drinks as well and were not disappointed! The overflow is a very easy drinking IPA and the wife says the margaritas are good, although a tad on the sweet side. We will be coming back here again!

Had an amazing experience for st Patrick’s day. If you haven’t been here for their food and drinks specials, You’re missing out! I got the breakfast shot. A Kölsch, and the Irish tacos. They were amazing I subbed in the white cheddar mashed for the fries. The service at the bar was exceptional. 5/5!

Have been here twice now, its got 2 sides, the red zone and the pumphoise. The red zone yoir bar and fun vibe, the pump house is alittle more relax, sit down type dinner. The service has been great both visits, the food is good and there alot of choices. I like they are open late lr than most places and have a great selection. The wing appetizer is very good, and the salmon BLT is amazing. Wasn't a fan of the drunkin steak, but the sweet potatoe fries with some honey and Buffalo...YES!

I love this place but I’ve been here a dozen or more times and only had great experiences until recently. Had a medium steak under cooked by a lot. server told us they couldn’t get us a new steak without charging us and also couldn’t remove the entree from the bill. Wouldn’t get us a manger to rectify it. Undercooked steak pictured. Edit: The person who responded to my emails and to this review should consider a career outside of customer service. Not only did they refuse to provide me compensation because i posted a review, they threatened me that they wouldnt even make their mistake right until I’d remove my review.

We are sitting outside. Road is a bit noisy at times. Love the beers. The specials are $4 today and I tried the Guava Wildfire and it is excellent. Set up a sampler of Wildfire, flashpoint, red alert and Basecamp. Runs the Gamut from wheat, IPA to stouts. We just got in from Texas today and really looking forward to this visit. I was here 15 years ago and it was good then also.

Pumphouse has become my favorite, Zach and Ryan have been Stellar wait person. Ryan was extremely polite, Zach informed me I could have a smaller salad than the huge normal servings. All wait staff seem to read their customers with great finesse, possibly why the Pumphouse is very busy along with the excellent food. My Service dog Aspen LOVES the perfectly cooked hamburgers! (below photos). AS I search for a place to live, the Pumphouse is wonderful stop by, Excellent Service, Superior Food. Thank you!! FANTASTIC. Sarah was STELLAR waitress, amenable, helpful & congenial, on time, great suggestion, took care of my SERVICE DOG ASPEN!! And Aspen cleaned her plate & welcomed the next booth customers. GREAT time, with allowances to read! EXCELLENT Highly recommended

Met a friend in Longmont for dinner and the Pumphouse Brewery did not disappoint. This place was packed and now I know why… the presentation and food were both excellent. Our waitress was new but very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work.

*product allergens not labeled. Allergic reaction occurred* I attended dinner at Pumphouse Longmont. I decided to get a flight. In the flight I received the “fraudulence” (quite fitting for the name) stout. As you can see the drink does not say it contains nuts or has a nutty flavor. There are drinks in the menu that clearly state they have a nutty flavor. I proceeded to have a reaction in the store and asked the server to if any of my food contained nuts. I had the spinach dip and pretzel at that time. She checked and they did not. I had to walk to find her and asked her to then look at the flights I received because my tongue was swelling up. My friend had Benadryl so I took that into we received more information. She comes back with a paper that the chefs uses. And says “you might want to read this”. I read the paper and on the chefs viewpoint sheet. It stated nuts. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the paper she showed me. I was focused on my safety. I went out to the car to grab my Epi-pen. While walking out I pass her who is telling the manager about the incident. When I come back in the manager (Cory) doesn’t check in on me. We settle the items we ate and I asked to speak to the manager afterwards. When speaking with Cory he was very dismissive and not concerned for the well-being of his customers. I asked why he did not come to the table when he heard there was a food allergen concern. And he stated he allows his servers to handle the tables and only gets involved when the customer asks for him. He proceeded to sash that he would find a way to talk to the brewers but he has no control of Customer facing products. He stated he thought I was okay since I went to get my Epi-pen. The server, Diana, was prompt and attempted to find more information about the allergen. She acknowledged that the customer facing ingredients needed to be updated and contain allergens. I usually 9.5/10 get along with my servers and never have to call a manager. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Cory’s tone, demeanor, and approach was overall appalling. The food was subpar. However, I did enjoy the pretzels.

This place was very cute and they had a lot of space! Our group ordered wonton mozzarella sticks. It was mozzarella wrapped in a wonton wrapper and it was crazy delicious! I ordered a burger with bacon, and no bun. But it was crazy delicious! My boyfriend ordered the Chile relleno’s. He enjoyed them in the moment, but he definitely had a rough night… he would not order them again. There were a few other people in our party that weren’t feeling well that night. We were a party of 20-25 people and we had a room upstairs. I understand it takes more time to service, but it took a while for us to order and get our food. We got there around 5:30 ish. We received our appetizers by maybe 6:00, then our entrees did not arrive until 7:30 ish. They did send out all the food at once, but I feel if it’s ready, present it to the customer.

I always enjoy coming to Pump House! They have a nice variety of items on their menu Gives you a lot options without being super daunting. Upon arrival we were greeted by two ladies at the host stand, very well put together but quite the greatest attitudes. Both looked very unhappy. Our server was very kind, told us about drink specials. It was nice to have a couple Long Island iced teas after a long day. We always appreciate daily specials. Both our drinks and food came out in a timely manner. My daughter liked her cheeseburger and my husband also enjoyed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I ordered the sirloin and while it wasn’t quite cooked the way I wanted, it was very tasty after checking out the dessert menu we ordered the brownie sundae and strawberry cheesecake, which were both very very good. I always enjoy going to the pump house.

The place is fairly large and seating plentiful if you include the outdoor area. We were seated within a few minutes, and our server was adequate and friendly. Beer selection was decent and the lager was pretty tasty. Food was good and made it to our table in acceptable time and temperature. No complaints.

Dedicated staff on all levels mixed with wholesome, quality food makes this place a no brainier. We frequent this place more than any other for the reliable, steadfast quality and often multiple times a week. Cheers to the crew and management. You’ve done good…real good.

We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather. It was quaint, and relaxing. We tried a flight and some Southwest egg rolls. They were a little spicy, but delicious. Beer was good. Would definitely come back!

😐 This place is EXPENSIVE. Most cheese specialty stores are but especially this one. I went to get a particular type of cheese, they did have it, but it’s price was MORE for less cheese comparatively to another place in the Denver area that carries the same cheese. The store itself is cool, lots of...
