Fish here once a week atleast. I love the lower lagoon. More relaxing, much more cover, and some pretty big Bass. I just landed this one this morning on a hour session 🙌

They don't let you swim in 1, 2, only up to 3 and they don't allow you to use floats, I don't like it

Parking was $12. Lots of space to park. Several picnic tables and open space. 1 beach was open for swimming.

Usually stop in a couple times a month for some night fishing off of the 24 hour dock! I've caught a couple, but more often than not, I get nothing. But the people there, if any, are always friendly, and it's a safe spot to bring the kiddos. Over the weekend of 8/14, I rented paddle boards for my first time ever and that was a ton of fun! I'll be doing that again for sure! Overall, a decent spot. Beautiful landscape...however, lots of cockroaches, which kinda creep me out.

We had a good time at the lake and swimming. Its really nice that they have lifeguards. We BBQ with friends and enjoyed the playground too.

I love this place to go with the children, it is very nice and big enough to walk around.

Lifeguards don't allow guests to use entire swimming area. They would rather everyone stay close together during this COVID-19 pandemic. Water looks clean from a distance but when you get close it's really cloudy. This is the first time I visited and my last time. Go to the beach instead.

If you know anything about the history of this lake, you know the lower lake is one of the best places in the world to catch a trophy bass. GREAT on the water camping! Cool spots!

Enjoy the park. Don't let the virus scare to stop you. Also, please clean up after your party. Don't leave any trash on the ground, let next party to have a great time there.

It's a great place to go out and have fun, but if you dont fish and dont own a boat etc, you have nothing to do. You'll meet new people but the people with the R.V's are really moody and will start a problem for letting your kids near them.
