I went through the drive thru, my food was fresh, people were awesome. Even though they forgot my sauces for my chicken strips I went back through the drive-thru and I wasn't upset so thank you

I paid almost $20 for a chicken sandwich combo and a fiesta box. And service took a while too. We get home and our food was half filled. They gave us all the fries at the bottom so I couldn't even eat half of the half serving I got as they were crunchy and brittle. The worker was getting frustrated with us just because we couldn't understand him through the speaker as it was breaking up multiple times and we politely asked him to repeat himself. I feel like they were frustrated with us and decided to give poor service. Food is making my stomach upset too. Never going back. It always takes too long just for overpriced mediocrity.

This store needs better management because of very poor customer service. My sister ordered a family meal and the cashier on drive thru rudely gave her her debit card back. Causing my sister to go inside the store where the cashier continued to antagonize my sister and spit on her. I don't know where this child thinks it's ok to spit on people regardless the situation. It should have never gotten that Far. I think hard working folks such as ourselves deserve better. I'd rethink visiting this place anytime in the near future.

Every time I go, I don't know if it's the time of day or what, but they never have spicy chicken when I go, and that's the only reason I choose to eat church's over KFC. Maybe I'll try a different location next time.

We got a 10 piece leg and thigh. 4 star because some of the chicken was too tough and couldn't eat it couldn't chew it the battered part. Other than that it was great.

Ordered 2 meals, both chicken tenders. Got 1 single dipping sauce for the two meals. Chicken was stone cold (we ate in the car at the location so we didnt have a long travel). Both cokes were flat and carbonated. Potatoes had no gravy, fried okra was cold, and no fork or spoon was provided for the potatoes, husband had to go inside and get one, and the staff treated him like he was some kind of thief even though he just was at the drive through window. Absolutely ridiculous service and food, will not be back.

We used the drive thru. My hubby and I ordered a 2-piece meal, each. We were told we'd have to park and wait 15 minutes. And they'd bring it out to us because they just put the chicken to cook. After being parked over 20 minutes and seeing customers go in and come out with their food, my hubby had to go in and get our food. The employees forgot about our order. The food was tasty and hot. However, customer service really needs addressing.

Me and my sons went through drive through and the food was ready and it was fresh like they said it would be. The manager was awesome, The chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I had since I moved here. The crew was happy and smiling, I enjoyed the experience we had a church's.

This place says there open until 10 .. but after we got our order 745pm…our order missing the 8 biscuits that comes with the family meal and our pie I called several times and nobody picked up the phone for an hour.. so I sent my husband back to the store..the cheapskates couldn’t give him what was missing from our order he showed her the receipt from our online order and the lady told him she couldn’t help him where’s your manager or refund our money!

I wanted Church’s but I’m eating KFC right now because the people who work here can’t do their job correctly and efficiently. I had to get a refund and cancel my order.

Absolutely terrible service, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our order and they didn't even bother to acknowledge or explain the wait time. And they got the order wrong. Definitely won't be coming back.

The employees are definitely really sweet but I had a craving for churchs because I hadn’t had it in so long. However, it did not meet my expectations of how it tasted when I had it back home. The chicken wasn’t super fresh and tasted a little over cooked. I actually like for my chicken to be greasy but it was dry. Not to mention my husband spotted a roach and killed it. I haven’t seen a roach in a restaurant in so long but that comes with the territory of dining in instead of driving thru. The restaurant wasn’t clean because of all the crumbs that were still left on the floor and the visible handprints on the bathroom door. The drink machine to get free refills doesn’t work so the workers have to get it for you but because the man made additional drinks for us on accident the lady worker gave me one of the extras he made which wasn’t what I asked for -strawberry Fanta not cherry. Nice people, but whoever owns this place needs to do a better job of hiring or managing. Sorry to write this church’s

Sad to say, but Churches quality is going down hill. We just sat down for dinner and found that their chicken pieces have gotten smaller. The cooks are probably cooking the smaller pieces for the same amount of time, and at the same temperature making the chicken tough, chewy, dry and overcooked. To bad, they have been our favorite for years. I guess we will have to give Raising Caine's a try.

I went through drive through. Service was okay, but the food wasn't. Something is off about their fried chicken. Normally, Churches is my favorite chicken joint. Texas Churches looks like them, but definitely isn't. I won't be back. This was my second time. Decided maybe they had an off day, and have them another go. I was immediately sorry I had done so.

They dont know how to complete an order. Then when you try to call them they NEVER answer the phone. Also, if you're a person with ESL, if you cannot speak or clearly understand English and have difficulty. It's recommended that you have someone help you. Good try but make it easier on u next time.

I went to the Church’s on 4th Street here in the North Valley of Albuquerque tonight. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the chicken to cook. When she brought it out to me she apologized for the wait. Once I got it home I found that the order was correct and everything was absolutely delicious. I am so happy to have them in our neighborhood! I have been a customer of this store for many years. They are not always perfect but who is?

Eat here at your own risk!!! Wish I could leave 0 stars. And excuse me for not taking a picture to post but I was so angry at the time. Still trying to figure out how a bag yes a bag ended up in my cup with soda and ice in it.

This Churches food quality and customer service is really poor. Asked for a combo and was not requested about my sides or my drink. Felt like I was pushed fast as possible to get out of line. Fries and chicken is dry and been out for hours. Never eating at this one.

Ordered via Uber. Driver was told my order didn't exist after being told they didn't have the requested sides. They eventually put together some semblance of a wrong order. Purposefully giving us old, hard chicken and under done sides. Don't waste your time or money.

The franchisee/owner of this outlet has let this store down. We were there at 7:30pm. There were only 3 employees working with a drive-up lined up around the building. The soda dispenser was shut down because the ice machine was broken. There was no time to keep the place clean. The food was still good despite the challenges

My fiancee pre-ordered some chicken for our daughter's classroom birthday party. When she went to pickup the order, the restaurant did not have anything ready and the staff was rude! This is unacceptable. Never again!!

Don’t get me wrong, I love Church’s Chicken and so my 3 girls love their chicken tenders. We went like 2-3 times a week after school. I usually write positive reviews but today is unexcusable, I pre-ordered yesterday 9/01/2022 twenty-five (25) packs of Meal #3 with lemonade and paid around $228.00 for my daughter’s 9th birthday party at a catholic school. The order was to be picked at 11:15, I came there as it opened, only to my frustrations that my orders were not ready, that there was no order exist. The lady said there’s no such thing, confused and she cannot do about anything about it, I even showed her the receipt, she may be thinking it was just a scam? To my dismay I cried and told her I will just buy again coz this was a scheduled birthday party, the 4th graders were expecting for it. I advised her to call manager, some cars behind me waiting coz it took a while to find out I did have an order. I waited 50 mins. tears running down my cheeks as the party/lunch I booked with the principal was already over & I am still at the store. I am a school teacher, I took a leave of absence just to celebrate with my daughter, brought with me some accessories for her birthday like small pail of tokens, some balloons bursted due to heat at my back, the cake, cup cakes were on the trunk. I cried in front of the staff and she was sorry coz the kids esp. my daughter was waiting, I want it to be a happy celebration for her and her classmates after the Covid pandemic, where schools don’t allow gathering like this. I was so embarassed and frustrated, cannot face the principal and my daughter’s teachers and classmates, thus gave me a lot of stress. I called the school twice informing of the delay. I need an explanation on this for ruining my day and baby’s special day.

This is possibly one of the worst fast food chains in Albuquerque. I usually only do positive reviews, or no reviews at all but this place needs to be called out or shut down entirely. We asked for a smokehouse half chicken combo meal and a #1 All legs and 1 medium coke and 1 medium diet coke. Here's what we got, one half chicken, 2 breasts, one large mashed potatoes and one medium coke warmed above room temperature and one large coke warmed above room temperature. Literally hot sodas, no ice and no legs. Over $20 just thrown away in the trash. We had to get back in the car and find a second fast food restaurant. We have had quite a bit of issues with church's chicken lately and I believe that we are finally done with this screwed up chain. DO NOT go to this location please. Warm soda should get you shut down until your ice machines are fixed. I've never been this angry at a fast food chain before.
