From Michigan, first time trying this pizza and super impressed! I can't have much cheese and I asked for light light on my half of supreme pizza and they made it perfect! Friendly phone service (delivery) and will get some every time we pass through!

Was on a road trip with my older and younger brother and stopped in Albuquerque, NM. Google a place to sit and eat and found Pizza 9 Revel. I am a native of Gary, IN, and grew up on Chicago style pizza. Place was shutting down but was still serving. There was ample seating had the place been packed and there was an impressive array of pinball machines to play while we waited. We ordered a 14 inch pizza with about 5 toppings. When the pizza was ready I thought it might not make it to the table before I would steal just a quick slice. Upon first bite, my brothers and I looked at each other with amazement as we were instantaneously transported back to the amazing Chicago style pizza our childhood. The food was so amazing that 5 days later on our drive back to Arizona, we stopped and took our Mom this time. The gentleman who took our order suggested the Chicago beef Calzone and I hadn't seen my Moms face light up like that since my Dad passed recently. This is the best Chicago style pizza in or outside of Chicago. My brother's and I are planning a road trip back to Albuquerque just to get more! Thanks guys!

I would not order from here, here is why. I recently ordered 2 pizzas for 6 adults here in the bus line. Our bus was delayed over 5 hours. I explained this to the employee and let him know we are hungry and the people don’t have much money so I’m personally gonna just pay for everyone so whatever deal or special we would be given would be greatly appreciated. I even tipped the driver. When the pizza arrived they sent 2 small pizzas. I paid 50$ for 2 small pizzas and some drinks. They openly ripped me off. What makes me angry over this is, the people whom I bought the food for just like myself were tired and weary travelers. You took advantage of our situation for what 50$ in pizza? Versus several happy customers who would have given you positive reviews and would have sent you more of a tip. So I truly urge anyone who sees this review to not go to this establishment.

Pizza 9 is in a food court area in the Revel complex. There's plenty of seating and our medium-sized group had no trouble sitting together on a Friday night. I ordered the bacon loaded breadsticks with marinara on the side - basically it was a pizza with no sauce cut like breadsticks, a tad crunchy but it was good.

We ordered pizza rolls and a pepperoni pizza after a day of sports. The food was warm and mushy. Within 12 hours we were all sick. It is the only thing we all ate. So disappointing they used to be a lot better. I'd avoid this location.

I called in for a delivery order today October 3rd 2021 and talked to a guy named Ruben and he was very short with me and rude didn't get my address or ask for my name for the order I called back to make sure that they had my address and I talked to the same guy Ruben and he said that they had my address read my address back to me rudly. I've been going to this pizza 9 for a long time and have never been treated so poorly. Very disappointed.

My Pizza 9! Always consistent and delicious. Fast and friendly delivery. I have to give a shout out to Tim for always being prompt, courteous and patient at times.

Expected a deep dish pizza restaurant with good brews. Instead it was a huge warehouse that was basically a food court with 3 large bars (only one was open). Had a decent pizza with plastic utensils on a paper plate with a pre-packaged salad. Good selection of beers, but no beer menu. I would be willing to try pizza 9 at another location but would not return here.

The “shift manager” was a complete rude jerk. Talked down to me as a female more than once, wouldn’t give me a box for pizza saying he assumed I would eat the whole thing. I ate one piece and took the rest home to my daughter. Treated me like I was stupid and was soooo rude not only it to me but other females in line. Sad thing is…the pizza was actually good but this employee ruined it.

Ordered a stuffed crust for pick up, specially asked for marinara dipping sauce, didn't get it....always get it from the Coors location...guess I won't be coming back here

Your app and now gets 1 tried to order for delivery for 20 min.... Couldn't get past delivery address though closer store is less than 2 miles and makes me feel like trouble shooting a 90s website with 1 person as the rep and has a degree far past the actual needs like putting a salesman on a heart surgery....

Ordered online and they had my pizza ready in 20 mins. Tasted good and fresh.

This place feels disgusting the second you drive in the parking lot. Don't order from Pizza9. The manager was very rude. The salad I ordered was a day old and the chicken was disgusting.

Ordered 2 large pizzas tonight at 6:10 for pick up. Quoted a 20-25 minute wait time. They were finally 'ready' at 7:20. Both were barely warm. Employees couldn't care less. No explanation, no apology.

Usually get decent service. Whoever is answering the phones March 11, 2022 @ 7:30 pm put me on hold until I hung up. Called back and then got hung up on asking how to order online. Needs training or find another job.

Pizza 9 just delivered a pizza and salad. It was excellent. Thin crust was hot and fresh. Salad was crispy and tasty. Will now make pizza 9 my go to pizza in ABQ.

Mediocre. Ordered deep dish w/Canadian bacon, 🥓, black olives, sausage, 🧅 garlic. The 🍕was mainly olive and unions. Little Canadian bacon and even less sausage. The crunchy crust and green chilies made the pie. Definitely could be better. Has potential (only reason for three stars) Good location.

Food was excellent..pizza and wings at Pizza 9! Atmosphere was great! Love the outdoor live music. Some areas are still under construction. I will come back for another visit and try another restaurant. Awesome place!!

That manager Cliff needs to be fired immediately he called me and my fiancé “stupid spics” on Friday morning after we told him why our food was taking so long not only did he call us racial slurs but yelled at us in front of other customers behind us in line they also heard him being racist to us that’s why I’m leaving a 1 star review don’t bother even going to this location unless that manager gets fired

This is the best pizza I have had this year. It is made excellent every time. It has the best crisp as far as the crust, just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Delivery is always prompt and on time as well as when I have gone to pick up. The staff has been very nice and helpful.
