Seasons
Rotisserie
&
Grill:
A
Culinary
Gem
in
Old
Town
Albuquerque
If
you
are
looking
for
a
place
to
celebrate
a
special
occasion,
or
just
to
treat
yourself
to
a
memorable
dining
experience,
look
no
further
than
Seasons
Rotisserie
&
Grill.
This
restaurant
has
been
serving
delicious
and
innovative
dishes
for
28
years,
and
it
shows
no
signs
of
slowing
down.
I
visited
Seasons
on
a
chilly
evening,
and
I
was
immediately
greeted
by
the
warm
and
cozy
atmosphere.
The
restaurant
has
a
rustic
charm,
with
wooden
beams,
brick
walls,
and
a
fireplace.
The
service
was
attentive
and
friendly,
and
the
menu
had
a
variety
of
options
to
suit
any
taste.
I
started
with
the
green
chile
chicken
soup,
which
was
rich
and
creamy,
with
a
nice
kick
of
spice.
I
added
a
basket
of
homemade
artisinal
bread,
which
was
soft
and
crusty,
and
perfect
for
dipping
in
the
olive
oil,
vinegar,
and
herbs.
The
bread
was
so
good,
I
had
to
restrain
myself
from
eating
too
much.
For
the
main
course,
I
chose
the
grilled
pork
tenderloin,
which
was
cooked
to
perfection,
tender
and
juicy.
The
pork
was
served
with
a
baked
sweet
potato,
which
was
fluffy
and
sweet.
The
portion
was
generous,
but
not
overwhelming.
I
ended
the
meal
with
the
flourless
chocolate
cake,
which
was
decadent
and
divine.
The
cake
was
moist
and
dense,
with
a
rich
chocolate
flavor,
and
topped
with
a
layer
of
creme
brulee,
which
was
smooth
and
creamy,
and
had
a
caramelized
crust.
I
was
so
excited
to
enjoy
the
exotic
dessert,
I
forgot
to
take
a
picture
before
the
first
bite.
Seasons
Rotisserie
&
Grill
is
a
restaurant
that
knows
how
to
celebrate
food,
and
make
its
customers
feel
special.
I
highly
recommend
it
to
anyone
who
loves
good
food,
and
good
service.
It
is
a
place
that
will
make
you
want
to
come
back
for
more.
