👍 I gave Lola 4 stars, well because I actually haven't been there yet! Brent, the bartender at Doc Crow's recommended it, if I wanted something speakeasy-ish. I gave Lola 4 stars, well because I actually haven't been there yet! Brent, the bartender at Doc Crow's recommended it, if I wanted something speakeasy-ish. Usually I do what my bartender tells me, but after all the oysters and perfect Old Fashioneds he made for us, it was time to waddle home! But if Brent says it's good than it just must be. So I wrote this review, because next time I'm in Looaville I don't want to forget to go! Now I can just look back at my reviews and badda bing, badda boom - I'm there! But don't wait for me. You should go now - let me know how great it is. Because Brent said so:)

Went here after dinner at Butchertown Grocery for a few more cocktails. With a different menu than below, even more creative uses of specialty ingredients, Lola had some of the best cocktails I've ever had the pleasure of drinking. My only regret is not being able to sample all of them. Go here and savor exceptional beverages.

Everything was great but I felt my steak was a little undercooked. I asked for medium and it came pretty rare looking - raw on most pieces. I didn't say anything because I decided to give it a go and it was a pretty unique aged steak thinking this may have been part of the experience. All the other food was amazing but this kind of killed the experience for me. It would have been nice considering the order If they had asked me if it was cooked to my liking. I probably would have been more inclined to let them know that I preferred to have it more cooked.

Lola is this amazingly cute restaurant/bar upstairs with a speakeasy vibe. The food is absolutely amazing. The gnocci is SO good! I got the ribeye steak as well and it was very good, though I don't suggest the fries with it. Issac (Ice) our bartender was fantastic as well as the other bartender (of which I didn't get his name). Isaac answered so many questions about the drinks and when I told him to just make me something good, he did and it was delicious! An A+ for an indecisive person. The price is up there but well worth it. It is more upscale place perfect for a romantic evening out or a girl's night. It is a little dark in there so no one will notice if your eye liner smudges haha! I highly recommend!

Drinks and atmosphere awesome. Service tonight was very suspect and slow. Wish it had all come together for a 5 star review but it didn’t. Would give it a second try because it deserves it.

Lola is one of my favorite cocktail bars in Louisville. The ambience and atmosphere provide for a great place to get an after dinner drink or take a date.

This place is so amazing. It's not a Speak Easy, but it has the speak easy feel. Dim lights, jazz music, great drinks. Isaac, the bartender was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Great craft cocktails--one of my favorite places for an after dinner cocktail. The gnocchi is also delightful & atmosphere is low-key and inviting.

Less than 10 people in the bar and still takes 15 min for a Tito soda? Maybe Friday’s a new industry night because there seemed to be more hanging out with friends from the server than actually doing their job. Oh well. Visiting Mr. Lee’s tomorrow for the first time so I’m hoping that’s better I guess...
