    Do NOT rely on Lamps Plus to come through for you. We placed two orders and were told the two orders would arrive six days after the order date. The day the shipment was supposed to arrive came and we come to find out that OUR ORDER WILL NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 9-DAYS after we placed our two orders. We rented a scissor lift, six days after our order date, for these fans to be installed, because Lamps Plus told us the order would arrive in SIX DAYS after the order was placed. Lamps Plus consciously lied to us (the client) about our pending order, when they must have CLEARLY known that our order had ZERO percent chance of arriving six days after our orders were placed. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. We will never use Lamps Plus again. I would suggest that nobody trust what they tell you, as they completely lied to us about our order knowing full well the delivery date they told us was an impossible date for the product to arrive. Successful companies are based on honesty. Doing what they say and saying what they do. Lamps Plus clearly just says whatever makes them look good in the moment to gain a clients money/order, instead of passing along the truth. Shameful. Lamps Plus lies will cost our company a few hundred dollars every day, for four extra days as we now wait for their product to arrive. To make matters worse, I called-in to Lamps Plus to understand what happened and why I was told a six day delivery time, when they must have known it would take nine days to deliver our two orders?? I waited on hold for 23+ minutes, to talk with a supervisor that NEVER got on the line. Instead I was told they needed to look into the order more before making any comments. Do not waste your time on Lamps Plus. They will lie about your order and then give you no time or supervisory help when you call in asking about your order. Horrible sales. Horrible lies. Horrible delivery time within the USA for a basic delivery. Horrible customer service and horrible company leadership when you need it. I guess Lamps Plus won't spend one minute trying to help with anything, unless your spending your money on a new order. What a joke. Never again. Thanks for nothing Lamps Plus.

    Lamps Plus has beautiful lighting fixtures. My husband and I have purchased several of their fixtures for our new home and have not been disappointed yet. So far they have stood behind their products. If you want to come out of the dark and into the light go to Lamps Plus. See pictures below keep in mind we are in the process of decorating and having things delivered. But the lighting is bringing our finishing touches together.

    I can’t wait to tell everyone about shopping at Lamps Plus. I’ve been a very satisfied customer for almost 7 years. Lamps Plus is my “go to” for renovations or just an update and they also sell fabulous mirrors and fans. Their quality, variety and customer service is always the best.

    Shopping for living rooms. Our lighting consultant could not have been nicer. She made the process go smoothly! Our lamps arrived safely. We are delighted how they enhance our living room. Yes I would contact her in the future if purchasing additional lighting for our home. It was a joy to work with such a dedicated talented person. Thank you Nuria “G”.

    Purchased the Tuscan Faux Stone fountain and within less than a month the paint started to crack/peel off the base. Called and was told the one year warranty only applies to the motor. She did give me 10% refund because I was not about to pay for shipping plus I did like the fountain. After 2 months the peeling continued on the rest of the fountain. I have to repaint and hopefully try to match the color and seal it. So be advised, the quality is not the best!

    I love LampsPlus for high-quality lighting at great prices. Ive shopped at LampPlus for years without issue until recently when a charging/dimmer base stopped working after 3 months. Customer Service was amazing and sent me a new base w/i a week.

    Enjoyed the experience, and the website was intuitive. Chat function worked well and the specialist was able to help me with design ideas, as well as procure specific technical data to assist my decision making. Wish I’d found them sooner. I’ll probably never buy lowes or Home Depot lighting except for my rental property ever again. Very satisfied. Can’t wait to get he can moubted 20odd feet above my living room. It’s gonna be a project for sure but I hate the light I have and cannot wait to have the new one installed.

    Shannon at Lamps Plus is a wonderful and experienced representative. She’s not only helpful with your options but super friendly and positive! The best is that she actually follow up. Who does that any more??? I have a great new fixture and fan that both complement my home!
