This is not just good vegan food. This is some of the best food in town. Creative unique and mind blowing flavors in every meal. Also it doesn't hurt that they are some of the most kind individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Visited Cosmic Bird for their grand opening pop-up event and was absolutely blown away! We've had their food numerous times at previous pop-up events at other locations. From the French Dip Sandwich made with their mouthwatering fauxltry to the Smoketown Mushroom Sandwich, every dish was perfection. The Soba Noodle Salad was fresh and vibrant, and the Buffalo Mashed Potatoes stole the show with a perfect balance of spicy and creamy. What sets this place apart is not just the delectable vegan dishes but also the passion and dedication of the team, including owner James Morier. They are still working on the overall ambiance of their new space, but it already comes across as inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our family highly recommends Cosmic Bird to both vegans and non-vegans alike. It's not just food; it's an experience! Can't wait to come back for more.

I have experienced Cosmic Bird with the chef’s fauxltry at previous pop ups around town and at the local veg fest. With the new brick and mortar locations just opened I have gone to a few of the pop-ups onsite while the restaurant is readying for its full launch. The menu has been varied, hitting on comfort food and international fare, with healthier options too! Recently I tried one of the FULLY LOADED baked potatoes and the taco salad. The salad had tons of refried beans, chick’n, lettuce and tomatos with an amazing crema drizzle. Cosmic Bird has it’s own house made faux chick’n which is amazing. Can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
