Visited for a late lunch, so was not very crowded at all. Host and waitress were extremely friendly to me and my son. The food was really good, got some good pictures of memorabilia, and the price was really reasonable. With their participation in the Louisville "Show Us Your Badge" discount program, the cost of our lunch was actually cheaper than a fast food sub sandwich lunch in the food court across the street the next day. Highly recommended.

The service was good and so was the food. It was kind of crowded because of some volleyball ternament going on which slowed down the service but we had fun. Not as big as other ones i have been to but it was nice. They didn't have music videos playing which i missed but lots of things to see.

The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere is fun & relaxed. The bacon jam sliders I had were so good my mouth started watering typing this! The price was reasonable and they have some neat pieces of Rock n' Roll history on display. I hadn't been in a Hard Rock Cafe in a while, but I'm glad I chose to stop in that day. I'll be back on a future visit to Louisville.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, good food! The bbq pulled pork sandwich and apple cobbler were great. The margarita left something to be desired. But, The staff was very friendly and made the dining experience wonderful. A little bit on the expensive side, but you get what you payed for.

Love this restaurant. Everything was great from the drinks to food to desert. The server excellent. She took care of everything, gave good recommendations. Very friendly. Ambience was excellent. Would certainly recommend it.

Great location, super friendly servers, food was really good! It was a bit pricy for a burger joint though. Chacha (sp?) Was our server and she was so down to earth and funny!

Very disappointed with the Hard Rock Cafe, my grill chicken was like rubber and wasn't fully cooked. The host was very pleasant,upbeat and very nice. I will say the waiter that took our order was very nice, pleasant,mannered and help the best way he could. The gift shop attendant really didn't have no personality at all. The men's bathroom was unsanitary....

A restaurant combined with a museum of music, you'll see anything from Garth Brooks guitar to Elvis Presley's sun glasses plus have a good meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, typically expect a wait if you haven't made reservations.

Loved it! Lots of cool memorabilia, friendly staff, delicious food.
