Haven’t been here in a long time so we visited today for lunch. Service was great. Wait time was very short. Food was excellent. Our steaks were very tender and cooked perfectly. Peanuts are no longer served inside but they’ll gladly give you a bag of peanuts to take home to enjoy. You can check in on the app for call ahead seating. We will definitely come back!

What a wonderful birthday party we had for my 20-year-old son. The food was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their steaks and sides that we got. The service was phenomenal. We had a waiter by the name of Simon. I think he's one of the best waiters we have ever had. He even did magic tricks for us. If you go to eat at Texas roadhouse, ask for Simon. Simon is in the photo with my son that I attached . The prime rib, the ribeye, and the porterhouse steak we're all delicious and cooked to perfection. Birthdays are fun at Texas Roadhouse. You get to sit on a real saddle for your birthday and sing a Yeehaw song.

Great food. Great service. The music was so loud we couldn't even talk to the people at our table without yelling and repeating ourselves. Other than that it was great

Always a fun place to blow my nutrition plan :) love the rolls and steaks consistently good quality and cooked to order... The hour wait was a struggle so go on line and get on the wait list!

Packed house on a Friday night. We were told 35-45 minutes to be seated. We were at our table with steaming hot fresh bread in under 15 minutes. Our server was fantastic, she throughly went over every menu item we asked about. She was crystal clear about how our food, more specifically our sons food would come out. This made for a more enjoyable experience. All of our food was cooked as requested, i apologize for no photos but everything was delicious. I'm going to look for the paper receipt to add our server's name,(I'm terrible with names) as she deserves some recognition. We will try to dine in more often when time permits. Thanks for a great meal.

I called early to be sure prime rib was available and even asked at the front door if Prime rib was available they stated yes. When I sat down in ordered remarkably there was none. the manager made it right. Went in today and th music was so loud we could not have a conversation. The prime rib was dry. And really...who puts on 4.5 croutons on a salad. Go to the pan american location you will be a lot happier.

Real talk: back home, Chain restaurants is like giving up on life. But now I know why they thrive! Chain restaurants are Bae in New Mexico. The service was on par. They offer freshly brewed sweet and unsweetened tea. The ribs were dry and not tender. I know Texas Roadhouse can do better. The energy was on another level! Waitresses were line dancing and having a ball. Props to TR for this.

They had great service. It was very busy when we came for dinner but I was super impressed on how we were seated within 5 minutes! Our waiter didn't miss a beat. He had our drinks out quickly and always there checking on us! The food was very delicious but will say the hot bread you get right away is the best! Definitely stop in here for a great dinner. Friendly staff!!

Visited for lunch with my grandaughter. She ordered the fried pickles. She loved them. You get a hefty amount unable to finish them all. I ordered the salmon (5 oz) it was outstanding, the green beans were also delicious. I left the vegetables, I can't handle broccoli. But everything was good that I ate. Sweet tea also not too sweet, that makes it good too. Definitely will return.

Wow! What an experience, really amazed at top notch treatment and the waiter attending us was out of this world, all the food was great and this being my first time here, it sure is awesome. Thank you for the great hospitality, we shall return.

Our server was amazing and made up for the food experience. From check in to check out, the service was great and everyone was friendly! My husband ordered a T-bone and I a New York, unfortunately our steaks were not prepared properly. My husband asked for rare and I asked for medium rare. They got us mixed up, which would have been fine, but the steaks seemed to be previously frozen. They were rare and dry, chewy too… Our server was so apologetic and asked if we wanted them re-fired or something new. We opted to order something new. We went with the catfish and the fried chicken, both were amazing. Our kiddos had sirloin and burgers, both were great according to the kids. Thank you to the manager for coming over to apologize, we didn’t ask for them to come over, but we appreciated the kindness…

Never have had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse. Took my friend Shirley for her birthday & I had the ribeye & it was delicious. She had Ribs & said they were great.

You can add you name to the wait list before you get there. Then they send you a text to tell you to get your party together and come in. Then you still have to wait 15-20 minutes. Granted, Texas Road House doesn't know exactly when a party is going to be finished but I would think they could get closer than 20 minutes. The food had a good flavor and served at the correct temperature. We each had a salad and it was the skimpieest salad I have ever seen. 3-4 bites and you're done. What there was of it, it was fresh and tasted good. The service was OK. We got our order taken and food brought to us. Water was never refilled.

John handled our party of 8 for my daughters birthday with the upmost quality, and attended to our every need. The food was delicious and the variety is just perfect. They also kept the icecream cake we brought with us in the fridge and had the whole restaurant engaging in thier own signiture birthday chant. Awsome location!!

My fiancé and i Recently dined at Texas Roadhouse and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I ordered the ribeye steak cooked to a perfect medium rare, and it was an absolute delight. The steak was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. She had loaded sweet potato and a different cut of meat (I can't remember) but she eat all of it The service was top-notch, and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyable experience. Definitely be coming back for more.

This is a must place to visit and eat great! Vivian delivered outstanding service. Outstanding. She checked on us many times and recommended all the good food. We saw dacing from the service personal. Food was simply great.

The food and waitress was great. Unfortunately the manner you are greeted and attended to when you enter is less than welcoming. The entire set up is poorly designed for the heavy business crowd. The gal taking your name and phone # very kind and kept calm, cool, and collected, the remainder had the Gestapo style of yelling and demanding demeanor.

They treated me so much better then the other location and take valid ids here. The waiter and staff are amazing and so is the manager! Really impressed with this location. Food was amazing and everything went smooth and perfectly! If your 21 and have valid license you should come here!

The food is great! The only problem is the music is so loud you can't hear someone across the table. When it gets louder for the dance songs it doesn't go back down. The atmosphere would be a 5 star if you could carry on a conversation over dinner.

We love the restaurant: good and consistent-quality food and drinks, at reasonable prices. Love the selections, success and appetizers. It is our go-to for dinner-in AND take out. It can be pretty busy: a testament to how good the food is.

Had the country fried sirloin, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Food was hot, fresh tasting, and decent portions. Atmosphere is always a little to loud, but consistent. My server, ZAID was great. Friendly personality, thoughtful, and helpful. A meal is twice as good when you have excellent service. The young man deserves a shout out!

This place is so busy, but it's totally worth it to wait. The service is good for the way things are right now. All the staff is very excited about you coming to visit the restaurant. The steaks are great always cooked the way you want. The drinks are really good and priced reasonable. Get the peach fuzz. I had the broiled shrimp. It is always good. You must try the hot rolls w/cinnamon butter.

The service was great but we ordered 2 sirloins. Mine was delish but my daughter's was very dry. We both ordered med rare. . Almost like her steak sat around.. but the manage took. Off ten bucks. Still very happy. And order the shrimp!!

My husband and I have been customers here for years and we went this week to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Noah was unbelievable! Absolutely the best service we’ve ever had at the restaurant! He gave us recommendations that were excellent, was super friendly, and just nailed everything perfectly! The manager came over to say hi as well and she was so pleasant and friendly and I commented to my husband that it was refreshing because you could tell her positivity was genuine. I don’t know if this is a typical Monday night, but the whole staff was just so upbeat and on point! You could tell that they enjoyed their jobs and were working hard to make sure customers were enjoying everything. We’ve rarely ever had a bad experience here, but I wanted to leave a review to really highlight this amazing manager (I didn’t get her name, but she worked Monday night and has blond hair), and Noah for his awesome service! I hope they get recognized for making our anniversary this year Awesome! Thank you!

Second time in less than a month eating here at this location. Both times not good. Girlfriend orders her steak medium well and it came out burnt and mine rare and it can put over cooked. This is the same on both visits. Not going to come back. Waitress could only say sorry. For a steakhouse that charges good money this is not except able. They used to send a manager over but nothing. I believe Texas Roadhouse is on the downfall. Why is it you can't get what you order?? I didn't think management would come over and certainly not asking to speak. She could have told management. Loaded potato soup wasn't ever warm or hot. Thanks guys. Steak tasted like leather pieces. This was on a Friday afternoon and not today.

We had a good experience. Our waitress was exceptional. Very thoughtful and kind. The portions were small those, especially for almost $20

The food was perfectly cooked, delicious. Even though they were very busy our food came out very timely. Plus my husband and I ordered 2 fabulous meals, several baskets of fresh hot from the oven rolls, a huge piece of pie with ice cream, and 2 alcoholic drinks, all for under $50!!!! What?!!! Our favorite place to eat in Albuquerque!!!!

This Texas roadhouse was different and now I can understand why it was packed great service waitress made sure we good and made sure everything was perfect the whole time and that's impressive considering how full it was the food was good and hot definitely recommend this one forsure
